Geno and Fatal appeared in Jonk Wilderness. Though while Fatal had been intending to teleport them to Halen Sanctuary, the town's defenses had redirected them. Geno aimed his laser at Fatal and fired.

Unfortunately, teleporting was not a violent action. Defenses against violence should have been able to in no way disrupt teleportation magic... but, no matter. Fatal would raze Halen to the ground soon enough, at any rate.
Before the laser could fire, the giant claw of a scorpion (not as big as the final smash; this one was about the size of a large bear) burst from the ground and clamped around said laser arm; squeezing.
The resulting shot fired wide, giving Fatal plenty of room with which to avoid. The stinger of the scorpion rose from the ground behind Geno and fired as well.
"You know not who you are dealing with," Fatal said murderously, eyes aglow, as he reached up. In his hands--a vial. A vial filled with a dead specimen.
A dead specimen that Fatal could revive wholly, in body and mind. Something he could raise from the dead... and control.

(no he wont raze Halen Sanctuary to the ground, and I am willing to take extreme godmodding measures to insure that stare )
Geno simply blasted the scorpion's claw away with his other hand and dodged the stinger.

The stinger, going around Geno now, attempting to wrap itself in a coil around the person. Another scorpion claw jutted up from below, as well, to clamp around and painfully remove feet as well. Geno would have to be quick on his feet, and a skilled acrobat, to avoid harm now.
Fatal threw the vial to the ground at his feet, enshrouding him in a billowing cloud of smoke. A blood-curdling call of a wild creature could be heard.

Geno leaped into the sky, firing both hands -laser configurations- into the cloud of smoke.

When the smoke cleared, standing over Fatal was a massive tortoise--so large, in fact, that is foot was thicker than Fatal was. And twice as tall. The tortoise's shell was impervious to the strongest of attacks... apparently.
The scorpion spat acidic venom up toward Geno.
