I would say Niame from Kingdom Hearts: Chain of memories and Princess Ruto from Legend of Zelda: OoT
Niame: Freaken bizzatch made Sora think she was the one he loved. (long story ><)
Princess Ruto: "I can't be walking around this area. CARRY ME!" I threw that bizzatch at everything in lord Jabu Jabu's belly.

Princess Peach: learn how to defend yourself. Even Princess Zelda picks up a bow and arrows once in a while (Wind Waker), and she's usually stuck getting kidnapped because her idiot father won't let her do anything but stay in one place! You, on the other hand, apparently don't even have a father. Learn some self defense and grow a spine.
Either that or suck it up, deal with the marriage of convenience your father secretly promised you into, and buy yourself the giant-size bottle of Listerine to deal with his flame breath in the mornings.

Princess Peach. I'm sorry but the whole damsel in distress thing is wearing very thin on my nerves.
Sure 10 games ago I might've just turned the other cheek, but come on.
Even Zelda who just like peach has her damsel in distress thing to but, she knows when to stop crying and start fighting.
Which she's done multiple times.
I also disliked Miang from Xenogears. Sure she wasn't playable but it's pretty easy to dislike her....

Louize Ugh, Sophia from Star Ocean 3. She's the most pathetic, whiny Mary-Sue I've ever seen. gonk Practically half of her lines just consist of her pouting and saying "Fayt..." in that stupid, drippy way of hers, and she's just... just vile. Spoilers: And when the characters find out that she's genetically modified like Fayt and Maria, it's somehow a MUCH bigger deal for her. And naturally, her powers are sparklier than the other characters, and involve her collapsing and panting a lot after she's used them. End spoilers. ...plus, she HATES VIDEOGAMES. And whines about it at great length at the start of the game. mad So true. I always piss her off when you run into that girl on the beach. And when you go into her room and look in her garbage can. Fayt calls her a pig and says she's gonna get fat! xd

My least favorite as of late is Shion from Xenosaga. I just find her annoying.

I found MOMO was more annoying though.

NimhUisce I dislike the female characters that were made to look like harlots because the gaming industry has more males buying their games than females(what is the new ratio? 60/40? Well I'm sure at least some of that 40% of women buying these games would like to be taken into consideration of how we would like OUR female characters to look instead of how the MEN would like the females to look.)...what if I don't want my character to look like a floozy? There is not always a choice (maybe I've adapted to running around as a scantily clad female in Guild Wars but certain games you only have the choice of running around in a thong and I'd rather not have to stare at her rearend all day while I play the game.) I agree, but there are alot of manbo characters too. I do hate the fact that most female chars look like "floozys" ....I dont have a special hate for any.

There were times in Devil May Cry where Trish just annoyed the hell outta me. (Its not hate its just annoyence now and then.)
Kairi in KH....=.= she just...everything.....
