Suzette just stares at the little one for quite a long time then nods slowly "Alberon....ok, my name is Suzette " she bows her head slightly and offers ima very small smile " your daddy is right, you shouldn't talk to strangers...and you shouldn't be alone" she sighed and stepped on the poisonous goo pool. "you see this goo?" she pointed to the sand, her hand and the vial she was carrying "remember how it looks and if you ever see it again make sure not to touch it ok little one? this is called the Forest Tears...its is dangerous ok? " sh elooked down at him and offered him a kinder smile.

"Zuzu..your name is zuzu" he nodded assured of his pronunciation in the name, at least to him zuzu sounded better then suzu and suzy just sounded..was suzy even a word? The little blond head nodded and bobbed excitedly, taking in every word she said like a tiny sponge. "Daddys right, but he's too smothery sometimes..not all strangers are bad, and your not too bad ahnn.." letting out a soft little "Oooh" of exclimation as he realized she was right, he was rather alone, and it was gonna get dark..really spooky and dark..
"Paah guess you are right huh, daddy's right too, though its no fun" still he shrugged, nodding again as she pointed to the goo and in succession the vial. "I'll remember it I promise! I've got a great great memory..the goo is bad, and the vial is bad and it does bad things. Sskinda sad cause its really pretty, an the name is so pretty for it being so bad" the little twilif sighed slightly, excited shoulders slumping as he kicked a bit of sand at the goo. Pretty things were always so bad lately.
The smile she offered cheered him up though, made him rather happy despite the recent discovery of the 'bad goo' "Soo..where ya stayin? Daddy says you have to be nice and polite to ladies cause it earns you points..and yer out here all alone too, an ladies should always be escorted by gentlemen" and of course he was supposed to be a gentleman, like all the shiny knights and their steeds in the story time books.

Having thought he would be leading her back to the street and to her companion, Azra'iel was shocked by the fragile offer of her name.
Haveni.
Rolling the name about in his memories, he vaguely recalled hearing it before; but had never met her and knew nothing about her. And as for the question she posed...
Was he hunting Ruin? In a way, he was... but not in hunting her in the fashion Haveni's tone suggested.
Seeing the girl's rather stunning gaze had drifted back to the sand, Azra'iel gently placed two fingers under her chin to raise her head and absently brushed a pale strand of hair out of her eyes. It never really occurred to him that he was trespassing in the other Constellation's personal space: the experience of having a conversation with a living soul and being able to see, able to physically look them in the eye was still a novel one: he thought he might never tire of it! Murmuring softly, almost to himself Azra'iel gazed into Haveni's wide, lavender eyes.
"Is that what frightened you so, little one... I suppose 'hunt' is rather a strong word choice; and a poor one on my part."
He released her chin, surprised by the turmoil he sensed within her, and considered his words a moment.
"I seek an end to Ruin's Curse. The curse she started disrupts the souls it touches. As I'm sure you know, all Constellations have power... a domain. Mine is souls. I find it distressing that I cannot save those Cursed."
Looking up at the slowly emerging stars, Azra'iel couldn't help but release a wry chuckle before returning his gaze to the white Constellation before him.
"Not that I think simply asking Ruin to stop spreading her curse will work. But I at least want to find her so I could perhaps understand the curse better and save those souls that don't wish for it's touch. Those that embrace the curse... well, who am I to judge? I am merely a guide.
Eyes widening to new proportions, Ramial could do nothing but stare at where the dark Constellation's cape draped across the floor. It wasn't moving now but.... the boy decided he might ask for a candle stub to supplement his lantern's light at bedtime.
Just in case, of course.
Looking back up at the tail end of the instructions, the twilif nodded and turned to lead the present group members to their rooms. He saw that his master had heard the comment about having their food brought to their rooms and was already making the order known so Ramial would just have to carry it back when it was ready.
Stopping at the beginning of the hall, Ramial turned... eying the cape before meeting the decidedly amused gaze of the dark Constellation.
"The rooms are this way, Sir. All the way at the end by the door to the garden. I should be able to bring your meals shortly. Is there anything else we can do for you?"

Suzette tilted her face a bit and repeated "Zuzu...." well...it was not thaaat abd, actually...she liked it! "Very well..Zuzu i am and you are quite smart for someone so young n.n" she was starting to like this little one. A...weird smile crossed her face before speaking again "Ok, second piece of advice honey, not every one is what they appear to be" she sighed and looked away. "so...that's what your daddy says?" she huffed bitterly " you should be polite to everyone and just be nice when you want to...dont be nice to a lady just to gain her trust and later trow her aside...." her voice sounded cold for a second before shaking her head and returning her attention to the kid. "But...no, actually, i dont have a palace to stay for the night... you know of somewhere i could stay?"

