((I've looked, and it would work wonderfully, but I have one very large complaint: no arms proficiency should detract from others. In real life, knowing how to shoot a pistol, while separate, is not detracting from learning how to shoot a rifle. In fact, knowing how to hold arms steady would be helpful.
Unless by large arms you mean things that are technically large arms, like cannons.))

BTW, if you guys like making systems, jump on AIM and IM NightmareDream14 (that's me if you couldn't tell....) and help me flesh out my mech system and possibly even the 27 magic system.
