[This is the result of maybe ten minutes of thought and some music.]
"I'd ask if you've had enough, but I don't give a s**t about you. Hurry up and die, I need to eat something." Shouted the larger, stronger arrancar as he threw Alejandro around like a ragdoll. It was, quite obviously, a one-sided fight, and it was not in Alejandros' favor. Not at all. Alejandro was, after all, the weaker and smaller arrancar, it was only right that he get a thrashing the likes of which he had never seen. The large arrancar, whom had earned the affectionate nickname "Fatass", had taken offense to Alejandros' challenge. Well, he was not so offended that he did not accept and begin to beat the royal s**t out of Alejandro. Sure, the smaller arrancar had gotten some pot shots in, but nothing worth bragging about. Meanwhile, he was trying to keep his neck from breaking on the cold stone floors of Las Noches, and trying to stay conscious was becoming an uphill battle. His head and the floor were becoming rather acquainted, if you catch my drift, and it was beginning to really hurt. But, instead of trying to change this, he instead thought back to how all this started. The big arrancar, his face meeting the floor, and his a** getting kicked had something to do with a very stupid tattoo and his very big mouth...
"Great, I'm in the army. I've got an awesome tattoo... Now what?" Alejandro wondered aloud while he did his rounds in the stone palace, AKA Las Noches. This place was huge, it had taken him days to find, well, anything. His quarters, his Espada, his peers, every damn thing in this place was so spread out that it came as quite a surprise to find small hollows in the recesses of this dark palace. Small hollows, not even gillain-class, just kicking back and setting up shop. They probably didn't last long, Alejandro figured, as there had to be some kind of cleaning crew in this god-forsaken palace that took care of this thing. Or, more fitting to the rank structure, this task fell upon the shoulders of the lower numbers. Yes, it was probably something that was expected of them, or something. Maybe they would come across a semi-powerful hollow and be expected to recruit or kill it. That, or whatever twisted reason that evil Aizen could think up. Quite the schemer he was, and pretty damn good at it too. One might almost confuse him with Xanatos, but alas, no man, mortal or immortal, could match the genius of the antagonist from the show Gargoyles. No man. Well, he was getting distracted, and Aizen had told him to make himself at home. Given him a set of fresh threads, a neat little speech, and sent him on his way. Alejandro wondered why he was just allowed to wander the battlements and the rest of the castle, but in the grand scheme of things, he was probably nothing more than cannon fodder. Maybe he could become a shock trooper, if he really worked at it. Sadly, life was very harsh, and Hueco Mundo was even worse than life. Un-life was the worst, Alejandro was constantly confused about how he got here, if he was alive or dead, or both, and why he was given a second chance. None of this meant anything, but it was fun to wonder. And it was fun to wander the castle, meet the people who would one day serve him, and scheme his evil schemes.
It was not so fun to scratch his itchy neck.
He had opted for a very unique tattoo, something in letters instead of the boring and trite numbers, and he was seriously paying for it. The skin was itchy and raw from him scratching for hours, long scratch marks marred his neck and blood was beginning to seep through the broken skin. He figured he had some kind of cool healing-factor that would help him out some, or so he was told by Aizen, but it must not work on ink. Or he was just scratching so much and it was healing so fast that it didn't have a visible difference, or some other bullshit excuse. He just wished that it would quit ******** itching already, he was getting sick and tired of scratching his neck like some ******** crack addict. It was unbecoming of such an upstanding man, especially since he couldn't have his future subjects smearing his good name with such talk. It was around this time that he bumped into the large arrancar, affectionately nicknamed "Fatass". "Hey, watch it fatass. I'm not in a good mood." He barked, pushing the larger arrancar out of his way as he continued to walk down the hall. Fatass did not take too kindly to this, or his new nickname, and bellowed a challenge in some bestial, ferocious roar. Alejandro answered back with a nod and charged, axe held high and poised to split the monstrous arrancar in twain.
This was, in hindsight, a very bad choice to make. He wasn't outclassed at first, he was actually winning the fight and ready to strike a death blow when the arrancar utilized his resurreccion, something to do with tentacles or something, and proceeded to beat Alejandro silly. Attacks came from now where, punches hit harder than before, and in rapid succession, and all in all, things were not looking up for the smaller arrancar. He was looking pretty haggard, and the large monster had yet to even begin.
I think this is about where we left off.
