Use:must be able to master every earth justu up to there level

description: the user makes a staff out of the earth when the staff is made of sand the striking power is weak however when struck it causes puffs of sand to blind and distract the enemy,mud will stick to the enemy slowing them down with each blow,rock will be the strongest hardest and might even crack bones when struck with a clean blow. When justu is mastered the staffs can be infused with charka making it possible to strike the inner body with the blows. mastering this justu would be difficult and take some one who has great doton abilities and superb chakra control{staff length depends on mastery of justu shortest can be 3 feet longest can be 15 feet}

@Gohan: Oil....and wind....how would wind be anywhere remotely capable of creating oil? I understand if it was used in combination....but creation? No, something like that would more then likely to be a water technique or maybe even earth. But not wind. So denied

I understand what you say,but the wind doesn't create the Oil,the user creates the oil.The Wind here is used covering the oil,increasing the speed of the oil jet and hitting the opponent.So,the wind has nothing to do with the creation of the oil.

well i want to be able to change the weapon depending on the battle plus I dont want to have to carry it,anyway does that mean approved or what,and do I have to post to learn or becuse i made it do i just know it,and the last thing what rank do you think it should be??

Description:Being in a branch with the Lightning Overdose Technique,Kajuu Nijuu no jutsu is very similar to it.In a radius of maximum 8 metres,over the floor,another layer of earth forms,anything the new layer of earth touchs,it will actually double the weight of the object/person.The weight is not doubled only in the part it touchs,but all over the body of the target.The weight is doubled for 2 posts and is released after the second post.

Description:Being one of the radius-type jutsus,its performed where the user wants to put it in 5 metres.The user has to lock his eyes on the target or on the place where he wants to put it,after doing the hand seals,from wood,a small tunnel-like will form around the target,its form is very similar to Jirobo's chakra absorbing jutsu.The walls of the wood are very strong,and even above the floor is a wood,so the target cannot espace so easily.Its an enclosed area,so it will drain slowly the target's air and so they cannot breath,they have to escape before they die.When the target is in the tunnel,it makes the target choke.
