"Ok!" Cas exclaimed. Then she lifted her bow and pulled the string. A light started to glow in the shape of an arrow. It was a bright yellow, as bright as the sun. She pointed and shot at Twili.

Quickly chasing after Twili and Cas, Dark Frost could feel the energy of both the bow and sword flowing through him. "Okay, I'll just train by myself. I'll find some targets, don't you worry" the Weavile laughed, vanishing from sight, reappearing in the sky a little bit away from the two. Within a few seconds, he had already fired ten blade arrows from his bow, striking the ground at specific points. "Hmm, I think I can make this work" the Weavile commented, releasing a stream of energy from his sword. Filling the points, the energy shot out to connect with the other points, creating a giant blast of energy. "Wow, that's an awesome technique."

*Twili sensed Frost and teleported behind him* "Nice technique but you need to be aware!" *twili shoots a entagle spell at Frost* "That will temporarly paralyze you if it hits"

Right as Cas's light arrow was about to hit Twili, he had teleported to Frost. The arrow then turned around on its own and followed Twili. "Cool!" Cas announced. "The homing device in the arrows works perfectly!"

*The light arrow's intesifying light hit Twili making plummit to the ground* "Ugh nice shot Cas but can I get some warning first?" *Twili got up with the arrow still in his back* "Does someone mind pulling that out for me?"

"Sorry, I thought you still had the protection spell! I'll get it out. Good thing it didn't pierce you all the way. The light arrows will eliminate all darkness. Which, since you're a dark type, it would've made you gone completely!" Cas quickly pulled out the arrow, and then it dissipated.

"Umm since I just got impaled by a arrow I think i'm finnished with training today i'll be inside talking to Mugen if you want me!" *The darkrai floated into the air and his stilt like legs appeared* "I'm still not use to walking but i'll try"

"Ok!" Cas exclaimed, then she said to Frost, "Want to practice with me? I'll use my sword cause my arrows would, you know, ultimately destroy you since you're part dark type. I'm pretty good with my sword here!"

"Alright then, I accept your challenge" Dark Frost laughed, putting away his bow and withdrawing the ShadowSnow Katana. "But be warned, I'm quite fast in this state. And just to make things fair on you, I won't use my bow either."

Cas drew out her sword, squinted her eyes, and the gold sword glided in front of her face as the sunlight gleamed against it. Cas made the first move. She went through the ground, disappearing from Frost's eyes. Moments later she came up from the ground and took a slash at Frost from behind.

Smiling, Dark Frost quickly blocked the sword attack with his own sword, not even needing to move at all. "Good try, but you need to be faster than that. Now it's my turn" the Weavile laughed, swinging his sword to fling her back before charging after her with another attack.

*A shadow rushed between the two pokemon* "Enough for now its lunch time! And don't worry about it i'm a great chef!" *Twili took of his guise and put on a chef hat and appron* "It feels so natural to be in chef clothes again!" *Twili Went in the house and put a pan on the stove top* "Wat would you guys like to eat today?" {he said with a smile}

"Wow! Real food? I've been living off berries for a long time, so anything would be great!" Cas said excitedly. "How about mashed potatoes, no, macaroni and cheese, wait no, STEAK!" Cas had a hungry look in her eyes, and a bit of drool too.

(I'm not good at really working my way into a story)
Oguma walked out of Mugen's after purchasing an axe, so that he could have another weapon to use. As he left, he saw two pokemon fighting against each other. It had been ended by a what Oguma thought was a shadow. Oguma had gone to go figure out what the shadow was. "Is it a Darkrai?" he thought.