Being slammed into the floor gave one a kind of clarity. It blew the air out of you, for one, and gave you a certain appreciation for the simple act of breathing, something everyone takes for granted. It also brought ones priorities into perspective. Alejandro's priorities were simple at the moment; not die in some dank part of the palace. He didn't want some piece of s**t to kill him, some worthless piece of s**t with a lower number. So he figured, if this a*****e wanted to fight with his resurreccion, Alejandro could play the same game. "Lie to them, Engañador", He said, almost sadly as his weapon melted and fused with his body, creating his resurreccion. His body twisted and grew, mutated and changed as he came one step closer to his true hollow form. six arms, a giant body, and razor-sharp finger nails made him a force to be reckoned with, and that wasn't including the far more insidious aspects of his release. Unfortunately, he did not deign this waste of un-life to be worth these abilities. So, pummeling him would have do to.
In his defense, Fatass held up for a while before dying. Brutally.
After that, and the quick meal that Fatass had become, Alejandro made his way back to the central building. When he got there he wanted to find some peace, however, instead he found Aizen. Aizen questioned him about his latest kill, demanded an answer as to why he had done it. "I felt like destroying something... Beautiful." He replied in earnest, for it was the truth. He wanted to destroy, and Fatass was quite the looker. Aizen let it go at that, telling him to utilize that fury, anger, emotion and everything he felt on the enemies of the army. Think about it every time he engaged a shinigami, a quincy, or anything that stood in the way of Aizens' goals.
He nodded, and was dismissed. He would certainly utilize those feelings... When he took over this realm.

Aliases/ Nicknames: Nera
Physical Description:
Nera is a tall for a woman arrancar as she is 5'11, and has a line tattoo under her left eye to make it appear as if she was crying. Her arrancar uniform is different as the skirt is shorter and has parts of the side torn away making it seem ragged. Her top is a white arrancar jacket with belt-like wraps around the sleeves, and her hollow mask fragments are fangs that have moved down to her neck with a jaw line attached. Her hollow hole is below her navel area.
Zanpacto & Resurreccion:
The zanpakuto does not take on the form of a normal katana, but a large broadsword with a star like pattern. The hilt was bone like and she wore it on her wrist as a long blade. The sword has jagged ends to cleave and pierce her opponents as the blade increase pain as it enters and exits. The hilt is always separate from the blade unless the blade is in use, allowing the blade to be used in different ways rather than being used as only a sword.
The release command is "Defy, Atracción Lobo. - Gravity Wolf" Which caused a blue light to surround her as she released her sealed hollow powers. Her mask regrows around her face and she grows two horns by her ears. Her hands become gauntlet like claws with blue star patterns on them, her legs become boots with three claw-like paws coming from then with her clothing being replaced by a bra and miniskirt made out of bone-like material. Sun-like patterns come out of where her hollow hole is and she grows a spiked tail of bone-like fur.
Here gauntlets are the source of her power, Gravity control. She has two attacks based on her powers.
Atracción Crescendo/Decrescendo - This is the increase or decrease of gravity around her targets including herself. Her left gauntlet claw can increase the gravity and force making them unable to walk or increase the falling power. The right gauntlet claw and can decrease gravity making it easier to float and dodge attacks; however she cannot use both at the same time.
Vacio Salva - A dark purple reiatsu surrounds her claws as she releases a dark energy of pure void or nothing, which can cause a collapse of the body or a lashing mark against the enemy she uses it on.
Special Accessories:
Her arrancar uniform makes her stand out a bit and she always wears black belts around her arms and legs. These belts can be taken off and be used as whip-like weaponry unless aggravated to use her zanpakuto.
Abilities:
She is swift and agile, with flexibility as she can flip and bend to create strange attacks, with the ability to fight on her hands.
Personality:
She believes all life is born through death, once one dies, then their purpose begins. She is calm and prefers not to make combat unless absolutely required which reveals her cold personality and her lack of emotion unless she gets angry. She prefers honor and truth over lies and power, but unless they are needed to complete a goal.
Biography/History:
At a young age she was alone always as her father died and her mother tried to keep Nera happy, but couldn't keep up her promises and always disappointed both of them. She had a dog to always keep her company known as Shikyo. The dog was her best friend until one day; a burglar tried to rob their house and killed their dog. That night she was scarred with torment after losing the only thing in the world that truly loved her, and she rarely smiled after. However she fell in love with a boy and truly loved him until he was soon taken away as well by wolves. She began to develop a tendency to do reckless things until her death by jumping off a cliff without knowing someone sabotaged her as she was suppose to climb down and save someone. She came to Hueco Mundo after being pulled in as a soul and became a hollow who wandered until devouring enough souls to become an arrancar-level hollow. She was taken a shine to and became an arrancar; however she disappeared after her birth and is said to roam Hueco Mundo until her return.
