Tsubasa lifted one ice blade to parry, and since he was in the air and vulnerable, extended the other ice blade, piercing his right leg.

*ultima whinced at the pain of his leg and landed on his right knee as he unwrapped his chain from his arm then swung it at the legs of the Tsubasa to trip him into the ground*

Tsubasa moved his ice out in front of him, freezing the chain to it and dragging Ultima toward him, his fist ready to punch him.

Just before the attack struck Tsubasa coated his torso down in ice, granted hypothermia might stike from all of the cold moves he was making, but he'd rather still have his parts intact at the end of this battle.

*ultima smiled, this was perfect for him. he put his hand ontop of his blade and vines come down from the tip poring into the ground and then re-emerging all around Tsubasa encasing his ice laden form in energy sucking vines*

"Dammit!" Tsubasa yelled at the top of his lungs "I didn't expect to have to use THAT technique in a sparring match... "I call upon you spirits of the north" Tsubasa muttered "SECRET ICE TECHNIQUE!!! ICE PALACE!!!" Tsubasa yelled at the top of his lungs, ice mirrors suddenly appearing all around Ultima, as if in a dome, Tsubasa's image appeared in one of them "You might be wondering what I plan to do with all of these mirrors.... LET ME SHOW YOU SOME REAL SPEED!!!" Tsubasa yelled as he used ice teleportation to move from one ice mirror to the next faster then the blink of an eye, slicing at Ultima at every pass with the ice blades.

((Well, since we were both in close contact, I used the Ice Palace technique inside of the vines, they're still there, we're just inside the vines))
