Tagame was born blind due to a rare but not unheard of side affect of his kekkei genkai. In his case he was without his sight but all of his other senses increased by an immeasurable amount. Tagame learned how to navigate using his sense of hearing at the age of 6. Tagame was taught how to fight by his mother who was a taijutsu master. She taught him the fighting style known as Escrima as well as teaching him the basics of bo training. One day while she was trying to teach him to control his kekkei genkai she underestimated his control over it and he lost control of his body. His uncontrolled powers took the life of her and his sister who was bringing them tea. The girl was killed instantly by the whipping wind coming from his body. On the other hand his mother wasn't; she lived long enough to give him her bo staff. Filled with terror he ran away from home without as much as a note to his father to little brother.
Tagame out of the village into a nearby forest. It was there that he lived in self–exile. he didn't know what to do. So all he did all day was think. He thought until his head hurt. Then he cried himself to sleep. He did this everyday without eating or drinking, he thought. His thoughts became scarier and scarier until he started to get nightmares of his mother and sister and the day he killed them. This caused him to pick a hobby. He began to train using the staff his mother gave him remembering and creating new moves. He would use the staff new innovative ways. He would create combination moves where he could use the bo in conjunction to its broken Kali stick form.
One of training sessions ended in tears. He wasn't in any physical pain. He was in an emotional distress. The staff had a note attached to a scroll. it was a summoning scroll. The scroll was taped to the bottom. And just gave way because of constant use. Tagame read the note it was in his mother's hand writing:
If you are reading this then I am sorry to have died without teaching you how to use this. It is a summoning scroll. Sign your name in blood and try summoning one of the owls. I have already talked to the owl elders and they have agreed to give you a partner that you can call upon when needed.
Tagame held on to the scroll and kept it hidded waiting for the day he felt comfortable using it.

@blackdragon: Not accepted yet... Just change the village because the ones opened are:

And you start as genin but you can't have any jutsus besides the three basic ones. You'll have to learn them. Due to your bloodline you can learn fuuton jutsus faster (within 2 post) but you can't have them on your profile just yet.
Oh and btw one more sthrenght to your bloodline: The users take one less post to learn the specific element jutsus.
The rest is really good ;D

When he was little, he often was picked on so from then on, he dedicated himself to being a mean person to satisfy his needs. His brother Mosaku, once protected him from a rogue ninja attack, which has caused them to be VERY close. He is also very close with his mother who treats him with respect despite his attitude. His father was barely around so him and his father are kinda apart. As he grew older, he got into fights which led to him having a tough attitude. He lives a wealthy life, his parents are overprotecting of him and often didn't let him do much as a child. Here he is now, he has really proven himself as a ninja with his smarts but he's still the same mean person. He is caring still, and has a soft spot for some girls. He is very merciless even to children, but that doesn't mean he wont help them or anybody for that matter. Personality
Tora considers herself emotionally divorced from the rest of humanity; she often refers to ordinary people as "humans" as though she was not one of them. Katsumoto makes frequent references to an internal feeling of emptiness, leading to many youthful attempts to "feel alive". She claims to have no feelings or conscience and that all of her emotional responses are part of a well-rehearsed act to conceal her true nature.
Has a tendency towards aggression and recklessness when surprised or threatened as a resort against those who oppose her. Tora's not afraid to speak her mind although sometimes she know's best to conceal her thoughts. Even though she hardly displays any genuine feelings, she can be seem somewhat cheerful and laid-back on frequent occasions. Nevertheless, should the situation arise, she'll probably chose kill off every uninteresting conversation with simple yet cold words, despite of the effect it may have on others. She disapproves nonsense, and will only engage in conversation if it interests her enough.

Description of custom weapon: Kat's katana is usually tied to the left side of her hip.
Custom weapon abilities: Requiring concentration, drawing the blade out of the scabbard, the user can launch a concentrated shock wave, in company of the sound of a roar. If it hits the target, it'll cause massive internal damage, destroying from internal organs to building structures from the inside. If the wind misses the target, the enemy who the attack is being focused is usually left unbalanced and disturbed because the air affects ear internal pressure. Chakra can also make the blade vibrate increasing its cutting power, a single hit can open an enormous hole in the ground and move a huge column of air. In order to use these abilities again, the user has to place the sword back in the scabbard and concentrate again, as if she were restarting the battle.

Background History
Very little is known about Katsumoto's story. Some say she was cursed to carry the Nibi since birth though it remains a mystery how the demon got sealed within her. What is certain is that little did Kirigakure knew about her existence until the time she joined the Academy. Tora excelled at almost every subject although always tried her best not to stand out very much. She pretty much became hated by most students and was given the nickname of "Cheshire Cat" due to her failed attempts to look nice.
The only one who did give her a break was Tonou, who often engaged in conversation with her, trying to get an emotion out of her. He wasn't very successful so he always kept trying, intrigued by her strange personality. She graduated very early - almost as early as Tonou - and due to her talent (and probably also due to her unstable demon) was assigned individual missions by the time she became a Jounin at the age of 14. However, after he returned from the Hospital, Tonou became her partner in battle and the two became best friends. The team didn't last much, though. Katsumoto mysteriously left the village barely a year after teaming up with the soon-to-be Mizukage.
She later returned and was made a Sannin by the newly appointed Mizukage, who eventually became aware of her purpose. He didn't turn against her, however, as she proposed a contract: She'd keep the Akatsuki away from the village and would also provide him protection. In exchange, she could keep her cover as Sannin and a safe passage would be provided for the all Akatsuki members within the territory.

There is not much to say besides he is a nerd. However he is a contradiction to his trade. He is both brain and brawn. His specialty in combat is none other than Taijutsu. Besides fighting and ninja work he has been interested in animals and nature since he first laid eyes on a tree. His first instinct was to climb it. It was then, at six years old that he discovered a special ability of his. His skin became bark-like. He fell in love with the sun and water was as precious to him as gold. He had become part tree.
However when he fell from the tree he turned back into a human. This ability was later discovered to be a mutation in him that could be a kekkie genkai that had awaken inside of Keon only. His parents didn't like that Keon would touch everything and transform into it. He was just a child of 8 years when he took it too far.
When his mother favorite dog died he absorbed its DNA and ran to her. Although he had only good intentions and wanted her to be happy. She scolded him and struck him with a broom. He then absorbed his fathers DNA and became him. He then yelled at his mother and struck her sever times. He in turn scolded her for hitting him for being who nature made him. After that he left home in search of a better suited place for him.
He found himself at the entrance to the Mist village. He made his way in and found an orphanage. He asked to stay there and was told he would have to enroll in the ninja academy.