Powers:
* Bala (虚弾 (バラ), Bara; Spanish for "Bullet," Japanese for "Hollow Bullet") Bala is an Arrancar alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritual Pressure and fires it like a bullet. Although it is weaker than a normal Cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same. Stronger Arrancar can also fire a more powerful Bala, while retaining its twenty-fold speed.
* Cero (虚閃 (セロ), sero; Spanish for "Zero," Japanese for "Hollow Flash," "Doom Blast") are high-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Only Gillians, Adjuchas, Arrancar, and the Vizards have so far been shown to use Cero attacks, and it appears that stronger entities can use it more efficiently.
* Garganta (黒腔 (ガルガンタ), garuganta; Spanish for "Throat," Japanese for "Black Cavity") is how Arrancar and Menos-class Hollows move to and from Hueco Mundo. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.
* Hierro (鋼皮 (イエロ), iero; Spanish for "Iron," Japanese for "Steel Skin") refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutō bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar generally have proportionally stronger skin than usual.
Role-Play Example:
Nera was outside in the desert of Hueco Mundo when a strong spiritual pressure filled the air. "Who?..." The pressure filled the air as multiple new reiatsu filled the space of Hueco Mundo, higher than ever, this was the beginning of shinigamification and Aizen's arrival. Aizen's arrival and news of his takeover of the world of hollows had begun and spread through out the dark bleak desert. Nera was an adjuchas when an arrancar, a newly created one, had appeared to take the hollow to Las Noches for her shinigamification process, and become an arrancar. She was reluctant to accept, but soon didn't regret it as her days as a hollow were about to end and new chapter would open up. Days later Nera was bandaged and pierced as she was becoming an arrancar and heard only a voice saying,"My fellow arrancar, it is time I demonstrate this, the Hogyoku with your own eyes." The voice said as light filled the room changing the bandage Nera from a hollow to an arrancar as her mask broke and she was now naked on the ground with a full human body, except the remnants of mask around her neck. Aizen the voice's owner asked,"Who are you new ally of the arrancar?" The girl shook for a while and said in a quiet tone,"Nera vi Sombra." She said as Aizen smiled a bit and said,"Welcome to your new home...” Soon after she was given an arrancar uniform and the number 84, a young number meaning she had many others before her becoming an arrancar, but she had felt something within her. Power had grown exponentially and was stronger than before, she had found someplace she can truly call a home.

Physical Description:
Alexander is about 6'2" and weights in at about 195-214lbs. He as you can see has a Canine appearance and has golden brown/ hazel eyes. Kiva also has a tail and the canine ears, snot, teeth, etc. He wheres the traditional Arrancar bottoms, but his top is open and has long sleeves. His hollow hole is in the center of his torso, just above the abs.
His Hollow mask [In image] is on the left side of his face, it has the teeth and part of a jaw still there and what seems to be an extension of the cheek near the ear and also covers around part of the left eye. When he laughs of shouts his mask moves with him and seems to give others a eerie feeling.
Zanpakutou:
Zanpakutou Sealed
Alexanders blade in it's sealed form is a basic Katana. The Guard is silver and is shaped like a length Octagon that near each of it's corners has small holes near them. The blade itself is very well sharped and seems to always be clean to perfection. The hilt is has red hilt rapping and silver trims to it. And the case is read with some silver trims on it and is also very well cleans to perfection. Alexander usually keeps his blade at his side put in his sash. He would rather hand -to - hand than use lethal force on a target, even his enemy if they prove to be weaker than him.
Zanpakutou name
English: Hell Hound
Spanish: Infierno Galgo
Japanese: Naraku Ryouken
Release phrase:
"Rise from the pits, Infierno Galgo [Hell Hound]..."
