i have yet to meet him but he sounds like he is an excellent choice as vice captain.
From the friends here he seems like he is a genuine fun loving easy going type of person.
it sounds to me like he is very good with people and everyone is moer the satisfyed following such a noble leader.

well she is a really old member from back when the guild started, and she is a really active computer but her computer's broke down for a while. i always enjoy talking to her she is sweet and caring
