Okay. o_o Since Dave helped me out with the JDK file, I've started working on the Java program.
Btw, since we're using Java now, we can now officially stick with complicated stuff, such as the formula I've posted earlier. Already working on it with Java, and as of now, we would like to start recording pilots' stats. These include..
Melee skills Shooting skills Defensive skills Critical Hit skills Evading skills Accuracy skills
I'll come up with numerical limits and what not we have for this soon, after I finish the programming.

I am now beginning to gather every pilot's stats now. What I currently need are..
the 6 skill stats in the post above. Each stat's max is 400, and you have from 875 to 915 to use to distribute among those 6 stats.
Your pilot's compatibility within environments. The environments are..
Sky, Land, Water, and Space. From best to worst, use S, A, B, C, D. The standard for most pilots are..
Sky: A Land: A Water: B Space: A
but you can choose whatever you'd like here, as long as it's reasonable for the character you are RPing.
Your pilot's personality during battle. Choose from one of these.
Very Aggressive, Aggressive, Normal, Timid
The personalities affects how much, and in what way your morale would go up during battle.
Finally, special skills, which I'll have to get here sometime soon. If possible, Guilliam may supply us with those sometime soon. Until then, you can post what you'd like for your stats here now. ... Prefferably now. x_o;

I'll need Guilliam's personality, and.. since everyone seems to be busy at the moment, I might not be able to get to the special skills at the rate things are going right now. x_x

Alrighty. I believe I've got everyone's stats now. Now, need to work on some simple mech stats, and then the meat of the program. Once that's done, we can get that huge battle take place. Although it's gonna be tough getting everyone to be online at once for quite a long time, for this battle, since this one's gonna be a pretty long one.
This, we can try to schedule it at some time that we can all agree upon. I have Mid Terms coming up soon, so.. yeah. x_x No rush here, unless you guys want to rush it. It'll be fine with me.

Okay. I have everyone's stats that we need so far, so we got that part done. Now, I need to gather the mech's stats, so those of you who have their own mechs, I'd appreciate it if you can post the stats agreed upon it, or if you have a registration card from Leowen, that will help.
If anyone else would like to participate in the battle, please post your stats here.
For those of you in White Phantom, we'll have to agree upon some date soon on when the battle should take place. That reminds me. Guilliam, you'll have to give us the stats for White Phantom, and maybe the Zakus, etc. Thanks.

Huge Java post in the Mech Battle System, which we will now start using for the new Beta Testing Mech Battle System. It's still rough around the edges, so.. yeah. A few tweaking and things will be necessary, but at my current level in Java knowledge, that's as far as I can get I think. x_x;; It was definately one of the most complicated programs I've made ever, even though I just started Java class this year.
Quite surprised that I can manage to extract a whole damage formula from a game onto it. @_@

OK... what do we need for the new stats? I guess a list of what the current list of stats is, and maybe some sort of reference point, like some mechs to compare stuff to, would be helpful.

Missing information for those mechs.
Mech Size: LL ( Carrier Ship size ), L ( Big Mech size ), M ( Average Mech size ), S ( Small Mech size ), SS ( Human size )
Mech Environment Compatibility ( S, A, B, C, D, - ) Sky Land Water Space
S is very compatible, and D is horrible compatibility. - is incapable of manuvering in that environment. ( Please refrain from having an S compatibility as much as possible. It's a huge deal having such huge bonuses. )
Whether if your mech has a Sword or a Shield.
For each attacks, Attack Range ( on a grid map, a weapon that has a range of spaces 2 to 5 spaces away from you, you'd put 2-5 ), Max Ammo or EN Cost if any, and each weapon's environment compatibility. Same deal as above.
If it has any other unique systems, note that as well.

Okay, Partisus' Nightshade is ready to go.
Btw, I forgot to meantion that I need each weapon's Accuracy and Critical Hit Bonuses. x_x They'll definately add some variety to your weapon selections.

Btw, I've updated the Java Program in the Mech Battle Systems Sticky. For those of you that can make out some stuff there, you can get sneak previews of the stats of the mechs that are currently in the RP, although I am still missing quite a few of them. Same goes for pilots' stats.
Questions? Comments? Just post away.

Alright, since we have the stats for the pilots participating in the first half of our huge, first battle, and the units' stats, we can do this whenever you guys wish.
For the first half, will the pilots on the White Phantom post here to negotiate our plans on when to have the battle?
That is Arc and Dion, which is I, Partisus, Garde ( RadixFaff), Governor Fedelki ( Leowen, that is, if he volunteers to participate in a battle, seeing that he is a governor. ), Guilliam Yaeger, and Ember Darc.
Also note that defeating enemy units in the battle will give you some credits, as well as a kill count which will be recorded.. I guess in a new thread. The Bank seems jumbled up already.
What the kill count will be used for, I'm not entirely sure yet. Perhaps a makeshift EXP system in the future, but it's quite doubtful how we'd have levels on pilots, seeing as the main battles seems to be a lot of trouble to program. @_@
True, this will mean there'll be Kill Stealing.. If the above idea doesn't work, we can try splitting the credits and kill counts equally.. though it'd be hard to equally distribute items for your mechs.. Well, we'll have to think of something. Shall we start discussion from there?
