LaurieAnn smiled charmingly "Thats what I came for" she said softly and she quickly ordered a french vanilla and took out some change and paid for it. She sat down next to Charlie and crossed her leg. She took a sip ofher coffee and she looked at Drew and then Oliver, she raised an eyebrow and turned her attention to Charlie "So you going to Torrey's party tonight?" he asked and brushed her fingers through her hair. She took another sip of her coffee and she looked at the cashier who was staring at her from the counter and then looked back at Charlie.

Oli snorted as he prepared the drinks for the trio and Drew's usual. "Don't touch me, kid. I don't hold with you 'n yours, but green's as good from a dirt-stained hand as from a crack-stained one. An' you see yer name up on the board next to Bentonsley's, boy? Yer fault as much as his."
He set the coffees down in front of the trio, tossed Drew his iced frap with the cafe's signature chestnut drop flavoring, and erased the number next to Drew's name, writing '43' up in its place. "Damnfool kids. You be sure to pay for the repair bill, Bentonsley! I ain't cleaning up yer mess for ya."
Drew, who was sipping the Iced Chestnut after picking his cards back up and shuffling them once or twice, nodded. "Will do, Oli. Mind if I split the bill with Charlie?"
Oli shook his head, the sparse hair waving back and forth. "Yer mess, Andrew. You clean it up. If it'd been yer nose was smashed into me best table I'd've made the other hooligan foot the bill."
Drew heard LaurieAnn's question. He gate-crashed Torrey's parties just for the fun of it, and because the dealer wasn't a half bad hand of poker. And, of course, completely unshakable. Drew prided himself on being a world-class pickpocket, but Torrey's wallet remained his own. He'd only succeeded in nabbing something off the scrawny kid one time in four years, and it had turned out to be a decoy. "Yes. You going?"

LaurieAnn looked at Drew "I wouldnt miss it" she said "Unless if I was busy 'doing' something else" she said emphasizing the word doing. She asked herself Who would she be getting laid with this time , she was craving it now that she was thinking about it. She looked at Oli and Drew, they were quite good looking. She just had to keep it in her pants until the party.

Laneigh felt kinda bad for the fighting. She walked over to where Drew was seated and sat down. "Are you okay? You both seemed to really go at it." She did have a concious, and it was telling her that it was the wrong thing to do.

Charlie smiled, he never missed one of Torrey's parties for the world, they were always off the hook.
"Of course, never miss Torrey's parties." he said smiling, as he could feel the XTC kicking in more now. He watched Laneigh walk over to Andrew and frowned, he thought they were hanging out not he and that son of a b***h. Sh e had this pitying look on her face as she talked to Andrew. Charlie scoffed, she thinks he's so hurt but in reality Andrew probably can't wait to get his hands on Charlie again. Oh, poor Andrew, Charlie thought mockingly in his head.
"So, Babe, I've seen you before right? You're in my class? What's your name, sweetheart?" he asked, not genuinely interested but oh well.

Laneigh glanced over at Charlie, frowning as he talked to LaurieAnn, he was proabaly thinking the worst about her. She sipped at her coffee and twirled the straw around in circles thinking about Charlie and Drew. She did like them both, hell, you caould say she liked a lot of guys but there was something different about them. And Gabe, she liked him too.

Andrew shrugged. His stomach was smarting a bit and his eye stung, but it was nothing major. "We go at it sometimes. I won a quarter grand off him once in a game of cards and the moron still won't admit that he lost fair and square. Which he did. I think that was the first time I'd run a straight round in six months. So now he beats the s**t out of me every time he sees me and I fight back 'cause I don't feel like sitting there and taking it."
He rolled up his sleeve and pointed to a long, jagged white line that extended from the back of his hand up almost to the elbow. "That was where he got me with a broken bottle once."
He pointed to Charlie, and grinned. "That was about the worst fight we got into. Just don't ask him to show you his scar. It's not in an area people generally display to the public."
He let his hand drop and shrugged again. "So this is pretty minor."
He sipped his Iced Chestnut and shuffled his cards again out of habit. After sitting there for a moment he reached into his pocket and pulled out an oblong packet and a lighter. He flicked a thin tube out of the pack and placed it in his mouth, lighting the end and taking a deep draw before offering the pack to the blonde. "You smoke much? Not quite the buzz you can get from other stuff, but it kills the cravings. Well, at least that's what Marcoh used to say..."

