"Ah, alright. Come back safe, okay?" Terry advised. Damn, I wasn't expecting to get attached this quickly. Has it really been so long since I've been in a oerson's company? He asked these questions to his self as he watched Kenshin's back.

Terry looked up as he heard an echoe. After living in those woods for such a long time, his senses were slightly more keen than most humans. "Tch...I knew they were going to return." He grabbed a staff with one end covered from it's resting place at the top of a bookshelf. Then he ran out in the direction he saw Kenshin head in. If I make any loud noises, they'll know I'm looking for them. I'm not that good a fighter, either, so if I get surrounded, I'll have no chance. I'll have to pick them off one-by-one...

When he heard agonized screams and the like, he knew he was close. Once he saw Kenshin, the first thing he noticed, was not the guy Kenshin was fighting, but the other one who was coming up from behind him. Running over, he struck the guy with the bottom part of the staff. He blocked a strike from the man's knife, and then did a quick thrust to the man's throat that stunned him. ...I do hate fighting. It's so...vulger! With that last word in hsi mind, he whipped the cover off the staff and slashed the man's throat. "Those who break the rules of this place, their lives are forfeit."

Terry was surprised at Kenshin's words when he protected him, but he quickly pushed it aside to keep an eye the task at hand. "...That makes four...there should be one more..." The staff/revealed spear suddenly resonated in his hands. "There!" He threw the spear into the air, where it took off and struck the fifth guy square in his chest. "Magic spears...never enter a fight without one. ...Whew..." He crouched on the ground, exhausted. "I really should stick to medicine. Fights just aren't my scene..."

"Yeah, yeah....just...catching my breath~!" Terry answered. He took a deep breath before standing back up. He walked over to where the speay lay, sticking out of the dying man's body. He jerked it out and wiped the blood on the man's shirt. He then examined the blade for any chinks. "Yuo cursed old thing...why do you haunt me so long after your master's death? I guess it can't be helped..." He muttered, sliding the cover back on. He turned back to Kenshin. "Are you okay?"

"Hmph, it's not m-... No. I'm fine. Just cleaning the spear's blade." Terry answered looking into Kenshin's eyes. "Your eyes are red..." The either means he's mad about something, or there's another threat...

"Hm?" The spear started resonating powerfully in hsi hands. "Tch, another one!? Kenshin, this one doesn't feel like a push-over... ... Here, use this spear. It'll aid you... After all, it's made for half-daemons..." Terry gave one last smirk as he handed over the spear, and then ran back towards the cabin.

Terry made it back to the cabin safely. My body feels strained with the sprint-fight-run routine. Damn, that means I'm out of shape. Tch, well, I needed to start exercising more anyway... He looked out the window. "He better come back in one piece." He went into the kitchen to prepare some tea and fetched his med kit.
