Important note:
For the calculations of the first battle, I accidentally put attack power of "Faint attack" to be 120, instead of the correct 60, in my second post. Also, calculations of second battle in my third post is wrong as well, for I forgot to include Flygon's weakness!
Therefore, I am ashamed to say that the calculations here are the correct ones! Please ignore the mistakes I made in my second and third posts!

Your Glameow: Faint Attack (60 - Dark - 100%) My Abomasnow: Wood Hammer (120 - Grass - 100%) Winner: My Abomasnow! For second battle:Abomasnow uses 4. Icy Wind: 55 - Ice - 95% . Your Flygon: Faint Attack (60 - Dark - 100%) My Abomasnow: Icy Wind (*55x4=220 - Ice - 95%) Winner: Your Flygon! *Due to Flygon's weakness: Ice (x4)
Scizor uses 4. Iron Head: 80 - Steel - 100%.

I know I figured it out but both Pokemon missed cause the second was higher then the first right?

No, they all hit.
The Accuracy stat is based on percentage.
Signal Beam has a 100% hit chance, therefore it won't miss.
HOWEVER
Say you used "Blizzard", it has a 70% accuracy rating and you rolled "82" through the dice. That would mean you missed. Anything from 1%-70% is a hit in that case. Anything beyond that is a miss.