Laneigh nodded, taking the cigarrette (SP?) from him and taking a long and well deserved drag. She shrugged her shoulders and took another sip of coffee. "So I hear there is a party tonight, are you gonna be there?" She asked, grabbing a napkin. "If you need a ride, call me." She wrote her number down and slid it across the table to him before getting up and walking back to Charlie.

Drew took the napkin and nodded. This would be good. he might even get to make up with Charlie. Gods knew he wanted to, it was a pain in the a** to keep beating the tar out of the guy every time they locked eyes.

Charlie saw her walk back to the table and pulled her on to his lap while she was in the middle of walking.
"What were you and Andrew talking about?" he asked, he put his hand on her thigh the XTC really coming on now. He smile dup at her, flashing his gorgeous smile. He ran his finger lightly and slowly along her cheekbone then her chin.

LaurieAnn smiled at Charlie "LaurieAnn but you can call me Eva or Laurie" she said "Dosent matter to me" she said " And of course you are the famous Charlie" she said and smirked. She sipped her coffee again and she got up and threw the empty cup in the trash and she walked into the bathroom and locked the door behind her. She pulled out a needle and inserted it into her arm and injected the heroin. She pulled the needle out and she climbed on top of the toilet seat and lifted one of the wall tiles up and threw the needle inside and jumped back down. She could feel the rush slowly climate it felt great. She unlocked the bathroom and she walked out and headed towards the door to exit the cafe.

Marinna was suddenly alone. Everyone was gone to do their 'chores.' She rolled her eyes walked her a** right out of that caf. She followed Gabe, wondering where he'd been off to. He was probably bummed because Laneigh wasn't coming back. She knew how people worked, find someone interesting, go hang, get into some trouble, and then you're done. And that's exactly what she would do. She walked behind Gabe until they got to the gym, then she caught up to him when he put his stuff down. She never carried anything other than her phone and her wallet. Everything lived in her locker, mostly because she never knew what classes she'd go to that day. "Hey there, boy, where 'ya running to?" She said in her bubbly voice. She hooked arms with him as they went up to the roof.

Before LaurieAnn could exit the cafe a man stepped in front of her. "'Scuze me, miss."
Oli walked out from behind the counter and gently laid a hand on her shoulder. "Girl, can you read? Read the sign behind the counter."
He pointed to the sign he'd put up years ago, warning people of the consequences to soothing their fix inside the property. "You know, I've been in business close to that school for nigh on forty years, and I never can tell what it is that makes you idiot kids think you can fool me by shootin' up in the bathroom. Now you just sit tight an' I'll call the school an' get yer parents on the line."
He walked back behind the counter and the niceness was gone. "An' if you even think of leavin' afore I get yer pop rung up I'll be goin' straight to the police."
Tolliver, the man who'd stopped LaurieAnn from leaving, shrugged. "Sorry, miss. That's the rules."
((And it is. The sign's clearly visible, and this wouldn't be the first time that someone's gotten caught shooting up in the can.))

Lyla noticed how much of a hurry he was in, she started to laughed when he picked her up and brought her to her room, giving her a smack on the a**. Then h threw her onto the bed in rather harsh, unromantic way... she enjoyed the romance of sex, but she knew she wouldn't get it with Oliver. She wrapped her legs around his waist and allowed him to be on top... most boys she as with weren't good enough at sex for her to allow them on top, but Oliver was different. She stuck her tongue into his mouth.
Gabe looked at Marianne and noticed she was following him. He looked at her curiously and put a smile on his face, hiding anything, "You never follow me... so why are you doing it now?" His voice was playful, not cruel. "Is it because of Laneigh? I know she left... with some boy named Charlie and I guessed she was chasing Drew... I'm alright though. And if you're curious, I'm going to the roof for a smoke."

Marinna laughed at his playful defensiveness. She didn't have reasons for the things she did. Laneigh may be her friend, but she never worried about that girl. That was Lyla's job and she did it a little too well. "No. It's because I need an adventure. And, since I don't hang out with you much, I shall take that adventure with you!" She smiled proudly. She walked up the stairs to the roof. It was so open and free. There were so many things she could do up here, but for now, she was just along for the ride.
