Nick rushes him slamming his staff into the blade reitasu building into a scythe blade then slashing down on Zaines shoulder and across his head

Zaine grins "Gotcha!" he says and quckily reverses the direction of his blade's spin, attempting to throw off not only Nick's attack but his balance as well, he then goes for another well aimed kick to the ribs

"its alot harder than that to throw off my balance after my few years of martial arts" Nick rolls backwards as his wind wall absorbs the kick Lunging at Zaine quickly at the end of his roll swinging the Scythe blade again this time at Zaines legs

"Wasnt too hard to know the blade from your hand earlier." he says wryly jumping back after his kick was blocked. "Im pretty usless with Kidou as you recall, so I work twice as hard on my agility, and speed. To make up for this lack." he jumps as the blade is swiped at his feet, he spins in the air and brings his blade down on Nick's back, while simaltaniously kicking at his face, praying that one hit would connect.

Nick wind wall blocks the blade as nick brings up the staff end to Zaines incoming kick trying to redirect it to throw Zaine off balance midstrike

Zaine brings his other leg around attempting, once again to kick Nick. Zaine sent a pulse of Reiatsu through his leg to deflect the staff.

Aiko twitched suddenly. Gazing at Ami, she let out a soft sigh and kissed her gently. "I'm sorry Ami, there's somewhere I need to be. Go back to the Inn and stay there, do you understand? Wait for me there, I promise I'll be back though I don't know how long I'll be. I have to go and support and old friend. Please Ami, don't come after me, just wait with the Inn for me." she she finished, she kissed Ami again and stood herself up. She pushed forwards, hopping onto the fence and, as her feet made contact with the surface, she disappeared with shunpo.

Kei slowly entered the inn and was shocked when a strong surge of reiatsu came gushing around the halls. Some people were sparring. In an inn! But he paid no attention to the mess around the inn and took a seat by a counter.
He took a sigh and looked around, waiting for the waitress.

((OOC: This takes place about a year from the previous posts.)) It had been a good year since she had been here last, the Sunshine Inn hadn't changed at all. It was silent and calm as it always was, filled with feel good vibes. Grandfather was busy serving a few customers and she was dressed in a casual uniform. Her weapon slid just at the small of her back and instead of getting glances of happiness she received nothing but averted gazes as people gave her proper respect and looked away when she stepped in. Though it was the way things where, she still felt sad to feel as though she was no longer equals with these people. However this little fact faded quickly as she was tossed a cloth. Catching it instinctively a very welcoming feeling washed over her. Looking to Grandfather she grinned as he beamed at her with a cheery smile, he nodded to her and quickly she slung the apron over hear head, tied it around her torso and went to work collecting dishes and serving the customers as she did before she became a Shinigami.
It only took her a matter of a couple hours before she was in the full swing of things and the Inn was busy with customs and it almost glowed with the joy both the employees, Grandfather, and Ami where radiating into the entire building. The sky had gone dark just an hour ago and the laturns where glowing brightly and laughter flooded out into the streets. By now everybody had found their place and Ami was now sitting on the large mans lap talking excitedly about her adventures within the Academy and the small missions she'd gone through on Earth as a warrior. She made sure to keep out the gross and sensitive stories out and made her whole career appear as a vacation trip...

Kei entered the inn and took a sigh. It was a very uptight feeling in Sereitei but it was his task to be in it. Of course it was tiring and stressful but he did choose it afterall. All he wanted was to serve and maintain order in everywhere. But he wondered... And then he realized that he found himself in one of the tables. He took another sigh and then raisedd his hands for a waiter or waitress. The place was calming as it did last year. He laughed. He luaghed at himself for not coming in such a nice place. It was a waste of time. Well, this is a place to waste time but spending time in this kind of atmosphere would be worth it. Oh, how foolish he was. Indeed... ((Wow... I'm the 100th post! Ahehehe... 4laugh ))
