I had roast beef and mash potatoes. It was a microwave meal, but it wasn't too bad.

Oven roasted Turkey, Country Style Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes with Sour Creme whipped into it. Turkey Gravy, Sweet Potatoes with huge Marshmallows and Molasses instead of the traditional Honey. Also, some brown and serve wheat rolls. Jelled Cranberry Sauce, Mustard Greens, Pumpkin Pie and Blueberry Pie. Oh, and some Hot Apple Cider with a Cinnamon Stick and some Ice Water.

Hey! Am I the only one eating around here!? I seriously doubt that!!!
*edit: oh, phew! Bubbles posted before I hit submit. Was starting to think I was eating alone here. Nothing sadder than eating alone*
Well, after a cold, wet day, I made a big pot of chicken chili.... SPICY!!!

*sings* Love that chicken from Popeye's!!! Chicken breast(mild) with fries and red beans & rice, and of course a biscuit
That reminds me of the 'Yo Mamma' episode: Yo Mamma's so stupid, she went to Popeye's and ordered spinach.

I haven't had Popeye's Chicken in a long time. They do have the best. For tonight, I had hamburger pizza and pizza with extra cheese and black olives.

Chili's crispy chipotle chicken and corn on the cob.
Don't miss out on trying that Popeye's. It'll warm you up this Winter! Although when we lived in California, we did notice they didn't make it as spicy as they do around here. But if you like fried chicken, it sure beats Church's or Kentucky Fried. Something about that crust! But Church's has some awesome biscuits.

Wow Gwee! We sure do think alike. I feel the same way about Popeye's v/s Church's and KFC. I too have noticed that Popeye's Chicken down south and in the east is much spicier than the ones in La Joya, California and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Had some crackers with cheese and steak. Weird I know. But lately I've really been wanting dairy products and protein. Lots of protein.
