My favorite Manga would have to be: Vampire Knight or Crimson Spell (not for children under the age of 18!)
Anime would be:
Naruto
Dragonball Z (Not GT)
Sailor Moon
Yu Yu Hakusho
Rurouni Kenshin
Furuba
Bleach
and any others that I can't think of now sweatdrop
