 Old Man Yata simply stood there for a moment, stroking his beard as his old eyes looked about the area. Nothing but rampant chaos now. A Fiasco, a frenzy, a mad bull charge and not even the slightest use of a thought from nearly anyone in the room aside from the newly uncovered Vizard. "This certainly is a revelation...but I do think you are in the wrong place to perform such an act. The stage has so many players on it at the moment. Such an act you are putting on. Your Cero would only serve as a distraction at best. We both know where we stand in this Young Kazei, with this recent turn of events, you primary option would only to be an escape at best." The Old Man slowly cracked his neck from one side to the other, shrugging his shoulders ever so slightly as he rested both his hand upon his staff. "But if you wish it, then very well."
It would be as if a dam were torn down, Old Man Yata's Spiritual power burst through the room, his power pulsing out in waves, pouring out more and more until the room itself would burst from it all. In all this Yata slowly raised his old staff up in both hands both bearing it back down to the ground with tremendous strength. "I apologize for the bravado, it has been along time since I had a chance let go of so much at a time." Takeing up a side stance, Old Man Yata slowly crouched down, his staff itself standing up right in the ground as he held one hand out towards Kazei, the other held back in a first towards the Council. "Come then boy, let us see what you can do." Yata made my move forward, instead choosing to taunt the boy forward into an attack, of course he more then likely had something prepared, but he has never been one to go head first into a fight. "While you assistance is appreciated young Ones, I ask that you withdraw and protect the Council, the prisoners, and the innocents. I will hold this Brat for now. I am not taking exceptions to this order."

 Is screaming really necessary? Well, why not? Gilgamesh is weak, after all... it wouldn't be strange for him to be afraid of a Captain-level Vizard. Why are you so talkative all of a sudden? Strange time for it. It's not like they can sense me talking to you, so who cares? I do, Flandre. I'm too old for the sorts of heroics that situations like this call for. You haven't aged a day in thousands of years. Shut up; my opinion stands. That was about the point where Yata's power came crashing down. Hmm... not bad. Well, he wouldn't be Captain-Commander if he didn't have an impressive amount of energy. Still not impressed by much of anything, are you? Not really. But... I suppose it's nice to have you talking again. Of course it is! Now go fight him! Quit it; this isn't enough to sacrifice my peaceful life. There are exactly two reasons that would have me reveal myself. Himirei's power going wild, or becoming Vizard myself. Don't you have enough power as it is? Of course not. Being Vizard would be something new. Now be quiet and let's watch; I do love you, Flandre, but this isn't the best time for me to be distracted. He just said to leave... Yeah, I heard. Figures, kick out the press... Scowling slightly, Rednal crawled under the desks to the doors and left.

Shinji immediately felt Kazei's Riatsu, which was familiar to him change into that of something....evil...hollow like. He would appear at the scene with his Shikai already activated, thus being the reason for him getting there so quick. He immediately realized the destruction of Kazei's attack. Shinji originally only planned on aiding in this battle, knowing it was to come, not to actually fight. If needed, however, he would.

"By the order of this the committee destroy this monster at once!!" Number V yelled . "No Shinigami is permitted to illegally gain hollow powers! I give the order to attack this monster!" They stood their ground behind Taicho Aisu and Sotaicho Yata. "I decline that order Yatamaru! You will keep these forces and deal with this threat. This is a captain-level vizard and he will be destroyed this instance!" The man's voice lit the area around the council members. The others seemed to be just as frustrated behind the hoods, yet they all seemed to agree with Number V. Yatamaru was being reckless by fighting this vizard alone when Taicho Oruga just stated that this man had possibly reached a second stage to his vizard capabilities. "All shinigami have permission to unsheathe their zanpaktou following specific orders from your commander.! He gave the final order that the shinigami were all anxious to here.

GaiaOnline - Chris, Kuronu Entering from the door behind the hall's podium, behind Kazei in his 'hollow'd out state.'
"Wow... I really wasn't surprised Kazei... You always were a no-talent hack as a shinigami. Guess the only thing you could have done was bring back that old breed of Vizards."
During his little charade, Akkiko released his Zanpakuto, entering it's Shi-Kai form. The blade was surrounded by wind and when the gust dispersed, a metal baton was left in his hand. In his other, wind swirled around his wrist and forearm. Charging at him, he swing his baton at Kazei with great force. This was for certain not what it appeared to be. Knowing Kazei, he would either block the attack physically or evade from the attack altogether. Either way, the sound waves would meet his ears faster than his thought to even choose. The attack had been coming since Akkiko released his Zanpakuto, a tactic he had learned to use when training with Soma a while back. † "...You're simply jealous that I'm better than you at everything. Just Quit..." †

Shadow, however, had not heard anything being said. As soon as Kazei had formed his hollow mask, Shadow's entire body went rigid. His face was blank, but inside his mind, a door opened farther. In moments, memory came flowing back into his mind, and he knew what he could do. In an instant, this all occured, and in another, he stood up. Old Man Yata's riatsu was overwhelming, but Shadow's Riatsu had just increased to become on par with a captain's. (Not sure if anyone would notice that at the moment.) What would become aparent was the silver-blue aura that faded into existance around him, and it swirled like fire. Raising his face to stare at Kazei, Shadow's eyes turned blacker than night. In another instant, his pupils returned, silver in color, but all the whites remained black. He vanished, and reappeared in front of the council, his zanpakto in Shikai and in his hands. Howling noises came from the sepperate spirits as Reishi formed around the blades, forming into blueish white flames that wreathed along the lengths of them. His Riatsu, along with being unnaturally high for someone of his rank, had changed. It was lighter.
Shadow spoke then as he dropped into a ready stance before the Vizard. He looked ready to attack, but no expression marred his changed face. "You will not harm anyone, Vizard Kazei." Moonfire and Lanfaer, for once combined in their fury, howled for this man's blood. "By order of the Council, you are sentenced to death!" His voice had changed becoming deeper, and echoing in the air.
(No one knows anything about Shadow's Zanpakto. He waas found with no memories, and his Shikai revealed no power. This is the first time this has ever happened.)

