Jamie nodded to Regina when she came out of the court, but he still turned around quickly when he heard the slight sound of someone landing behind him. He froze completely when he saw, to all appearances, Penny standing in front of him. Even with Regina's warning, it completely surprised him. "Pen-?" He was cut off when he got hid in the stomach by her elbow. He dropped to the ground and clutched his stomach, winded, and she kicked him in the side, sending him rolling across the cement. His katana clattered to the ground as he rolled.

"Penance is gone. Only Lady Jade remains." She said, and she threw a sai at high speed towards Jamies stomach. He rolled out of the way with seconds remaining, and grabbed his Katana, and jumped to his feet. He held it in front of him in a stance Penny had taught him, and looked at her. He was shocked when he saw her eyes, so similar to Penny's but devoid of all of Penny's warmth and kindness. Just a cold blooded murderer remained.

"Regina." Jamie said, his voice wavering a bit. "Can you go find help? I can hold her off for a few minutes."

Jamie started to charge in at her, then created an image of him charging, and he stopped, making himself invisible. The fake went straight through Lady Jade, and she didn't so much as flinch. He swore under his breath, coming to the conclusion that she could tell that he had stopped moving based on the noise. He then reappeared, and charged in at her for real. He thrust his Katana towards her stomach, but she sidestepped it easily, and chopped him in the back with the edge of her hand.

He swore again and spun to face her. He went into a complex set of thrusts, more to take away her focus than anything else, and made it seem like he was moving much faster than he was, and then brough the flat of his katana towards the side of her head, knowing that he couldn't actually kill her. Not that he could have anyway. With unhuman speed, Lady Jade ducked the katana, and kneed him in the stomach, then hit him in the solar plexus with the flat of her palm.

Jamie ignored the fact that he could barely breath, and spun his leg around, catching her in the shin. She started to fall, but pushed off the ground and flipped over him, stabbing him in the back of the hamstring with a quick thrust of her sais. She did it multiple times, until he had a bunch of holes in the back of his leg, and he suddenly jerked his elbow backwards, making contact with her nose.

She jumped back, evidently annoyed that Jamie had made contact. She looked at him coldly, and Jamie forced himself back to his feet, taking a ready stance again. He was shocked at the speed Lady Jade moved, and held out hope that help would get there soon, because he knew he would be dead without it.

Markus ran out when he heard the sound of fighting at the basketball court. Running out he watched Jade mercelously beating on Jamie. It was obvious that Jamie was seriously out classed. He decided to help out. He quickly formed a sword and charged in at the crazed woman. "Hey sweatheart...pick on someone your own skill level."

"I think this is going to be fun." Gen muttered softly, looking around. "We'll need one bunk bed, maybe even an armoir that's got 3 drawers or maybe just some drawers in the closet to suit us... and I like doing homework on my bed. so I just need a lap desk."


"Don't hurt her too badly!" Regina warned. "I'll get the professor and the team leaders!" Despite being gone so long, she knew who she needed to get.

((ooc, i'm about to go through a small hurricane here in central florida that may knock out cable/internet. if that happens, i won't be on for a couple days. i need to go now though, feeling ill. laters!))

"Ooo, a shapeshifter, my favorite," She said and deflected his charge. She got her leg around his and forced him to the ground, "I've dropped men ten times your size."

"Now, as much as all of you are fun, Regina is on my list," She sent a spray of throwing stars towards Jamie and Regina's direction. She was pretty sure Regina was going to go into shadows to deflect them so she charged up towards Jamie and Regina to grab her before she moved into the shadow.

Hah, missed.

The voice said when Regina disappeared into the shadows.

"Three on one... Really, do you think you intimidate me? I make my living by killing people... really, you kids have nothing on me," She withdrew one of her swords and prepared herself to do what she had to be the last one standing.

"Very interesting," She gave the team nearly surrounding her a glance. She already knew Jamie and what he could do... and she already could almost tell what everybody else did. The nice thing about this body was that it was a great tactician. She pulled from that resource.

"I can feel the Earth change with you," She said to Kade, "I assume you control it and will be sending projectiles my way soon."

She looked at Cathy, "Similar to mine... but how is your training? And the shapeshifter, how long can you hold your form? I can go at this all night."

To get a better hand on things, she vollied herself above their reaches. This body was nice sometimes. Her last host wasn't that much of an athlete. This body was well trained and well built. One of the most disciplined she had seen.

One of the mutants tried to grab her mid-flip. She knew it would happen so her blade was prepared to strike their hand and it did. Her feet landed on top of a table outside where she threw a series of sharp stars with dead acuracy. Cathy, she expected to dodge the one she threw so she waited to catch the movement with her eye and threw two more that would have been difficult to dodge.

Jade smirked and sang in one creepy tone, "Come out, come out wherever you are, Morgan. I can smell you in the wind. I know you're there. I have been hoping you would show."

Sasha was lying up in her room on her bed, with a washcloth over her head. Victoria couldn't help but smirk. "How much longer are you gonna be sick," Victoria asked Sasha.
"I don't kn-" and she quickly rolled over and threw up in the trash can Sonya had brought up to her. Victoria pat her on the back. "You've been throwing up for a while. How long has it been?"
"Almost 3 months," said Sasha, drinking down some water, "And I wish I could get up. I feel like I'm gaining weight."


Sonya was down in the danger room. After her daily training she was walking back up to Sasha's room when she walked by the room she shared with Racheal, and saw her rearanging stuff. "Racheal what are you doing?" she asked. "Oh, I thought you weren't my roomate anymore. I mean, I haven't seen you in a while," Racheal sad sadly. Sonya felt really bad but so many things have happened to her. She was still getting over the x-men "betrayal" ideas she had before, she was still crying over the lose of Penny, and Sasha's sudden illness had taken up most of her free time. She was ether praticing in the danger room to forgot her memories, or taking care of Sasha. "I'm sorry Racheal," she said, "Maybe this week, you and I can do something. Just the two of us." "Really?" said Racheal. "Really." Sonya went up to Sasha's room. "Still throwing up?" she asked her cousin. Sasha was about to answer when she threw up again. "I went up to talk to Scott and he has a sheduled doctor's opponement with you with Professor Hank." Sasha rolled her eyes. "Let me give you some fresh air," said Sonya and she opened the windows. But she was surprised with what she saw down below. "It couldn't be....Miss Penny." A great deal of excitment rushed through Sonya's body, but came on hold when she saw Penny attacking the other students. Sonya flew down. "Miss Penny, what are you doing?" she questioned her beloved mentor, "Why are you attacking us." Sonya could see in her eyes, that her cherished Miss Penny wasn't there somehow, but just a shadow of hate and betrayal, like Sonya would still often get from time to time.

Regina rushed through the shadows, trying to find any of the leaders. Scott, Logan, Jean, anyone at this point. The professor would be the most help but she had the feeling he was busy. She could hear the fight outside just from the echos through the shadows, and it wasn't going well.

Lady Jade... who is this person? she thought. Can we get Penny back? She's not dead, I can feel her there. Her presence is there... just very weak.

Finally, Regina met up with Logan. Smoking his cigar as usual, in the house which she knew the professor wouldn't really approve of, she dashed out of the shadows and accidently knocked him over, his cigar went flying. He caught it and gave her a glare. "Damnit Regina, what's your problem?"

"Trouble!"