They had reserved their rooms. One task down.. Now where was the nearest brothel? Unless this peaceful town didn't have one. He headed outside, just about to ask the nearest stranger. Unlike Seir, Noctis wasn't above asking for directions. Why put that limit on yourself for no good reason? "I'll meet you back at the room later." Noctis called out behind him, exiting the inn.
Where had the rest of the group gone? Seir and Rosel were back in the inn. Where was Haveni and Aeos? But what did it matter? Noctis was off to find the nearest welcome woman--- Oh wait. s**t. Was Haveni supposed to be talking to other people alone? What was Aeos doing, letting her talk alone? .. In fact, who was Aeos talking to?.. Noctis was surprised the guy was talking. What about their cover? Did they even have a cover? Better yet, it was another guy. He had to wonder wryly, why Rosel didn't seem to run into the company of men like Haveni had. Sheesh, Rosel should be running into more men than Haveni. Unless every guy in town preferred the innocent beauty over the dangerous one.
Just their luck, Ruin was the topic of their conversation.
".. and you insult me. Why is it everytime I see you, you're talking to a different guy? Are you a magnet or something?" Noctis asked Haveni, coming up from behind her. His arm gently pulled Haveni back from the other's touch, in a not so subtle manner.
"Mind if I interrupt this entertaining conversation of depression?" He asked, although the fact was clear, he already had. "Noctis here." He introduced himself to the pale constellation, barging into the conversation like a bull.

Rosel watched in fascination as the small twilif she personally would have tossed into the ocean, completely solved their sleeping arrangements for the night. How did Seir manage to accomplish such things? To balance threats and destruction with strategy and luck? It was certainly a talent Rosel did not possess and she wondered suddenly if it was one she should chase after. It was easier to simply not ask questions and figure things out for oneself, but even within the group, having each other around was a convenience. They were stronger as a group, even with the insufferable Noctis. Who was now fortunately leaving, no doubt to find his favorite thing: some moronic loose woman. Maybe even women, if he was lucky.
It didn't matter the makeup of their little group. Seir seemed to handle things well enough on his own, and he certainly wasn't asking for help on the matter. So long as the objectives were tolerable enough to make her own, she'd leave the strategy to him. When something needed destroyed, he'd know where to find her.
On the topic, Rosel's mind shifted to Haveni. She still had not entered the inn, in addition to Aeos. Obviously he was keeping an eye on her. Still, the food would be served and dividing the group for too long a time was just asking for trouble, especially if any of them were recognized. "I'm going to tell Aeos and Haveni the food and rooms are taken care of." She tossed the statement over her shoulder at Seir, assuming he already knew exactly where the pair of them were, as he seemed to always know what Aeos was up to. Hopping nimbly up onto a low stone wall, she scanned the area for the white and pale blue of the two. She wondered suddenly what had initiated the servitude of the Ice Constellation, but the thought was pushed away as she spotted them on the surf, Haveni conversing with a constellation in pale gold, Aeos with a small dark twilif. Unfortunately, Noctis was also in the area and suddenly encroaching on Haveni's personal space. Irritation rose before she realized she shouldn't have been surprised at all.
Making her way through the crowd, she was more than happy to notice the thinning amount of people. With the end of the business day coming, no doubt many were returning to their homes and mundane lives inside their four walls. She came to Aeos, and did not doubt he already knew she was there without her having to touch his person, or barge into the conversation occurring under his eye. "The rooms are ready and food is coming shortly." She informed him in a low voice, not wanting to completely disturb his conversation. She lifted her head to observe Haveni and the gold constellation dealing with the sudden intrusion of Noctis.

A little surprised cry came from her throat as she felt an arm stronger than her own pull her back from her place possessively, almost.
She tilted her head back to see who had done so, but didn't need to, as she heard Noctis speak.
"I'm not insulting anybody!" she cried defensively, tilting back against him as she had been slightly dragged from her place. She shifted against the many belts she felt pressing on her side from his coat.
"I'm not a magnet, either!" she huffed. She gave an apologetic look back to Azra'iel. "Please excuse him, he's been absolutely livid since earlier, I think he hates other men!"
Her eyes cast Noctis a quick yet teasing glance, a somewhat playful sparkle somewhere in them. Her mouth held a very slight grin at the jest.

