Sara smiled at the effect she had caused in the two hot heads. As a drazuel, she lived longer but she was considered quite young yet among her kind. She stalked off into the night away from the village and shifted. She never turned into the mist, but straight to her true form. She spread her wings wide before bedding down in a hollow of rock. She woke up a bit later to the warm caress of sunshine upon her scales. Sara yawned and shifted back to her human self. She headed back toward the village.

Erik's sleep, normally riddled with unpleasant dreams, was abnormally peaceful. When he finally awoke, he saw Sara standing at almost the exact same location she was when Erik went to sleep. "Have you even moved at all since last night?"

Sara turned to stare at Erik. "Yes I scratched my nose a few minutes back." She said with a wink. Sara walked to the fire and sat on a log there. "We should move out soon, I'm going to need a map, or directions from the kitchens to the General's quarters." She told him, as she remembered her part to play in this plan. She had buckled on her sword to her back in anticipation of having to fight their way out.

Varnis was already up before sun rise. He was practicing his air magic ability, and his archery skill. As the sun started to rise above the trees, he sighed as he felt the suns rays against his skin. Placing his weapons away he stretched and headed back to the fire place. His leather fur armor was patched and waiting for him on one of the logs by the fire place. The air was a bit chilly, but not unbearable. "Good morning." He said to the two as he got close to the fire place.
Markis yawned as the rays of light came through an open window. Getting out of bed, he got dressed. He headed to where the others where gathering with some hot tea. Yawning one more time he started to talk. "Erik should have directions since he knows so much about it."

"Sara, just remember, your job is to exploit that 30 second window we have to poison the food before the escort arrives. If your mist form can allow you to do this, we'll be perfectly alright. Varnis, you and Mia, wherever she is, will wait on the north wall for any chance to shoot an arrow into his skull. As for Markis, you can do whatever you like, as long as you don't blow our cover. As for me, I have an armory raid to do." Erik sat back as he contemplated how to enter the armory.

Mia realizing it was morning by the sun warming her skin and feathers, opened her eyes and stood up. She then hooked her sword to her belt and walked to the fire place. Mia saw that the others were already there and when she reached there she sat down on a rock near by. "So what is the plain," she still didn't really trust them yet.

"Ah, Mia. Good. I need you to serve as bodyguard for our sharpshooter, Varnis. There are plenty of areas around the north wall where you can wait in hiding until the right moment." Erik remembered that the armory wasn't guarded much, only one guard standing at the door who could easily be killed and locked inside.

Sara didn't like that she only had 30 seconds to stay undetected and slip something in under a servant's nose. She also decided to not ask herself as to how Erik got all the materials and the knowledge of the fort. "Are we leaving yet I wish to get this done." She said loudly so people 20 feet from the fire could hear her.

"I have my own things to do here." Markis replied to Erik. "So, I wont be going with you." He walked a few feet away from the fire. "And you should leave now. From what the scouts have said... Its a hard journey there."
Varnis watched Markis as he walked off back to his hut. Looking in the general direction of the fort he felt as if he shouldn't be doing this but, if it was to make the village safe again, he would do this. "Lets get this done." He simply said as he started off in the direction of the fort.

Erik could tell no one liked the plan. These people were battle-hardened warriors, not assassins. And Erik could tell that no one trusted him, either. But he didn't care. He didn't really care about taking Lente out either. Erik wanted to get into the armory, and come hell or high water, he was breaking in. "Hey, guys! There's a bunch of ladders allowing access up the east wall. Only problem is, they are usually well guarded. We'll have to wait for the watch to change, it's our only window."
((I'm probably going to be off for a while. School starts soon, and I have no idea if I'll ever get back on a computer.))

Sara nodded glumly then took a rolled up map of where she would need to be, with the vial and shifted to mist and found a privy. From there she turned human and studied the map. She made her way to the area as mist and waited. ((Sry if we weren't right there, but it needed a post to keep going))

((No problem. I havent had time to post as well. Just try and post when you can.))
Varnis started to climb the ladders slowly as the watch was changing. Nearing the top he pulled out one of his daggers and waited there for a second. He looked over the edge and watched. Three guards stood there talking to each other. Stepping down two rungs, he waited for the others to climb the ladders.
((Selce? I thought her name was Sara? ))

( yea I might not be able to post that often too. )
Mia then walked up to a later, looking up to make sure no guards were looking. She then motioned to Varnis that she was going climb, then she started to climb. She was careful not to make much noise when climbing.
( gah bad one xp )

(Omg redface thats what I get for being in to many RPs lol. I'll be careful.)
Sara stayed low as to not be obnoxiously obvious as mist. Soon she could hear the rattle of metal and a man whistleing. She readied herself mentally for the exacting effort of only materializing a hand, instead of her whole body. 'Oh no I'm an idiot I forgot to hold the vial when I turned to mist!' Sara now had to materialize herself completly to get the vial out and then dump it's contents in the food without being seen.
(Next post i'll attempt the poison. Anyone want to be the servant so I don't automatically get it or do we want that?)

((WE WANT THE GENERAL TO DIE!!! MAKE IT EASY ON YOURSELF!! Just remember: To do the poison, you have to wait for the guard to taste the food and deem it safe, THEN secretly poison the food. It's a fast acting poison.))
Erik had broken away, and was climbing up a different wall. Quickly, he jumped into a stack of hay used to feed the livestock. After brushing himself off, Erik kept to the shadows, sneaking around. Finally, he came close to the armory door, and he had a clear view of where Varnis and the others were supposed to be at. Erik wanted the confusion of the General's death to cause some chaos before he went into the armory. If mass panic occurred, no one would pay attention to the guy who slipped in and out of the armory...
