Oh, I'm quite tired, actually. Haven't been sleeping well for the last week or so. Just finishing up for the night in RP started by Ixor in Barton Town, then I'm going to be going to bed. For al that it's worth, at any rate...

End of the year month crisis killed my sleeping schedule, but since I graduated just a few days ago, I can sleep again all I want. (X If only I could.. Waiting to just pass out. lol (:<

Yeah. If nothing else, it was a little better sleep than I got the last couple nights. Still frustratingly annoying though, especially since it's conjoined with a headache that won't go away.

Depressed, yes, though not as bad as my depressive cycles can get. I suppose that's a mercy at the least.

It'd probably be easier to look up Bipolar disorder type II, but in a nutshell, I have depressive states, (hypo)manic states, and normal states. When I say cycle, I mean that the states switch every now and then.
As for what triggers it, it's hard to say. Sometimes nothing, sometimes stress, sometimes even a dream can cause it.
