konichiwa! i'm bridget, i'm 13 years of age and i always wanted to learn the japanese language. i go on google translator and i write stuff in there then i paint it out or use a sharpie and i make the letters and stuff. but i want to know what the letters mean and stuff and how to speak it in real life : D

I came here to seek resources and friends to help me study Japanese. Unfortunately I live in the middle of no where, so opposed to giving an arm and a leg for a tutor, I'm self studying.
So far I've learned only basic grammar and words, buｔ I hope to learn much more.

I think their language and culture is beautiful I really want to learn Japanese badly! ^_______________^ I love Vocaloid and visual kei! Hello everyone! You can call me Mew... sweatdrop Umm...I'm what you might call a "newbie"? and know nothing of Japanese nor it's culture. However, I am very persistent on learning both Japanese language and the culture due to a project I had done in high school. I also enjoy drawing. :3 Hopefully, I'll be able to travel to Japan one day. x3 Untill then, I'm gonna make every effort to learn at least the basics and more >:3
