Background: He had a mostly normal life, and left his family as a young adult, searching for adventure in the world. He then found an interesting mare by the name of Liella, and followed her around for a period of time, listening to her stories of magic and lore. After she had children, and joined a herd, he left to blaze his own path. Now he's trying to woo a very beautiful usdia mare so he can spend his life with her.

UPDATE: ICly, before he met Forte, Orrin was traveling one night in a heavy storm. He needed to find a place to spend the night, so he took shelter in a small cave. Much to his surprise, there was another mare there, also seeking safety from the storm. He spent the night with her, telling her stories and sharing conversation about life. She was a beautiful and extremely friendly mare, and without thinking, they mated. They parted ways the next morning, neither knowing that the coupling would produce babies. Later on, Synestra journeyed with her sister to find Orrin and tell him the news. He was both excited and scared, and was already falling in love with Forte. Knowing that he shouldn't abandon Syn, and yet that he didn't love her as he loved Forte, he decided to visit her often and be a regular part of his childrens' lives, yet stay with Forte as his mate. Syn will always be a great friend, and the mother of his first children.
Simply trying to woo Forte at the moment. He thinks he a charming romeo set out to show his love to a darling princess. He really likes Forte, and though she's had children already, he wants her to spend the rest of her life with him.
