The character isn't mine (She's for this contest), but the lineart and concept for the image is allll my baby. xd
Hmm.... I started the colouring last night so I'd say that step has eaten up a little less than four hours so far. The lineart took maybe an 45 minutes to an hour total to complete (probably a little more since I like to fiddle). Research probably took about 30 minutes - I wanted to find a picture of someone performing Capoeira (it's really hard to find a good image of a girl doing a flip.... for some reason a lot of girl Capoeria pictures are of two girls wrestling... stare ).
Oh, and for fun: Spur of the moment.... sort of
(It needs some cleaning, but it was just a gag, anyway)
