There was a shuffling of foliage near Elizabeth and Max. Red hair and a pair red fox ears with black on the tips. A fox tail could be seen with a white tip. Who are these people? They seem to be on a quest. I hope they can let me join them, I could really use the credits.

Sean had been following the Red head since she first left their village, staying a close distance behind her. He didn't want her to know that he was still following her, afraid that she'd most likely go off the edge and start screaming at him again.

The dark haired boy stayed a good distance away, but close enough to where he could still make out the swish of her fox tail. Kerana was still obvious to the fact he'd been following her all this time. And Sean rather liked the idea.

He stood next to a tree, his arms crossed over his broad chest as he watched the girl protectively. Sure, she could take up for herself, but he couldn't take getting news she was hurt in any way. Which is why, no matter where she goes, Sean is somewhere close behind her. Unknowing, and forever invisible.

What is she doing, anyways? he thought to himself rather annoyed. Kerana had left without word, not even a simple goodbye, to be honest in rather hurt the boy, his light blue eyes showing the reaction clearly at the faint memory. Luckily he'd been great at tracking. He smirked a toothy grin as he watched her. She was always so cute when curious

Continuing to be oblivious that someone was following her, though she got the feeling she was being watched. She turns back and looks around and didn't see anyone. She simply shrugs it off and thought she was being a little paranoid. She continues 'spying' on the group. She looks at Max and he reminded her of Sean then she realized... she got so excited about going on an adventure for class that she forgot to tell Sean all about it. Her green eyes widen then she thought how Sean must have felt Oh, no! I forgot to tell Sean! He must be awfully worried about me.... but if I go back now I might miss my chance... Hopefully he'll understand. She promised herself that the next chance she'll get she'll write to Sean and tell him all the cool stuff she's been up to on her adventures. Thinking that they couldn't detect her despite her obvious ears and tail she continues to 'spy' on Max and Elizabeth thinking she could not be seen. Let's face it, she wasn't meant to be a thief or a spy.

Sean smiled as she looked back, so her sense where not all that dulled, thank god. He was beginning to worry, what if he'd of let her go out by herself? His ears perked as he began to hear what she was spying on, two voices. One male, the other female. He quickly frowned, it was finally time to make his presence known to his friend.

So, slowly he made his way over to the red head, his hand quickly brushing her shoulder, his cool voice emitting low enough for only her to hear. "Kerana, eavesdropping isn't nice, love. You know that right?" he said with obvious humor in his voice as he dropped his head down to her level, peering through the trees, seeing what had her attention stolen so diligently.

He looked at the two, another red head, her hair falling well past her waist. She was dressed to elegantly to be in the woods, so this alarmed Sean in a way, another was male, sort of resembling himself with his dark color hair and all. He pursed his lips together, wrapping his arm around Kerana's shoulder protective. He knew that he probably shouldn't be so quick to judge, but seeing that they had went through a destroyed village not to far back, Sean couldn't be too careful.

A shiver goes down her spine and down her tail fluffing it like a startled cat. She was going to scream but didn't when she heard his calming voice. She covers her mouth to not let out a sound. Feeling ashamed for eavesdropping she blushes and looks down letting go of her mouth and place both hands behind her.

As he places his hand on her shoulder she felt like her "older brother" was looking out for her again. "Sean, I'm going to ask if I can join them on a quest to save their friend. It will fullfill my extra credit for field study." she says in a hushed voice.

Sean perked a brow as he looked back at the two, then back at Kerana, he frowned, a common sign that he didn't' like a plan that was going on.

"And just what are they saving their friend from?" he asked with more authority in his voice then before. It was a good thing he had followed after her after all, or there was no telling what sort of trouble she would of gotten into, hell she might not even of made it home to let him know she was okay if he didn't.

Sean's gaze returned to the pair that they where both now spying on. Sean for reasons differ then Kerana's. Sure, if they accepted Kerana in their rescue mission, that would mean he would be going along with her. No way in hell would he be letting her go alone.

"Whatever it may be... I guess I'm in.." he groaned, keeping his grip on her shoulder. He was worried about what they was getting themselves into now.