Sankke blinked, looking back at the Constellation with an expression just as calm. The same indifference settled back into her features and her shape, only her focus on Nashara any indication of her disdain. the group that she had been so focused on was gone. She would not return the challenge in this one's eye. But the contempt in that sneer? She was perfectly happy to return that with interest.
"Such hostility. Who do you want to burn?" Sankke nearly purred this, scarcely moving her lips to form the words. Her eyes met Nashara's, and stayed there. " This roof is not marked, nor are the others in succession; I was only passing through. If you want to war with me for walking, feel free." The Twilif's small hand tightened around her lantern's rod, making it pulse red. Almost like it was an afterthought, her head tilted in Nashara's regard.
"I told you that I was here, besides," she added. "If I wanted to harm you, I wouldn't have said anything. And you wouldn't have known."

By turn alarmed and amused at the sudden intrusion, Azra'iel schooled his face to show no reaction. Offering a shallow bow that barely moved his shoulders, golden eyes hardened as they flashed to the intruder's... but Azra'iel's voice remained deep and smooth.
"Good even' to you, Sir. I am known to the few who care to ask as Azra'iel. Fear not for the lady, I was simply offering to escort her back to your companion o'er yonder. It has gotten dark so quickly and the combination of sands and tides can be treacherous."
Gesturing toward Aeos, he was somehow unsurprised to see another apparent companion had arrived. As he looked back at the white Constellation, his eyes gentled, glowing slightly.
"It's been a pleasure milady, but I am getting the sense your companions would prefer you back in their company now."
Gently capturing her free hand, he bowed over it, squeezing lightly before he released her.
"Should you ever choose to relate the story on how you came to experience the touch of the dead Miss Haveni, I would be fascinated to hear it."
Turning before catching the reaction to that final statement from either Haveni or Noctis, Azra'iel slowly made his way toward home in the light of the rising moon.

"I like Seir and Aeos. They're men, aren't they? Besides, what do you call talking to two strangers in just this short time alone? I'd call that a magnet." Noctis argued, a reluctant smile curving his lips. He didn't miss the hard eyes as Azra'iel introduced himself. What a mouthful of a name. Noctis didn't even know how to pronounce it.
The constellation made a quick exit, Noctis let go of Haveni to look after him with a wary look, eyebrows furrowing into a slight frown. How much did he know? .. Hmm. He would have to watch out for that one. Clearly, there wasnt a mutual like between the two men. But Noctis couldnt say it was clear dislike either.
"Ready to get back to the inn? The rooms and food are going to be prepared soon." He informed Haveni. Why did Haveni let a strange constellation touch her so easily? What if one constellation had the power of finding out everything from a touch? Not that Noctis would let strange people touch him--- wait. He did. Women. Shoot. He ought to heed his own advice from his thoughts. He didn't have anything to hide.. usually. This case.. was a different manner.
"How much does he know, anyways?" He asked Haveni curiously, heading towards Rosel and Aeos.

Haveni trailed at his side, occasionally tripping as sand gave away under her feet.
"I didn't tell him anything, really." she was also confused at how he knew... She paused and gave a wary glance back at him. how did he know?
Stepping back up the wooden stairs that led off the beach, she found her shoes, and greeted Aeos and Rosel. She knew Rosel wouldn't touch her, or willingly be within close proximity of her. Not that she blamed her, though..sometimes, she still felt a little bad about it.
She glanced back at the ocean, and her heart froze in her chest. There was a pale figure with her likeness standing on the sands, her head slightly tilted down, white hair flailing in the wind. Ruin?!
She blinked, and the image was gone. Nobody else seemed to have notice...it must have been an illusion, right? Her heart pounding a little, she had clenched herself a fistful of Noctis' sleeve, her eyes unblinking on that place. It must have been just...a figment.

