Drake looked around seeing the decorations already put up he finished what Cali started for her and nodded "there" he said then he walked around seeing different people. he did not know if anyone else were coming. or when.

a friend of cali's playfully jumps on his back "heya!" and jumps down "my name is mike" he was hyper

mike really fast in one breathe, "well i dunno because yea well maybe she trusts you so maybe il trust you so sure why not" he gives him a smile and walks away

mike points out things and shows him things around the castle includinghis room and ali's if he ever needed them and instead of catching him into slowing down he seemed to grow more excuted as they walked and in deed became hyperer

Drake nods and looks at everything noticing hes getting more hyper. he didn't mind anymore and continued until they were back at the room where the dance was going to take place.

mike gives him a military salute with 2 fingers unaware hes doing it wrong "yes sir, the party starts in a couple of hours u should go get ready" mike runs about telling everyone dusk was coming which means so would be the party

Drake watched mike run off. he looked at his clothes "whats wrong with what im wearing" he said to himself vanishing and reappearing wearing a nice tux without a tie or bow "there i look better i guess" he said walking away.

as dusk falls the room the dance was to be held in glowed beautifully and even long after dusk faded the light form it held still in the space. people filled in as dresses ruffled and whispered movement filling the air along with voices. noami and ambrose and a couple others started the music and teh dancing that went along with it. lestat glided about checking his guests a woman on each arm, laughing and making them welcome each in turn. waitress and waitors moved about effortlessly offering drinks to all on silver trays. no expense was missed in anything going on. viola and louis moved about talk and once in a while apart form each other doing whatever. jesse was standing in a corner watching the dance vaguely amused. azriel was dancing with an ambasstors son. mike was dancing with girl who seemed amused by him after all he seemed or at least appeared calmer.
cali walks in at the other end wearing a curious red dress with white trim. she blushed feeling over feminine in the dress and vaguely exposed she rubbed her exposed arms against the goose flesh coming up from being stared at by some around the room. she looked for drake

Drake approached her from behind "you walk fast" he said looking into her eyes "and you are beautiful" he added holding out his arm to her.
