Katsuko finally made it out and breathed in deeply. she looked around and then walked over to a tree and climbed it. *I would never have been able to do this at the palace.* she thought smugly. * i wonder if he is ok, or if that other guy killed him.*

Katsuko looked around and then slipped. she grabbed the branch above her and hung there for a minute she swung to a lower branch and then jumped to the forest floor. "Ah, thank you." she noticed a disturbance in the leaves next to her feet. "Someone followed us last night." she said.
