Ponies looked at Andromeda curiously as Trickery lead her to the leader's grove. He rapped surrepticiously on the frame and went in.
"Looks like you had a bedmate," said Seto Kaiba, sitting at a desk and tapping on a computer.
Trickery blanched. "I slept on the couch."
"Good." Seto closed the computer. "So what is this?"
"This is Andromeda."
"Does she intend to stay permanently?" asked Seto, tlking not to Trickery but to Andromeda.
"I'd like her to."
"What is the alternative?"
"No-where."
"OH!" cried Ramla, who had been listening, and she glomped Andromeda, wrapping her in a gentle but firm hug. "We have to keep her, Onii-Sama! I'm Ramla Emuet," she said to Andromeda.

She blinked listening to the conversation, not understanding most of it. She blinked when she was hugged. "I'm Andromeda Zahar. Um, whats permanently mean? an an alternative?"

Seto tipped his hooves together. "Permanently means all the time. Alternatibe means other than. The alternative to you living here is living where you were. Would you like to live here with us?"

Seto cracked a half-smile (And a puppy died). "Even if I do, there are many more members of our family for you to talk to until I find you interesting again."
"You're too cute for me to get sick of you," cooed Ramla.
"Just... don't strangle her..." cautioned Trickery weakly.

Ramla gasped and huggled Andromeda again. "So cuuuuuute!!!!"
"We have a large family here," said Kaiba. "This issue seems resolved and I have work to do," he said and he sat back down.
Ramla steered Andromeda out and Trickery followed. "That was very kind of Onii-Sama."
Trickery patted Andromeda's head. "That was Seto Kaiba, and he's the head of the family."

She walked with them, her wings fluttering to help her keep her balance. "I know the word family, I hear it lots, but whats it mean? he says it like people hasta talk to me if he doesn't want me around....."

Trickery opened his mouth to speak but Ramla beat him to the punch. "He didn't mean that. Our family is lots of ponies who live together and take care of each other. Onii-Sama just meant that, if he ever gets tired of you, whih he won't, someone else will be interested. But what he meant was that there is no way for us to get bored of you, so you shouldn't worry."
Trickery smiles wanly. "What she said..."

"If I can... pry," said Trickery, trying to take Andromeda from the embrace of Ramla, "Andromeda away... we should go see some other little girls, hey? Sound good?"
Ramla pouted but acquiesced. "Ohkay... but dinner at m house!"
Trickery didn't looked back. "Sorry, she's a bit over the top," he said tensely. "She doesn't mean anything by it."
"Triiiickery," said a dreamily sweet voice. It belonged to a small seryph girl who seemed to be floating toward them rather than flying. "Trickery, you were supposed to treat me to a show today."
"Things came up, Shenavye," said Trickery. "This is Andromeda."
"Charmed, I'm sure," said Shenavye carelessly.

Andromeda looked back at the girl who had glomped her repetitively, then at the one who just arrived. "Hi," she said in a small voice. "I didn't mean ta make him break a promise. I'm sorry," she whispered, looking down now.
