Lex said with a grin on his face, "How about I get to the solution. I want YOU to pose as Mockingbird."

"For the same reason I used this idea for myself before," Lex said, "Because even if it fails, you have complete anonimity. Not wanting to incur your wrath, I won't be saying anything, and no one else will even know. As Mockingbird, you meet no one in person. No one sees your real face. No one hears your real voice. We can make them think you're a male, completely throwing off suspicion. No one's going to suspect Supergirl of working with Lex Luthor AND the Joker AND possibly Deathstroke, anyways. This is all just extra assurance. And considering the big secret we're hiding, I don't think there IS such as thing as too much assurance. So, what do you say?"

With a smile, Lex said, "Well, I said, possibly Deathstroke, and if he returns, I plan on offering one billion dollars to make the Six his number one priority. I can't think of many people who can beat that offer. All credit for the money being there is to be given to Mockingbird, of course," he added, motioning to Supergirl. "And on the off chance you meant Joker, as long as this has the possibility of getting him his very own Bat-head to mount on his living room wall, he'll play nice, too."

Lex smirked and said, "Don't worry, the money will be there, I'll provide it. I'll just say that it was Mockingbird who provided it. My time as President was a VERY busy time of my life, for many reasons."

"Simple," Lex said, walking to one of the computers. "There's a satellite in orbit that looks like a normal government-owned satellite. You've probably flown past it and never taken notice to it. In fact, it is a base. You go there, and you will find all my back-ups for the Mockingbird operation." A picture of the sattelite appeared on the monitor. As he kept talking, images of what he was talking about flashed on the screen. "Computer-rendered images of a bald man, with a face slightly rounder than mine, the only feature visible being the eyes, which are a different color than mine. Voice syntesising programs, so that you do not have to speak yourself, and therefore give away nothing by voice. You will sound like a male by using that program, and therefore nothing like Supergirl. You will find food and water to last a year, a bed, and no Kryptonite. The satellite itself has a lead lining, so that Superman will not be able to find you. Between the outer shell and the lead is a series of circuitry, so that if the Boy Scout DOES try to look, it will appear to him as a normal satellite. From there, you can intercept various radio and video signals, and with your knowledge of the JLA's technology, you might even be able to single out their private encrypted messages. By using the voice programs, you might even be able to send out messages to the League members posing as another member altogether, and lead them into traps of ours. You know who in the League responds best to who and what, so that shouldn't be hard for you to do at all. There is a messaging system that will send typed messages from you to special recievers, such as this." He pressed a button, and a small plate slid up on his battlesuit, revealing a small screen. "With this, you will be able to communicate with all the members of the Six, or to one individual member. There is a special reciever in this very room that will recieve video messages, for which you should use the image program to display the silhouette man's picture." He turned to her again. "What do you think?"

Lex rolled his eyes momentarily. "Honestly, this always happens at the worst times..." He pulled it from his inside jacket pocket and answered, "What is it?"

Lex smirked. This, he had time for. Luthor looked Supergirl in the eyes, hinting that she should pay attention. "Slade. Speak of the devil. No, actually, I was just informing Mockingbird about your hesitation in joining us. Have you reconsidered?"
