{ Ryn is sorry if it seems ooc }
Fair enough it seemed. Yet Shirou had no intentions of allowing himself to be beaten by any team here. He did not believe that not even Rin and Saber would overcome him; it would simply be an obstacle that would be tough to face. He could imagine though that they would not bother with the necessity of holding back when the time came for them to fight… if that time was to ever come. Perhaps Shirou was thinking too little of the situation, but was it wrong for him to hold the slightest bit of confidence? He allowed his eyes to relax on the magi for a moment; wonder came upon him as he thought about what she might be thinking? Was she taking all of this into account, or was she as carefree as she seemed to make herself out to be? It may have very well been both… having Saber as a servant was likely to make her very happy… very confident to say the least. That much could have been seen throughout the entirety of this conversation, yet Shirou held no particular interest in it at the moment. ‘She’s right to be confident, but I hope she’s not being foolish’.
Shirou watched as his words seemed to cause Rin to glance towards the servant beside her. Watching her… them, it was not all that difficult to see how they situated themselves around each other. It was almost as if they were acting without noticing… how they simply seemed to react off of one another instinctively. The smile upon his calm face evaporated, but Shirou did not allow what emotions he was feeling to rise to the surface. He understood almost as clear as day, what was happening between the two of them. Was he really nothing more than just a memory to the blonde knight? Rin’s voice crept towards Shirou in a manner that made him smile; as evil as ever it seemed, but she wasn’t so intimidating these days. “I’m sure you mean, Saber will make me regret it, right Tohsaka? Be honest with yourself. You know you can’t defeat me without her.” His tone was so casual and the small laugh that followed was of the very same. How he would have normally flinched by her words… reminiscing on those times had been something of motivation towards Shirou these last three years; he could not simply allow Rin to have such a frightening effect on him anymore. Such times when he was swayed towards fear by her words and appearance were practically over. He knew she had advanced herself a great deal during these three years, but there was more to Shirou than she could possibly imagine now.
His eyes finally following Rin’s towards Saber, he found himself growing slightly more at ease as he stared at her. His smile more genuine as he watched her own smile; she was happy like this. Happy with Rin. That was all that mattered, wasn’t it? That Saber be happy… it shouldn’t have mattered to Shirou who it was with, but he could not deny the fact that he wished it were him and not her. Even as she questioned his last idea, Shirou simply shrugged in response before staring down at the ground. “It’s daylight and she follows the rules if you’re worried about her harming you.” He knew they would both object to that little portion of Shirou’s words, but it made things livelier and almost the way things should have been. “Even if it were night, however… you know I have the ability to stop her before anything happens. I’m simply trying to make things easier since Rin is hesitant to trust her, it seems.” A sigh escaped him as he glanced at the two individually. If they would not agree to this, with these conditions, Shirou would be hard-pressed to understand the meaning of neutral. He would have thought Rin might have liked to see his servant for herself anyways; she was practically left in the dark on the matter and she would eventually want all the information, she could get her hands upon, correct?
Shirou was already aware that the servant was near; if there was to be any harm done by her, surely it would have come by now, yet he would allow them to make the final decision before allowing Assassin to take her place by his side… It seemed as if she had gotten control over herself again. Shirou was happy for that little fact as he glanced up towards the top of the buildings.

"I beg to differ, there are something I can do to you that are out of Saber's boundaries.~" So her little puppy believed himself to have fully grown up into a dog? To bad for him there was still a long way to go within the Tohsaka's mind. His body may have made the progression over to manhood, but there was still much to go and lots of room for improvement. And as she contemplated this her mind went to work. Rin's had left the comfort of her knights shoulder once more so that her arms could cross yet again. Her eyes closed for a second as she let out a small sigh when hearing Saber. One did open again though as Emiya spoke on, she had to give him some sign that she was still listening.
Good, she would be following the most basic rule at least unlike other servants here which brought some relief to the magi. Having a battle in an alleyway wasn't really on her high list at the moment. The fight wouldn't even be that great since Saber and her would have an advantage. You could only go forward or up, and while the blonde covered ground Rin covered air. "I see no reasons to object then." Her own opinion on the matter was all that she was going to give. If Saber herself didn't want to see the servant again, then Rin would thus change her views. Stress wasn't something she wished to pile up on the petite girl.
Her eyes glanced towards her master in confusion when hearing her words. Was she not what would make the male fully regret taking the wrong path? What was it that Rin could do which she could not? Being her thick-headed and innocent self she couldn't see an deeper meanings so her mind only caught half of what was implied, that being the woman's use of magic. It was something the knight was not capable of performing on her own. She was only able to do a barrier spell herself, and that was all because of the seal atop her blade.
When the matter of her own views to the servant were brought up, she took a moment to daze off a bit in thought. The blonde had already gotten a small look at the other female servant. From the looks neither were going to grow to like each other, or at least she wasn't going to enjoy the company of a Saber class servant nearby. Yet despite trying to hide it she knew Rin wanted her own look at it, information was something she craved. "Brings her forth if you want Shirou." That's right, pile it all on the poor boy of her past now.

It took a moment before Shirou was able to fully grasp what he believed Rin to be implying. One way or another, it seemed a bit unusual to say the least for her to even be thinking along those lines; were they truly out of reach of Saber’s boundaries though? Was that simply when he was involved, he wondered? A small smile was etched upon his face as his finger rose to tap his chin. “I’m sure there are, but please Tohsaka, we’re only friends.” Either way, it would be a bit entertaining to see how she reacted; unless she had truly grown up of course, which would then be a bit saddening. He watched as she moved away from the servant, her arms crossing as she seemed to go into some form of thought. He watched her for a moment before closing his own eyes. His own words having replayed in his mind… he wondered why he felt the slight tinge of heat rising to his face before he sighed and stopped the slight tapping.
Would she agree to his idea? All things considered, he couldn’t imagine Rin passing up a moment like this and it was not as if Shirou would not be in control. Better yet, he would really have no need to in his opinion; Assassin had her views upon the matter yet she would not go against her own ideals and attack in such a cowardly manner. She was a samurai of course; there had been a certain degree of respect and honor in those times, Shirou believed so he would have no need to act and use one of the mantras upon his hand. When Rin voiced that she had no reason to object, Shirou nodded and then turned his gaze upon Saber. Would she have any objections towards this idea of his?
Watching Saber, he had known how she would respond even before hearing her. His eyes lifted again before sighing and seemingly nodding to himself. A minute seemed to pass before the female servant appeared; a considerable distance away as she stared at the two females. She was silent and unmoving as she gazed over the two, before finally her gaze fell upon her master. “Why… why am I here, Shirou?” The confusion could not be contained as she glanced between the two groups; she had wished to ask something else as well, but she would not do such a thing now. Her own objections towards what her master did could wait for a more private time. The slight frown appeared upon her face as she sighed and lowered her gaze.
Shirou blinked before taking a step towards the samurai’s direction. “I thought it best that both sides fully meet each other. Rin is never going to trust because she thinks of you as a threat… for good reason, but still…” He smiled as he stood before his servant. He hoped she would not object to this; he had no desire to want to force her to stay… he would not to be honest, but still. It would make things far easier if they could simply get through this now instead of there always being a difficult tension around. Tilting his head back towards the magi and servant, he smiled and scratched his head simply. “Well… this is my servant, Assassin.”

The blonde didn't know what to say as their own little conversation continued. Her eyes glanced from Shirou, to the growing look of mischievousness on her master's face. Whatever it was he didn't wish for Rin to do, it looked like if provoked more she would cross the line of friendship, whatever that meant. A small frown on confusion washed over the face of the servant. "Rin.. I do not understand what it is you will be doing to Shirou." She was confused now, and wished to know what was going on. Why was this type of thing amusing to the girl? Did it not involve the use of magic like Saber believed?
"Aww." She pretended to be disappointed with learning this little bit on information while she approached him with her trademark smile. Rin wondered if that would bring back some memories for the boy of when he'd been teased before. The magi in question walked right up to the boy, looking him up and down with her eyes as if thinking her next move now. "But doing something like this is so much fun.~" She purred out while pretending to stretch before lazily letting her hands fall across his shoulders, hand intertwining behind him while her body pressed a small amount to his own. As she spoke her face closed the distance between them. If she wished, she could have kissed the male. This was enough teasing for her favorite red-headed though. Her lips pretended to move closer to his before she just blew hot air onto them and retreated once more to her servant.
Hm.? Did Saber truly not know what the innocent woman had been nudging at with her words? That was an odd thing to discover, yet the knight seemed to lack lots of information in that area. So to her she probably believed Rin to be talking on of magic and spells, well, that wasn't far from the truth. "Hm. I'll give you a one on one demonstration later.~" And now she was teasing her little blonde. Rin must really be in the mode to embarrass the two hanging around with her in the alley. You couldn't blame her though since it had been a while when all three were together.
Thick-headed to the end she still didn't understand what that was supposed to mean. Instead an innocent nod as given, along with eyes full of hope for that future. "I cannot wait for this demonstration then." Yet her reply to her master seemed to catch the girl off guard. Her face erupting in a small blush while her hands crossed over her chest once more. A swift acknowledgment was made in a mumble before she went on to staring at the other servant instead. Ah. She was even more confused now then before. "It is nice to meet you again." The words were directed at Assassin now that she had showed, but they weren't fully meant. The knight would never truly be happy to see another of her kind running about at such a close range.

It was simply more than just entertaining to listen to Saber; the cluelessness that was so expected from her had Shirou laughing as he turned his eyes upon her. It would have simply been awkward for him to explain it to her, and then he would have also found himself subjected to her reaction… one he could not say would be too pleasant if she fully grasped the mischievous nature emanating from the two magi. He simply allowed himself a simple smile towards her latent confusion. He could not help but feel that this servant wasn’t the only one who was confused, though perhaps his own was for different purposes. Was it simply imagination that was envisioning his servant’s eyes glaring at him? His head lowered slightly as he scratched the back of his head, as if that would remove the unusual qualm from him. An action that seemed to fail, much to his dismay.
Rin’s faux of disappointment hardly fooled Shirou as he glanced up at her. He had not been expecting her to approach him as his eyebrow arched slightly. Why did this suddenly give Shirou the sense of déjà vu? His head tilted slightly as he made to look away from her; he wouldn’t be subjected to her teasing anymore. Those kind of problems seemed to place ill thoughts in his mind; thoughts he wasn’t necessarily sure he wished to have when involving Rin. His gaze did not linger anymore as she looked him from head to toe; what was it, she was thinking, he wondered? What act of teasing would she have planned after all this time? At her words, he rolled his eyes and smiled slightly, before he felt her hands fall across his shoulders. He instinctively took a step back, though she proceeded to press herself closer to him. He should have been expecting this as he felt the slight warmth penetrate and spread from his ears to his cheeks. Her face seemed to draw closer, though Shirou merely watched; she was simply messing with him, he had to remember that. Yet more than he wished, his thoughts began to trail elsewhere… as odd as it was, he found himself lost in a thought that he usually imagined only when around Saber. His mind seemed to come back towards reality, upon feeling the warmth from her breath on his lips. She retreated as did Shirou, taking a few steps back and looking away from the two females in front of him.
That was… different. His face still slightly warm as he stared at the wall for a moment or two. Simply chaotic… that was all this situation was. Here he was, practically seduced by the mere presence of the two of them. He frowned slightly before running his hand through his hair. He could hardly find it odd that Saber’s confusion had reached Rin. And of course, she acted upon it; those words too increasing the flush upon the redhead’s face. This was just unbelievable. He should just go, but of course he couldn’t do that. It would only prove just how much he was bothered by this all; to be honest, it was not as horrible as he or Rin might have thought, but he had to face the reality of the actions between the three of them. He was still partially subjugated so to say and he was practically bound by the heart. Was seemed to make things more pathetic was that, maybe it was not simply bound by one person. His head tilted back aimlessly as he stared at the clouds above. ‘Maybe I’m just unlucky to have my weakness doubled and partnered together.’ Yes, it was a shame, he thought but nothing he couldn’t control. There was no need for him to worry about something like this. He would not have to deal with going against the two of them for a while, hopefully. The better part of Saber’s response went unnoticed as Shirou’s own thoughts seem to take away from his ability to listen. He did not know it, but he would have been happy for this particular lapse of attention.
She was simply standing there watching the events unfold between the two magi. Assassin’s own body grew rigid at the female’s approach upon her master, but she thought nothing of it. She had no reason to let it bother her so, since Shirou did not take offense to her unsightly actions. There was an inexcusable frown however, that remained upon her face. How weak he seemed in their presence; was this simply how men were? Her head tilted aside as she noted he was not particularly this way, when around just her. He wasn’t weak… Shirou was all but that as she had learned when she was summoned. He was the master to have won the previous war of course; he could not be weak if that was the case. Since being summoned, Shirou had shown her what he described as only a partial bit of what he had learned and developed these last three years; Assassin was unsure what to make of it, but she could not help but feel confident about their chance of winning the war… no matter how powerful the servant, Saber was. Speaking of which, the servant had spoken to her and with a slight nod and bow, the frown vanished from her face. “Yes… it is nice to see you as well.” Her glance then shifted towards the female master and noticing Shirou’s gaze now upon her and his gentle smile, she bowed once more. “A pleasure to meet you.”

She hadn't been expecting her teasing to be responded to in such a serious manner. Had the knight truly not understood what she meant to begin with. The heat, it could be felt dancing with delight a top her cheeks as she tried to calm down. First step was to not look at the blonde less her mind wander, and take deep breathes. But what would Rin do about later? She'd promised a demonstration, and Saber now wished to have one. This could either be a blessing or a sin upon her.~ She didn't quite know herself, and her heart was to busy trying to burst to tell her otherwise as well. At least she wasn't the only one in this state as one azure eye glance over at Shirou. Heh. Had she had such a big effect on him~?
Conversation with her master seemed out of the question right now. It was quite obvious by the fact she was no longer being looked at or payed attention to. Saber didn't mind though since she was currently beginning a conversation with the Assassin servant. "I hope Shirou isn't causing you any problems." Such as not letting her fight other servants because of her gender, or other things of the like. The knight was full of memories from things like that happening, as well as other ones involving the male. The majority didn't really matter anymore now though since she was Rin's servant to command.

Shirou’s gaze lowered slightly as he glanced towards Rin again. He noticed the azure eye upon him and closed his own for a moment. Problematic was the simplest way to describe this as he folded his arms across his chest. There was really nothing he could do about the potential of this situation. It was not so much a problem… he was not even sure if he was not simply reacting from her actions towards him. A sigh escaped him as he bit his lip and opened and eye lazily at the beginning of what seemed like a conversation between the two servants. Oddly enough as it seemed, Assassin was putting forth a valiant effort in keeping her opinions aside for the moment. Of course, this might have simply been her natural etiquette associated with her status as a samurai. She had no reason to begin with, to be anything short of herself in Shirou’s opinion; he was happy to know that things might not be as difficult as it seemed. Taking that into consideration, he found himself looking back at the two females across from him.
Assassin blinked as she lifted her head and glanced at the blonde knight. She could easily see what Shirou saw in her, but that only seemed to make things more difficult for the samurai as she lowered her gaze slightly. Her words made her think for a moment, before a small smile spread across her face. Her head shook slightly before she glanced towards the redhead. “Nothing too serious as of yet. He was reluctant to allow me to fight, though I believe I’ve shown him, not to be too concerned.” She distinctly remembered the first night of her being summoned; Shirou had asked her to display her ability with her sword, which was rather unusual. Nevertheless, she had obliged to her master’s wishes and he had conceded defeat. The matter left her perplexed but she was more than satisfied that Shirou was accepting of her as his servant. “If I may ask, how is it for you? Being in the war again, and now against him…” Her curiosity had gotten the better of her, before she realized she had no right to know this in the first place. “Wait… there is no need for me to ask such a personal thought. I apologize.”

"He does carry that troublesome problem but at least he is over it for now." The only way he would do so is if he was slapped in the face with the facts. So they must have had a fight and Shirou lost. If only her own arguments could have been that simple, but she seemed to fight more for her. When mention of her own feelings in this war were brought up, she could feel her body tense a bit. That was, wasn't that a question that almost crossed the boundary line of personal? "I have been in many wars with many masters, so such a thing doesn't affect me." Or so it hadn't in the past. She was uncertain about this one.
"Speaking of lives, how has yours been Shirou?" The magi decided to give her own little personal question since the male's servant was doing just about the same. She thought it best to use his first name once more as well, though it still gave her a small jolt. It was something the Tohsaka was not used to doing, getting close to others. Yet in the past war she had done just that, growing found of a boy and his servant.

It was unusual to listen to the two servants as they continued to speak of him as though he was not there. Nevertheless, it was not as if they were speaking of things, he did not already know. Saber was right however; he was more or less over such qualms after witnessing a war with her at his side. It did tend to have that affect on him; he could not help but glance back towards his own servant as she spoke of him being reluctant. She had indeed proven herself as nothing to truly worry about; their match had not been long, but it had been enough to determine that for the most part, fighting Saber wouldn’t be one-sided and simple for the blonde knight. Whether he could say anymore than that however… that was to remain a mystery, even to Shirou. He found himself feeling a bit complacent as Saber stated her opinion on the personal question. It did not matter for her that she was now fighting Shirou then? If only he could have made it so simple.
Assassin nodded in agreement with Saber’s words, even giving a slight smile, though rather unbeknownst to such actions. She would not say anything on the first matter; she understood well, but wondered if she was thinking more on the matter. She held her hands behind her back as she glanced at the armor clad knight and blinked in slight surprise as she spoke once more. She almost seemed confused by that statement; were Shirou’s feelings simply unreturned in this condition? She could not help but wonder for a moment; there did seem to be a slight bit of tension as she lowered her gaze quickly. “Oh, well then that is good, I would imagine.” She nodded as if to agree with her own statement.
Shirou had been taken by surprise by Rin’s voice and by the fact that she had said his first name. His head tilted as he glanced at her and considered that question for a moment. How had his life been… she meant during these last three years of course. He found himself able to commit to returning her glance towards him as he remembered those years well. It had started fine… for a few short days and then grown worse and worse. Near the end however, things had begun to get better and Shirou had matured and gotten past all the pain of loneliness. It was nothing new to him… the thought of it, did not faze him much these days, though it did bring about a slight grimace. “It’s been nothing special really; I traveled and learned quite a bit about my father… and myself, I suppose.” He considered that for a moment and wondered whether she would bother pressing any of those matters… would he be willing to share just where he had gone and what he had learned? ‘How weak would I be if she knew the truth?’ That thought traveling through his mind repeatedly as he gazed into her azure eyes. “I’m sure you’ve had a much more interesting life, right Rin?” It was the first time he had spoken her first name… why not grow up and drop the pretense? They were friends, weren’t they?

Assassin's own body language and words made her doubt her own more. She'd never been in another war where a previous master was not only alive but participating. Her eyes glance at Shirou for a second with these thoughts before quickly looking away to the ground. If the need to fight and take him down came, would she be able to do such a thing to the male? She'd already broken his heart when she left him three years ago, was she strong enough to have to face the chance of doing it again?
So Shirou had been traveling around the world himself. Where he went and what business accorded in the areas were his own to know, much like she could keep quiet on what she learned. "Maybe, I'm not quite sure." Nothing of much joy had come from her time in london, but nothing of sorrow had either. At times she found herself taking trips to visit the grave of King Arthur, but that was about the most eventful thing she did. Her mind wandered and then wondered though if the Emiya boy had even missed her while she was gone. When his eyes stared at her she did the same in turn. It would be a lie to say that from time to time she wondered on the boy she abandoned, but did he do the same?

Had she said too much? She tried to remain normal as she watched Saber. Her eyes fell upon Shirou and for a moment, Assassin felt as though maybe she had said or given away too much. Unusual as it may have seemed, she felt slightly wrong for having implied such. It seemed her gaze upon the redhead would not remain for long as she quickly found herself looking at the ground. What was she supposed to do…
It was a bit unusual… having kept his eyes attune to hers was something that Shirou did not usually do. He didn’t find himself embarrassed to look at her, though he could honestly say, that he was feeling a bit heated, still. Nothing that he particularly minded as his thoughts seemed to be elsewhere; he wondered where Rin had gone when she left this town. His own memories of visiting the grave of King Arthur seemed to be fresh in his mind… he had visited almost every day while there, so he supposed that would be expected, but still… He was interested to say the least, but he would not press a matter that had naught to do with him. She seemed rather quiet on the matter as she responded; she obviously held no desire to share her experiences after leaving either which made Shirou wonder, whether they had been good or not. He wondered for a moment… had she thought of him at all while being gone. Did she think of the time where she had left him, with not even a word? It was odd for him to think this way, but he would not have minded being alone with her; perhaps it was simply curiosity getting the best of him, but he wished to know… a lot of things, actually. "Did you by any chance..." He had been ready to ask whether she had visited the grave as well, but he stopped himself and turned his eyes away from her.

The grip her arms held around her chest tightened a bit as she thought more on her past three years. She'd gone to London to learn and study, doing just that to the point. It had been easy to get in as word of what she'd done in the Holy Grail war spread. Looks like she had been a little famous for taking a life from the famous Hercules. "Did I what..?" Her attention snapped back to Shirou as she began to speak again. Not only had his question cut off, but it had been to vague. Had she enjoyed herself there? Visited King Arthur's grave? Missed him? It could be answered in many ways.
Saber didn't know how to continue her conversation with the other after what happened. And since no reply was given back, and the silence followed, she guessed that to be the end of the conversation. So with a small sigh and turn, her back pressed against the alley wall a bit as eyes glued themselves to Rin.

Shirou sighed and shook his head, though that was more or less to himself. She seemed slightly tenser as she was thinking upon matters, Shirou probably caused. His head tilted slightly as his own arms were crossed against his chest… it was a tad bit odd to find that they were acting almost exactly alike in this instance. When she seemed to come back to reality, by means of his words and he frowned slightly as he had need to now answer her question. He should not have said anything in the first place, but there really was no taking back such things. He shrugged simply before looking at her. “It’s not something to discuss right now.” He glanced towards Saber and noticed her staring at Rin. Hopefully the magi would understand what he was implying and perhaps even realize what his question was. If that were the case though, would she have any problem admitting it? This was such a pain; he didn’t know what made him seem pathetic or normal anymore.
Assassin watched as the servant’s gaze turned back towards her own master. It seemed this conversation was not at an end as she looked towards her own master and sighed. For the most part, this had been a mistake. Shirou had introduced her and it seemed apparent that she was… for the most part not as bad as the two females were expecting. She should have been allowed to go simply after that, but she could not. She glanced towards the end of the alleyway before finding herself utterly at a loss. It was then that she bowed slightly before seemingly vanishing from the view of the others.

A brow raised at the answer she was given. Now wasn't the time to discuss such things? She glanced briefly at Saber, before looking to the red-head once more. Most likely he was going to ask her if she visited her knight's grave site. Which meant that he himself had done it as well. "Do you want to set a time for it then?" Odd that they'd both been in the same area and yet avoided each other so. Were they truly that resilient to stay away? To be honest she would have preferred having Shirou around with her in the three years. If there was anyone she'd have liked to spend time with, it would have been her little student.~

It was difficult enough not to acknowledge, yet Rin’s reaction to Shirou gave him all he needed to know. It seemed she rather understood perfectly which was just fine. For those brief seconds, he wondered whether she would speak out about it now, but when she spoke otherwise of doing so later, he simply smiled. It had not occurred to him that she would really wish to do so; what was more was that he was actually quite looking forward to it, now that he thought about it. What time was a good question though; he particularly did not mind at all, but perhaps it would be best… his mind drifted for a moment before his eyes did the same in regards to falling upon Saber. He would… honestly prefer that she not be there when Shirou decided to speak of her. He wasn’t sure how she would respond to it and he would rather not deal with it if he could refuse. “Is the master busy tonight or does she not mind visiting the house that sheltered her for so long?” His smile grew slightly more as he turned back towards her… it had been a while since anyone had been there to be honest. Shirou had been in town for days and to be honest, he had yet to return there.
