Ashierra smirked, letting the butterfly go and heading after Alek. "Coming Lekkie." She cooed, setting a fire around her tail to light the back. What do you see?

Alek laughed when he emerged from the tunnel. Twirling around with sparks of fire following, he grinned. "It's huge~!" He cried out in a sing-song voice. Not that the cavern was enormous but it was definitely big enough for at least four grown taurs. Maybe even more if there was other tunnels. But this definitely was good for them.
A few stalagmites and Stalactites decorated the inside edges along with natural coral looking designs. But for the most part it was dry and to the side there was an area covered by grasses and somewhat glowing moss. Definitely a place to stop and rest at. "I can't believe our luck!" Alek purred as he walked around, trailing his hands alongside the drier walls.

Ashierra looked around with interested eyes. "Wow. This is perfect." She breathed softly. Though Alek yelled, she was almost afraid to speak too loudly, lest her voice remove the magic this place seemed to hold. She walked over to the moss and touched it gently, then leaning down to the tiny stream of water that fed the moss. "Fresh water in here too."

Leaning down, Alek followed Ashierra's gaze. "Nice." He murmured finally calming down. Something about this whole area was relaxing and he really liked it. "It's like magic." He whispered sitting down to stare around them at the flickering lights cast by his flames. "Should we be in such a great place?"

"I don't know." She said softly. She looked up and the dreamy smile disappeared. It was replaced by a serious face, which leaned over and softly kissed Alek's cheek. "Even if we're not supposed to be here, thank you for bringing me."
A blush warmed her face from having let the magic of the cave take her over. Coughing, she turned quickly, speaking stiffly. "Now, when do you want to head out in the morning?"

"You're welcome." Replied Alek whispering softly in her ear. A pleasant purr came from his throat and he nuzzled her neck with a small kiss before his attention returned to the moss.
"I'll set up a really nice bed or two." He smirked and playfully looked over at Ashierra, "We'll head out when we're awake." He paused and chuckled, "Depends on how late you want to stay up tonight." Alek went back to fixing the moss after mischievously winking at Ashierra.

The nuzzle sent a shiver up Ashierra's back. Which made her pout even more.
"Two beds is fine." She said shortly, taking off her travel bag and sifting through it. Distracting herself from the warm feeling Alek had just given her. "We should probably get to our seperate beds as soon as possible. It's already dark out, and we'll need plenty of sleep for trecking this mountain tomorrow."

Finished with the beds, Alek pouted before laying down in his. "Aww!" But soon his smirk was back as he studied Ashierra. Propping his head up by an elbow the cattaur gasped. "I've figured it out!"
Not hesitating Alek stated bluntly, "You're interested in females aren't you?" Yes, yes that might explain some things. He noted silently though he was mostly just kidding with her.

Ashierra found her hairbrush and promptly dropped it, torso spinning to look at Alek. It sparked into her mind that she should try playing with him. The big brat. "And if I am?" She said coolly, eyebrow cocked inquisitivly, neither denying nor confirming his claim.

A small spark of pleasure at her surprise. Yet, Alek's face nearly fell at her reply. Surely she was jesting? Then again... Instantly his smirk was back though and he mused over his next move in this 'small game'. "Then you are."
Alek turned his gaze away from Ashierra and focused on the vast ceiling above them that glittered faintly in the dark. "Sad though." He murmured softly with a long sigh as he played with sparks of flame.

Seeing Alek's face fall ever so slightly, a spark of mischievious pleasure inside her was picked at by something else... She forced the something else aside. "I am neither confirming nor denying the fact that I may or may not be solely or partially interested in the female species. I am mearly asking what would it matter if I am interested in them."
Propping herself back onto her arms, purposely giving Alek a rather nice profile of her torso, she looked up at him from under her lashes, her gaze fixed as if she waited for him to say something wrong.

Alek's gaze immediately returned to the cavern ceiling as he purposely looked away from Ashierra. "Why are you so worried about what it matters?" Replied Alek lazily as he rolled fire around his hands like a rope.
Suddenly a soft chuckle came from him though, "And though I hate to remind you, but one 'interested in females'you sure kissed me overly. Unless that's a new way of greeting?" He teased remembering her reaction to kisses.

Ashierra shrugged. "I want to know whether or not I should be offended by you. If I can find more reasons to poke at you." She smirked slightly here.
In his silence she had picked up her brush, just to drop it all over again. Her face felt hot from the blush that flowered on her cheeks, her mind defensively going to a previous event where she could blame her behavior on something other than herself, avoiding the day on the beach earlier today. "You know what happened that night. I didn't think any humans would leave catnip around here. Neither did I know that it would affect me. I was indirectly drugged and not of right mind." She didn't remember much from that night, but she did clearly remembered that through the catnip haze, she had been strongly attracted to the male behind her right now.
...And still was.
Then the more recent incident, right here in the cave. She roughly started brushing her hair.

Alek just shook his head with a smirk. "And you're also going to tell me that those seabirds had catnip all over them earlier today?" Alek leaned over and watched Ashierra with a bright teasing gaze as he spoke. "If not catnip then what was it that time?"
Excitement filled him secretly and the cattaur barely kept the calm look on his face. This was such a fun game to him after all.

Ashierra kept brushing her hair. She couldn't answer him. She couldn't even think of anything smart to say back at him. Earlier today.. she didn't have anything to blame but herself.
"Why should you care what it was, if it was anything at all. You said I'm interested in females. Remember?" She said shortly. Not only had he caught her in a corner, he was enjoying it. She knew though that if the tables had been turned, she'd be doing the same thing to him. So she just kept brushing her hair.
