As they were riding so fast Takara didnt see a hole in the ground, her horse's leg went into it, and Takara went flying off her horse.
Seeing her horse laying there on the ground in pain, for it had broken its leg.
Takara tried to get up herself but couldn't for when she was throw off her horse, she landed in an awkward position, and twisted her ankle..
"Ugh, my leg." she cried out in pain, "Runa go ahead and take the blood to Chan, for we don't have enough time he needs it before nightfall. I'll stay here with the horse and hopefully that sand cloud is nothing more than a cloud."

Takara tried to get up herself but couldn't for when she was throw off her horse, she landed in an awkward position, and twisted her ankle.. "Ugh, my leg." she cried out in pain, "Runa go ahead and take the blood to Chan, for we don't have enough time he needs it before nightfall. I'll stay here with the horse and hopefully that sand cloud is nothing more than a cloud." "No way! I will no leave you here!" I said and stopped jumping off the horse. I carefully and quickly picked her up and put her on my horse. I looked at the other horse, ug I cant leave it. "Takara you go back, okay. I was a wanderer before i met you and I can find my way back okay". I grabbed my bag off of my horse, "I promise I will come back as quick as possible, with your horse," I smiled. "Now go! For you know the fastest way back and I will never find it by nightfall, and send help!" Without giving second thought and the sand cloud still approaching I quickly went to the horse and took and splinted his heg with the supplies from my bag. I soothed him helped him up. I looked at the cloud and sweat dripped from my face, "Come on boy you at least got to hobble! Go, go"I cried slowly edging him forward.

"Runa, I can't ride, for my ankle is broken. It's best you go and get some help just follow the path back to Chan's house." Takara cried as she watched Runa dealing with her horse.

Angel87309 " I don't think I can remember the way back..."I looked back up at her and got back up. I went over and looked up at Takara, I looked down and closed my eyes. "I can't leave you alone..." "Well then I guess we'll have to wait and hope those that are coming are friends and not foe." said Takara, watching as the cloud of sand grew bigger and closer...

"Okay", I said and stood in front of the horses, I had my hand close to my sword just in case. "Hey Takara, you still have that pendant right? Make sure you have it visable".

"I can't leave you alone..." "Well then I guess we'll have to wait and hope those that are coming are friends and not foe." said Takara, watching as the cloud of sand grew bigger and closer... "Okay", I said and stood in front of the horses, I had my hand close to my sword just in case. "Hey Takara, you still have that pendant right? Make sure you have it visable". Checking her pocket, Takara pulled it out and said, "Yes, its right here Runa, don't worry I'm not going to let this thing go as long as we are in the desert area."

I smiled, "Takara... if it gets bad you're gonna have to ride. You know that right?" I frowned and looked back at her "Theres no way you can fight with your ankle, I know it'll hurt but...if a battle starts I can't protect you against the scorpians, they're too strong. You will have to ride and seek help. Promise me Takara..."

You will have to ride and seek help. Promise me Takara..." "Yes, I understand but I'm hoping with this pendant that things will be ok, Runa." said Takara, trying to get up some but putting any pressure on her foot, just shoots pain up her leg.

"Well we can try Runa, for you don't look like you weigh that much, I think with the both of us that horse can make it. Let's give it a try before that cloud gets closer ok?" she said.

No I laughed you dont get it. I helped her up onto the horse and then anchored her leg up carefully so as not to bounce around much. I got the packs and some supplies from the packs and started to tie them together, soon I had formed a carrier that could drag in the sand I slowly edged it under Takaras horse and tied the horse to the carrier, then I tied the carrier to my horse. "Do you think she can handle this", I asked. I had done all of this quickly and looked back up at the cloud, "Oh, well no time for questions, lets find out, I jumped up and kicked my horse into a gallop.

As Runa and Takara swiftly raced thru the desert area and to the forest, hoping that whoever was within the sand cloud wasn't following them. They made it safely to an area where the could slow their pace some. For all that galloping the horse was doing was actually shooting pain up Takara's leg.
"Ugh my leg, Runa. I dont think I can take anymore of this, please slow the horse down." she cried.
With that Runa pulled back on the reigns and the horse slowed down. Seeing familiar sights.
Takara said, "Runa we are almost there, just over this hill we ought to be close to the village."