Ressureccion
Kiva Release is similar to that of Grimmjow. Kiva grabs the blade of his sword with his left [he is a right handed fighter] and grips it until it cracks and breaks into spiritual particles after his gives the order to his release. After which Kiva appears to with with a body similar to that of human canine cross, like Grimmjow's panther like release, But Kiva's mask covers his entire face besides his eyes, his ears are also covers giving him a bone canine face. He also has long flames coming form the back of his mask acting as hair or a main. Kiva also has flames coming from his wrist and ankles. His legs are like that of canine legs [like Grimmjow's release]. Kiva also has blades form on both his arms that start just after his wrist and extend to a sharp point at the end of his elbow.This release is able to produce flames and combined them with other attacks that Kiva uses such as punches, kicks, Ceros, and Balas to make them more powerful and deadly. Though there is a limit of how much fire his release can produce.
This release is said to have red flames that can melt some of the strongest of metals. Not only does it give Kiva his release and elemental powers back he also is given many other power bust because of his release. His Strength, Speed, Endurance, & Spiritual Pressure are all enchanted in his release.
Release Attacks:
Infierno Tsume
Kiva heats up the his two forearm blade to a very high temperature making the blades golden hot. He than releases them in a slash motion creating two massive blades of energy and heat about 20 feet tall and 5 feet wide at his target.
Infierno Howl
Kiva begins to charge a powerful fire blast in his mouth while on all four. He than releases it at his target and it forms into the shape of a pack of wolves, howling and barking.
Special Accessories:
Kiva has two silver bells the size apples tide around his black wrap around his waist on his left side.. He has kept them after he encountered a shinigami carrying similar things like beads, talisman, and other things for good fortune and a better results during missions. He also has a silver ring on his right hands ring finger he seems to keep it and the bells safe.
Skills:
Kiva is very flexable, quiet, calm, and quick. He is able to dodge many mid speed attacks with ease if he truly wished. He clam and quick refers to his skills to get behind his foe or target while maintain his very quiet and calm composure.

Personality:
Kiva is a very quiet, calm, respectful, and collective Arrancar. Unlike some of the others he would rather avoid conflicts and let others deal with fighting. He is also a bit self thought about his appearance or having a Canine look for an Arrancar and usually just ignores people that mock him for it. He is similar to Halibel from the anime and Manga series when in meetings or talking, he is very serious when ever he talks on an important matter.
Biography/History:
Kiva believe it or not was a former Shinigami that was enlisted in to squad 7, that had a captain whom also had a canine appearance at the time. After Kiva began taking missions and more he became the squads 5th seat and like his captain hide his appearance in a mask or helmet. Later he would be told to go on a dangerous mission with 10 other individual to find a dangerous hollow and eliminate it. After about 5 weeks of the mission seat a search party was sent to find the shinigami all where dead and Kiva was seen still fighting the hollow as his mask was being broken in the battle, as he fellow shinigami lay fatally wounded on the ground. During the fight his mask/ helmet was completely destroyed, exposing his face.
Before the search party could save him from the hollow, Kiva was killed and his body said to have been taken in to the hollow. After two Vice-Captains killed the hollow in a furious battle that lasted several nights. All that was left of Kiva was his helmet which they gave to the captain. Kiva was later made a hero for saving several of his fellow Shinigami, his helmet and some remains where given a honorable grave site. After which he was just a memory to be remembered at times or forgotten.
Years passed and Kiva was a now a hollow, with a Hound/ Hell Hound like appearance and he had a powerful hunger. He devoured hundreds of his own kind to become a Gallian class hollow and continued to eat. There where some points where he was almost killed by stronger hollows but he was able to avoid death by getting his foes into traps and ambushing them with a Dooms Blast, than devouring their upper body after fatally wounding them. After about 65-80 years, Kiva evolved into a Adjucha. As and Adjucha he had a werewolf like form, but could walk/ run on all four if he truly wished. In battle he was known for his quick front attacks and quick reflexes. He killed and devoured many of his own kind and was known in the desert as Hades Cerberus. After about 195-200 years of fighting, killing, and devouring, Kiva had reached his level of evolution, but wanted more power.
Later he would meet a man named Aizen that wanted his powers and cold heart in his army. But when Kiva was reborn as an Arrancar Kaname Tuosen disliked his appearance, so he was seen as a failed attempt and dumped into the middle of the desert. He was left do die like trash, just another memory like his past life to be forgotten or little remembered. He would wonder through the desert for years before entering the Menos Forest and making a cave his home for all eternity. Never to be seen outside for another 2 years.