Shinji sighed, not wanting to do this, but he had no choice. Well, he did so far. But if it went so far that he had to, he would reveal his Bankai, something no one besides his own Captain has seen or even knows about. Currently, in his shikai form, Shinji doubted his abilities being strong enough to even come close to matching the Vizard.
"Ah hell...you only live once..." Shinji stood on the ground, glaring at Kazei, the Vizard. He wasn't one to make first move and would wait until either Kazei did something or another Shinigami.

 Akane Shiori "I'm always watching... You cannot hide your sins..."
The outcome didn't suprise Shiori, she knew that Soma would be spared, despite the suffering he would be put through, he was still going to be alive. In a way she couldnt' help feeling a little better knowing no one would be executed. She wasn't going soft or anything, she was just tired of seeing people she knew die.
Just as she had relaxed, the Vizard and Kazei had made their moves. It seemed all out of her hands now. She destroyed the video feed ont he disks in her hand and rose form her seta, only to be sutnned slightly as Old Man Yata released a large burst of Raitsu. Cringing she glanced around for the Zero division Taicho, unable to see her, Shiori opted to leave.
She wasn't being cowardly, she simply knew better that to join the fray, there were already to many people in the room and to much power surging, she would only get in the way if she used her shikai since it would target her allies aswell, her bankai would also cause alot of damage. Understanding her place she slipped out through the door and outside Central 46. At this point she would not stray far, if she felt she might be needed she would re-enter and do what she could.
Outside she paused to gather her thoughts, so it was as she suspected, Kazei himself was a Vizard, that explained a few things. It was yet another reason why she could not take part, she did not wish to fight him.

Ike yelled and released his shikai. "Ignite, Buru-Kasai" enveloping his blade in blue fire. As Ike saw Vizard Kazei, then spoke to him. "Vizard Kazei, I have no choice to kill you since by order of the Council and you are sentenced to death." As He said, Pissed off at Vizard Kazei. Appearance of said attack Utilizing Ike's blade he'll charge reitaus into it and say the words "Flame Bullets." As this is said Ike's blade will be held and it'll be glowing blue as will spark from the sword the glow will disappear as a Manifestation of a Blue japanese dragon will form behind Ike as two 60ft radius blue fire dragon will blast down from the heavens on both the right and left of Ike, this will hurt him a bit for it's his reitau as he then slashes his sword at Vizard Kazei, and the two flame Bullets dragon will rip and tear threw anything 145ft in front of them.. (This is not bolt of lighting this is flame dragon bullets. Its my flame dragon bullets for my shikai.)

 As the cero concentrated into a golden sphere, he smiled behind the mask letting the bright light reflect upon his mask to where the details of each design would go unnoticed. Swinging his finger up towards the ceiling, he chuckled continuously as the old fool approached him. He was aware of the tremendous power Yata held, but there was a weapon for everything. Even strong foes such as the old man. Once he motioned his aim towards the ceiling he triggered off the doom blast into a golden blast that crashed into the ceiling, bringing entire roof of the chambers down upon everyone else except for him and Yata thus drowning out Akkito's words as well. Rubble and debris crashed everywhere in various sizes, blocking off Akkiko from reaching him for the time being. From small pieces of stone to huge chunks of ceiling large enough to smash one of the council members to death. He didn't even so munch as reply to the boy, leaving Akkito and Ike's attacks to their collision with the wall of debris and piles of stone.
"You're right Pops, the stage is set with many players. It's crowded with some of the best shinigami the soul society has to offer....all in one clutched up spot. Just the way it should be."
He said to Yata drawing his dual zanpaktou before spinning and crossing them around until they were brought into a stance that took the form of an X. "Shine, Saiketsu." He said letting the two zanpaktou enlarge into two broadsword sized weapons that stood half as tall as he. Unlike Yata, Kazei didn't flare up his reiatsu in the court of amongst these other shinigami to show it off. Like any other, any shinigami below Captain level from Lieutenants on down would be forced to their knees from the pressure of spiritual power. But instead he didn't release it. He was aware of how munch power he had, his reputation had already proved that. The reason behind was to allow more shinigami to join the skirmish. After all it would be a shame to kill a shinigami while forced to their knees from the exertion of stronger spiritual pressures than their own.

Old Yata knew the meaning behind his words well, it was just too perfect to have so many powerful shinigami in one room at once. "Once again every one, I implore you leave. This is a fight you do not want to be in. He wants us all here, he staying longer only wraps you deeper into his coils. Do not let your own foolish pride and arrogance keep you here! LEAVE that is my ORDER" Old Yata brought his leading leg up for a mere moment before slamming it down, causing his staff to spring up into the air. "The Drums of War Thunder! Crash! HIBIKI!" In a flash and spark of light, Old Yata's staff slimmed and split into two heavy set Taiko sticks, each sporting a heavy ball at the end. Grasping each in his leading hand Yata shook his head "Let us dance then young Vizard, let us see if you can move the mountains" Taking a slow deep breath, Yata slammed slammed both sticks down onto the ground, causing the whole building to shake and quake under the force of the initial assault before raising his initial leg up and bringing it down, causing a fissure to shoot forth along the ground towards kazei. Of course the Old Man knew this would not be all that effective as a start, but he would not allow any of the captains to be sacrificed if he could help it.