A small smile danced across Nashara's face; she liked this one. Her abruptness, her cold hostility - it was all very familiar.
"Oh, I would've known." She floated slightly closer, raising her hand and pointing a finger at the Twilif. A stream of air blasted forward, spiraling around the girl, the flame in the female's lantern flaring in the breeze. "Trust me. If you had attempted to even singe a hair on m head, I would have know. I have my ways."
She dropped her hand, spinning around and floating back down to the patio. Resting her arms on the intricate balustrade, she peered down towards the ocean front. There walked Haveni and what appeared to be Noctis, heading back into the city. From what she had seen earlier, she assumed they were headed back to their beds to sleep; she had seen that cloaked man walk into a nearby inn.
The sun had fully set now, the last colored rays of light being swallowed up by the waves of the sea. Darkness crept in to take the day's place, deepening colors and lengthening shadows. Soon, the pure black of night would be on them, a void of light broken only by the moon and stars above. Absolutely perfect for thievery.
Or a little well-planned chaos.
She raised her voice in order for the Twilif to hear her. "To answer your first question, there is a certain someone I would very much like to burn. How about we make a deal - you help me, and I don't have you killed for trespassing?" Nashara paused, then whirled around to face the intruder. A sly smile spread across her face.
"Do you know anything about fire?"

"Hm." There was an air of skepticism in Sankke's tone: as a rule, she did not believe what she had not seen. And to her eyes, the Constellation had no idea that she was sharing her view until Sankke had told her so. The breeze of her power swirled around the Twilif's head, making the chain by her horn chime atypically - she turned her head slightly, following the flame as it swept past her lantern, and paid the sound no mind.
The onset of night brought with it new promises. Sankke mused about this, keeping her eyes on the woman below her while her thoughts went to the aether. Nightfall would bring a new light to this sparkling city. Perhaps one that she wouldn't find quite so repulsive. "My life is poor recompense for whatever you have planned. We'll have to work out a better bargain later." Not that she trusted this one to do that, or anything. In fact, she was pretty sure that if Nashara wanted to, she really could kill her. For all that the Twilif would love to toot her own horn (and honestly, too), the strength of Constellations was known like that.
But that didn't mean Sankke would give her an easy time of it, if that's what it came to. Her, or anyone.
She stood up proper, moving her free hand to the light of her lantern. The brazier there flared; and when Sankke pulled her hand away, a ring of flame danced erratically around one pointed finger. She watched it instead of Nashara for a moment.
"I know the voice of fire," she answered simply, flicking the ring at the Constellation's face as she returned her attention to her. "What do you want with it?"
A safe distance away, the ring burned out into embers, then to ashes.
"Step aside, ma'am. Please keep moving, sir? Thank you. Ah, excuse me, the lady obviously doesn't want- Madam! My tail is not to be used that way!"
Despite himself, a smirk fell across Meowth's feline face. This place could get pretty hectic on a normal night - but hectic or not, the trawling mahem of this Inn was his job. And damn, did he love it. The Phyri swept to the right, absurdly graceful given his size and four feet, and set down one of the trays he had been carrying to his waiting table. Another three trays were resting in his other hand, the crook of his arm, and firmly between his horns; these went to a long table on the right, filled with gamboling citizens. Rescuing his empennage from yet another assault, Meowth sauntered out of the galley and back into the main area.
The front counter was his first stop. It was far easier to pick up orders from there than to risk the kitchens... He could still remember the day that the hack-chef had mistaken his tail for a hank of untrimmed meat. Meowth shuddered.
He recovered quickly, though. "Sooooo~" he said brightly as he glanced over the order waiting for him. "Meals up to their rooms, huh? Must be some new tenants." And smart tenants, too - the Phyri couldn't blame them for avoiding the chaos of the galley. He wondered, briefly, whether Ramiel would have this one covered. Then he shrugged, thought better of it, and picked up one of the orders anyway. Everyone liked a bit of help, right?

Entering the Lost Village pranced a pup, a cerberus pup. Too busy hasing about a puny bug she had eyed on a leaf for a while, she giddly chased it into the village. Though she was only 2 years of age, she was quite large in size and acted very childish.
But she heard nothing of the strange attacks that were happening this whole time. busily though, she ran her way through the village, soon coming to a group of twilif, constellations. Was she the only oddball?
"Mrgh..... where am I exactly...?" Furleinburhst the cerberus sniffed about, her 2 other heads asleep it seemed. Fur never disobeyed her master, but she was so playfully interested in the bug, she had strayed away. Seeing some strange "grown-ups" she approached a woman among many men. Haveni, Noctis, and a few others slowly, curiously. She whimpered slightly, as if to say help, she was lost.

Epona blinked at Keanu. At first she quickly stepped back because she didn't know if that a good or a bad person or if he was affiliated with Haveni and the others. Then, she narrowed her eyes and took a good look of his face.
"Keanu! Is that you?"
