It's actually not from anything on t.v. (I don't watch a hell of a lot of it either) It's from stand up show by a favourite comedian of mine XD
I'm not surprised if no one gets it, he's not the most famous comedian EVER.

I had a new character idea biggrin

One male, one fmeale, they're twins (not identical) and they're GORGONS. with snake hair a-la Medusa biggrin Yeah, I know Wikipedia says they're only female but I don't care. I'm thinking the guy will be a bit of a Mod (for extra examples, think Nartian Rock) and the girl will be a bit more... I dunno yet.

So basically, COLOURS ALL AROUND!
