Meditation is good, but it's time consuming so I sometimes just punch my door >>

Well I will say whatever method you end up choosing just make sure not to become an alcholic 3nodding
Things I do the relieve stress are some of the following: - Clean out the refrigerator or closet and make it more economical in terms of storage. When I am stressed, I get picky on orderliness and anything that doesn't look like where it is suppose to be seriously bothers me. - Start cooking even though I don't know how to cook. Maybe I will get lucky and make something edible. - Find a concrete wall and start throwing tennis balls continuously while repeating the multiplication table. - Find a old show you liked and only watch the good parts of that show. - Turn on the television to Comedy Central and hope for a comedian who you understand and find funny. A joke isn't a joke unless you find it funny. - Google origami folding and try to learn folding origami. Although I sometimes find it fraustrating following the instruction even with the photos included. Instruction " fold point A to point F while making sure flap B is not overlapping point E." I have no flap B!! gonk
I could go on but I don't generally have any one stress relieve method. It really depends on the amount of stress and what kind of mood I may be in. The common factor in all is that I divert my attention away from what is causing the stress. To be honest though, the only full proof method is to eliminate the source of the stress. Anything else will only temporarily relieve the amount but not rid it completely 3nodding

Some hide behind masks of darkness... Woah. That was very... enlightening, 4th. ;P
Here's a simple way to de-stress: Take a long, warm bath. rofl ... Others are defined by them.

Some hide behind masks of darkness... Or, you could just hug a pillow and daydream...
... about the mean people getting what they deserve...
... of you swimming in chocolate (admit it! you've always wanted to! rofl )...
... of icelaze finding his/her special someone...
... of me winning a million bucks. *ahem* *ahem*...
... anything and everything! rofl ... Others are defined by them.
