Actually....... Hei is the most capable of god modding. He could easily counter Tsume's abilities. Sealing.... ._. But I cleared away most things and rehashed Hei's profile so much, it should be fine now.

Yeah, especially when we captains are supposed to be really powerful. It's a fine line between really freaking powerful and god moding, and it becomes even harder with the varieties of powers that there are. sweatdrop
