OK so taking wages into account that is still a lot of money. We don't have to pay for lessons here. Someone you know can teach you for free or you can pay to go to a school if you like.

here you go for the test and you get class 7. then you can either go to a course for a few months then go for full licence after four months or just drive with someone who has a licence for a year then go to the test.

ofc there is a very cheap way to get a drivers license
im not sure if its still viable since europa got united
but you can convert your international drivers license for a national one for one year, so for an example i could get a drivers license canada for 100 dollars and convert it to a dutch license.
Ofc I'd have to get a new drivers license every year, but in the end it still would be cheaper (for 20 or more years anyway) xd
(this was possible before 2002 anyway, not sure about now)

 Blawaharagh ! Har Har Har Har Har ! you know, i can look a bit less guly too if i would want, but i am totally not able to make pictures of it...when i trie, my face does not manage to be normal, like it is , when i am not making pictures of me.....eh....well i am german, so i love long sentences with many " , ". sorry mates hah biggrin

wow here you can get your permit for like 5 bucks and can drive with a parent or relativeand you have to have it for like 6 months and take drivers ed for like 200 bucks and when your 16 get a probationary license or something for like 5 bucks drive where ever for a year you just cant drive between midnight and 5 in the morning you just cant get a ticket or in an accident other wise you have to wait a year after that then when your 17 you get youre graduated licence for like 5 bucks