When he asked her about what they are saving their friend from her mind immediately went to...
Quote:

3nodding The group of them heading to a tree and some one was calling out for help for she was stuck in the tree. Then she turns to Sean saying "see it wasn't that bad now was it?" It would be then she would use a spell and would easily let her down. Then she goes back to college and get the last credits she needs to get her degree... 3nodding

Her mind snapped back to the present and focus and smiled when he decided to join her. She looks over to the two and started to get a little impatient. "Should we go to them now and ask?"
PostPosted: Sat May 01, 2010 12:45 pm

Sean groaned at the question, but he guessed that there was no going back. No Kerana had her mind set on gaining her credits this way. So, he regreattably took her hand and began to wack away trees that where parting the way.

"I suppose now would be a better time if any. Just.. Stay behind me."

He took a step forward, pulling Kerana with him, allowing himself to come to view with the duo, he gulped, hoping that they where more friendly then anything. Sean would hate to have to kick someones a** right at this very moment.

"Hello there, friend. Couldn't help but hear that you are about to go on a mission for your friend... Need any help, my friend here is good with spells, and I'm really good with any weapons and well.. I have a certian ability that you might find quiet useful." he said with a toothy grin. His wolfish features clear to eye now. Though he was handsom, he was cursed.

((lol at the dark hair. Read Max's profile, it's light brown))

Max snapped out of his prayer and looked at the hand placed on his. He didn't pull away, even as the strange sensations washed over his hand. He was about to answer her question when two new figures emerged from the bushes.

Now he took his hand back from Elizabeth and moved it to his bow, only holding it, not raising it off the ground. He was expecting m trouble from the pair. After all, that seemed to be the only thing in this place. When the male of the pair stated his intentions, Max dropped his guard a little. He personally felt as though he could go the rest of his life without seeing another magic user, but he looked to Elizabeth, wondering about where she stood on the offer.

(Meh.. It's dark. So, it is all the same, I'll make a note of it later when they see it in the light. Sorry. And I've read his profile!! just been a while. >.<)

Elizabeth jumped at the voice, gasping as she looked at the strange pair. She couldn't help but giggle at the girl with the fox ears. Oh my gosh! She is soooo adorable! the light user gushed as she gawked at her ears with a string of giggles and smiles.

Then she looked over to the male, flushing red as he spoke. Not only was he good looking, but his voice, so crisp, clean... She swallowed hard and looked away, hearing the mans intentions.

"Max?" she asked looking at the boy she just healed, wondering where he stood on the matter, quiet frank Liza felt the more the merrier. "Where do you stand with this mans intentions? Should we let them help us? We will need it, most likely."

Her eyes where on Max now, waiting for his responce. She didn't want to say all abord if he didn't want any outsiders in the party. She could understand where he would be coming from, the two just came up out of the woodwork, and they where obviously spying on them.

What Elizabeth said changed Max's mind, they may indeed need the newcomers. He was still wary of them, however. "They may join us. But keep your eyes on them."

((Sorry it's short, I've had a weird day.))

Sean smirked as they had accepted their request of aid. It looked like Kerana would get her points after all. He sighed in relief, how hard could it be to save their friend, what could of possibly happend that it was going to take four people to save her?

All the while, he never released his protective grip on Kerana's hand, even though they seemed friendly enough, he didn't trust the either of them as far as he could trust them, and not only that but he liked having a reason to hold her hand.

"Well, Kerana. You where right." he said with a smirk as he looked at his read headed companion, seeing the look of joy on her face, here she was spying so diligently, dreading asking them if they would need her aid. What would she of done if hadn't of followed after her.

"So, when do we head out to find your friend?" Sean's voice was meaningful, yet showing that all he was looking for was information, he was the type of person who created a schedule in his head before doing something. He always had a plan, or at least tried to.. He could count a few times when he had to act quickly and on whim, -such as when he accidently walked in on Kerana bathing when they where younger- the wolf smiled on the inside at the fond memories.

"We could leave immediately, but I have no clue as to where she was taken. My friend and her captor simply vanished without a trace." Max stood up as he spoke, and realized that he would once again be setting out to find someone when he had no idea where to look.

Kerana's eyes sparkled as they approved their proposal. She couldn't wait to get started. She looks to Sean, golly Sean is so swell, I don't know what I'd do without him. Sean had a hard time holding on to her she was jumping up and down with joy *SQUEEEE!* "What do you need me to do first! Do you need any healing? Oh I know a tracking spell! Anythng that uses magic leaves a trail."

Max's attention went to the Fox girl at her little burst of giddiness. It was his first time truly noticing her features. She was very attractive, a rival with Max's beloved for his desire. He repressed these thoughts of the fox, however, for he had already sworn his love for another. "I do not require any healing, thanks to Elizabeth, but the tracking spell may prove useful."