Later in his life Kiva returned to Las Nochas only to see it was run by a new group of Arrancar, stronger, fast, and more suited to be the rulers there. Kiva begged to join but was seen as a weak outcast that Aizen trashed long ago, but after asking and refusing to leave he was granted into this new world of Arranacar, power, and strength. Hoping to prove that he is not a useless weakling or failed attempt of any kind.
Powers:
Cero (虚閃):
Like all other Hollows, they can use this blast technique. The Espada user fires a laser blast of great, concentrated destruction. While the color of most Ceros is red/crimson, several members of the Espada appear to have great color variations in their Cero.
Bala (虚弾 （バラ）):
Is an Arrancar alternative to the Cero. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it like a bullet from their fist. Though somewhat weaker than a Cero blast, it moves about twenty times much faster than a Cero and can be fired at a much higher rate. This technique was first demonstrated by Wonderweiss Margera against Kisuke Urahara, and elaborated upon by Yammy during the same battle.
Garganta (黒腔 （ガルガンタ）):
Is how Arrancar move to and from Hueco Mundo. Kaname Tōsen and Kisuke Urahara have also demonstrated the ability to use the technique. Nnoitra Jiruga claimed his Hierro is toughest amongst the Espada; being of higher rank than Nnoitra, Ulquiorra's Hierro appears to be much tougher.
Pesquisa (探査回路 （ペスキス）):
Is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami ability to sense Spiritual Pressure. It functions similar to a sonar. Using Pesquisa requires most Espada to enter a meditative state; however, Nnoitra has a variation of this technique that involves placing his fingers to the ground to determine an opponent's approximate location as well as the amount of Spiritual Pressure an opponent has.
Sonído (響転 （ソニード）):
Is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami Flash Steps and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound used for Flash Steps. Zommari claims that his Sonído is the fastest amongst the Espada; Starrk and Ulquiorra appear to be faster, however, being the Primera and Cuarta, respectively.
RP Sample
Kiva the 23rd Arrancar enters Lord Aizen and Commander Gin and Tousen chamber room. Kiva bowed to Aizen as he looked down at him as if he where an annoying ant that needed to learn the respectful way of knocking. "Lord Aizen I have my report ready for you..." Kiva said as he held his head low looking at the ground as he was on one knee bowing to the Aizen and the Commanders. Kiva was created and abandon, but continued to serve Aizen, for the purpose of a new world in Aizen's vision. As Aizen nodded and waved his hand for Kiva to continue, Tousen appeared behind Kiva with his blade drawn. "We throw you out of Las Nochas and continue to come back, you are nothing but a failed attempt and a lost cause..." Tousen said harshly as he held his blade closer to Kiva's neck cutting it and making blood flow out and drip to the floor. Gin smiled and simple looked at Kiva as he walked down from the steps away from Aizen's thrown. "My, my Tousen no need to be so rude, he is making use of himself as a spy and a informant..."Gin said as he stopped just in front to Kiva and Tousen. The tension was growing and Kiva was in the middle of two fearsome creatures form the very pits of hell, but before anything happened, Aizen rose from his throne and began to walk down. "I Aizen will listen to your Report, Kiva..."he said stopping in the middle of the steps to his throne and waiting Kiva to speak.
Kiva in fear just looked at Tousen whom only gave him a harsh look and than Gin whom looked pleased that Aizen stood up and spoke. "Yes, my lord, the Former Espada have just begun battle with the intruders and the 8th Esapda is planning something without your order my lord." kiva paused fearing he was nothing but a spy looking for his minute of fame. "I fear it may get out of hand if the intruders continue the way they are going..." Kiva finished with a silent stare at Aizen before bowing his head down again in respect to him. There was silent until Gin spoke out with a bit of a chuckle at Tousen. "See Tousen,no need to kill him until he is seen useless to Aizen-sama..." he said as he turned and walked away back to Aizen's side. Tousen simple put away his blade and walked back to his maser's side without a word from his mouth, though he did give Kiva a look before Lord Aizen dismissed him so that he and the commanders could talk about his report, though they already knew about what Kiva had reported. That was the day when Kivameet his master and his cold eyes. The man that will rule with fear and power.

One thing-- DarkTsukai-- you've been running around with that arrancar for a while, now, if I'm not mistaken. I believe this is the first formal application you've submitted to have this character, so, technically, you've been breaking the rules for some time. All the same, I would ask that don't do anything like that again. Go through the proper venues to get a character accepted. Consider this a slap on the wrist:
