I'm making backed chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and rolls.
They had brown 'n serve rolls on sale at work for 25 cents a dozen. I bought four dozen. XD

I want fooods. :/
Ung. Need to get ham from wal-mart and catfood today. Gonna buy the big bag because it's cheaper comparatively and will last much longer. Wish I'd bought it last time I was there, when it was on sale. Sigh.

My diet so far today! Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, glass of grapejuice, and some goldfish. Gunna probably make Austin feed me dinner tonight, make me something. he got a fry-lator thing and he makes me fries usually.
Yesterday all I eated was like some Thin Mints and a bowl of corn and a grilled cheese. o_o Weird.
I want mcDonald's...

Mmmm, made sweet potato chips, cooked in coconut oil. sprinkled with some salttttttt
They made it onto the towel for drying and cooling but were pretty much eaten about a minute after I made them. xD Had to make several batches cuz they wouldn't all fit in one pan and get crispy, of course.
I RECOMMEND THIS.
They sell sweet potato and beet chips mixed in a bag at the co-op, but they're nothing compared to fresh made ones.
Man I want some beets, so badly. D: IT IS NOT BEET SEASON YET. crying
Also gonna cook some asparagus tonight. 8D We'll see how I do.

******** goddamn you guys.
got me some finger-lickin good butter braised asparagus with shaved parmesan cheese on top ooooooooh.
And it doesn't stop there, no it doesn't. There was all this buttery garlic goodness at the bottom of the pan and I was like 'CREAM SAUCE, b***h!'
So I added some flour for a rue, and then some more parmesan cheese, a bit of half-and-half. BAM
Poured some of that s**t over the asparagus and ******** awesome.

chicken salaaddddddddddddddddddddd
-- 1/2 package of classic cole slaw from wal-mart. as many grapes as you want, quartered, 1/2 cup of mixed nuts (sunflower, pumpkin, cashew, almond, raisins in mine), 1 stalk of celery, chopped, 1 chicken breast- cooked and shredded, 1 cup of olive oil mayo, cracked black pepper and salt.
Mix everything except the nuts and pepper/salt in a bowl, add the nuts and stir in. grind cracked black pepper on top and add a pinch of salt, stir ******** perfect.

I'ma make that s**t but without the nuts...you think I can just do like dried cherries, raisins and maybe some dates instead and it'd mix okay?
Also, couldn't Not do the soda. I have been soooo unbalanced and just bleh without any caffeine and the fruit juice I was drinking had twice as much sugar. I love Pepsi Max and the off brand Big Oh!, which the name in of itself makes me want it, so I'ma put two in the fridge and see if that helps.
I am, however, being horribly bad and drinking Mt. Dew Voltage right now for breakfast as I chill online for a bit before I clean.
Oh! I was gonna tell you about this because you like spinach and bacon as much as me, Cass.
Get you some good bacon, about three or four slices will do. Fry it however long you typically cook it. Remove the bacon to drain some of the grease and set it aside. Get some organic baby spinach and put a small package (or bag, I get the plastic tubs of the stuff) in the pan and cook it in the bacon grease until it's all wilted and tender. Put it out on a plate with a paper towel to help absorb some of the grease(Though you shouldn't have much) and then take the bacon from before, crumble it on top.
S'really good if you fry an egg too, cook it so you have some yolk still and then cut that up and mix it all together. It is sooo good.
