As Kagaya stood Saratobi put his hand on the hilt of his zanpakuto. "He's one of the most arrogant Hollow's I've ever seen."

Kagaya saw Saratobi's hand go for his zanpaku-to, "I only want to stretch, besides, my zanpaku-to I threw over on the other side of the room, I knew people were going to be jumpy around me, go ahead attack me, I wont even defend myself." Kagaya said as he put both of his arms straight out to his sides.

You didn't kill him. Though you are partly responsible the blame doesn't fall on you alone." I should've been there. But I said no. I would stay here and run training drills with the division Saratobi thought to himself lokking down at Kei's lifeless body

Kagaya lowered his arms, "I'm sorry, but yes it was my fault, Kei told me to stay here. I left to protect Yukari, Kei followed me and saved me from Robert, but it cost him his life. My life isn't that important, I don't want anyone else to die because of me or something I did, do you understand? And you Izuru-soutaichou, you say I'm a traitor, but I respect and care for all of you, I love Yukari, I was almost killed by one of Aizen's vizard, how can I be a traitor?" Kagaya asked as he stood on one foot then the other.

I've learned how to open garganta's, I know I can be of use. I don't actually know all that much else, other than Aizen wants to use the hougyoku on all the vizards and create 'human turned arrancar' he said." Kagaya said as he lowered himself back to the floor.

Being able to open garganta's could be very useful. Maybe we can attack them first for once. Saratobi thought. "Can you teach others how to open the Garganta's?

"You have to have hollow reitsu inside of you as far as I know, although Aizen can do it, I can try to teach people how, but I can always do it for you. If I'm allowed to be a part of the Soul Society again." Kagaya said as he looked up at Saratobi and Izuru-Soutaichou.

Kira was becoming increasingly annoyed with Kagaya, and he looked at him crossly. "What a way to throw the life someone sacrificed their own for away..by wanting your own death..I will allow you to stay if and only if you continue to help us." He looked to Sarutobi. "Now we should discuss something else..I know it pains you, but what would you like to do with his body? You are the new Nibantai taichou.."

"Izuru-Soutaichou, I have a quick question. Am I going to be returned to the Maggots Nest? If not, where do I stay? If it would be allowable, I would like to stay in squad five, Yukari and Kuroi have already stated that they would keep an eye on me." Kagaya said as he bowed to Kira Izuru.

Thinking for a moment, Kira weighed his options. "You may stay in Gobantai, but I will have someone keeping an eye out on you." He then turned to Sarutobi again to address him. "There is someone else that should be here to decide..Kei's brother."
((And it's "Kira-Soutaichou". Izuru is his first name. Always go with last name, unless you're familiar with someone.))

In times past there was a Onmitsukido corp tradition of completely destroying a body so it could never be used by an enemy. However, I agree. It should be up to his brother." Saratobi looks at Kira-Soutaichou. "Will you be releasing him from the nest to deal with arrangements for Kei Hakashi-Taichou?"
