Kingu, after a few more minutes of study, simply walked onto the waters surface and would spend the next hours perfection more jutsu.

Rei walks into the area and opens the scroll for:
Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)
Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.

Rei lifts his hand and charges Raiton Chakra into it. He focuses on bringing it to the surface and suddenly a massive wave of lightning energy bursts from his hand flying every where. Rei cuts of the flow and sighs thinking, "The will be harder than I thought."

Rei points his finger and turns shooting a blast of lightning at it. He tries to keep the stream week but looses control and his massive amount of energy shoots out his hand completely frying the tree.

Rei, determined to master this technique sits cross-legged and meditates to control his chakra.

Rei stands and recharges his finger and points it at a tree. He releases the energy slightly for a few seconds before he once again loses control.

Rei studies the scroll before trying another way. He lifts his finger and releases massive amounts of energy into a third tree but slowly lowers the amount of chakra to an appropriate amount.

Rei focuses on the exact amount as before and lifts his hand. He releases the energy but is able to control it. He smiles and cuts of the stream of chakra. Rei steps into the lake and lays on his back feeling the ache of his bloodline.

Rei gets out of the lake and heads for the Raikage's tower.
