[OMFG I LOST MY FREAKING POST]
"Mmmmph~" Aya whined with a small grunt as she failed once again to reach out to that well and get a grasp of where the water exactly was and how deep it was in there. "This is harder than I thought," Aya said, turning to Jonu with a small pout on her face. The girl had been training with ninjutsu and control, things she was naturally gifted with. Focusing was all another task on its own. Setting her chin in the palm of her hand, Aya slouched over and stared at the well. Maybe she was going about this all wrong. The water was sitting at the bottom in an almost dead state; hibernation. She thought back about the bear. How would you know how strong and loud a bear's roar would be if you didn't even hear it growl. Sitting back up straight, Aya had a knew plan in mind. She would push her chakra towards the well and try to shake it up in order to figure out where it was.
Rearranging herself and putting her hands back into the seal of the dragon, Aya closed her eyes and began swirling her chakra around in her body. Gently, she released a small wave of chakra to go racing across the field towards the well. Getting rid of a little bit of chakra helped control Aya's adrenaline levels and clam her down just a bit, but as she held onto her chakra while it ran across the ground, she knew she couldn't push it down into the well when she got close to it. "Huu~" Aya sighed, as she felt her chakra race out of control and go past the well. Aya was a natural at controlling her chakra, but it was difficult when the chakra wasn't bound to an element. Using Mizu bunshin was an easy task since the chakra was able to stick to the water which made it easier to control. Those that used genjutsu like Kana probably had an easier time controlling their chakra in this way since they created illusions without elements. Putting her elbow on her thigh and placing her chin back into the palm of her hand, Aya re-thought her approach once again.

Auburn locks draped over the young mans eyes as he gave Aya a gentle nod for her help. He kind of understood what she meant about being trapped in a burning building with nowhere to go, since he had been in one of course. Naturally the shinobi wasn't in the building while it was burning, but after the fire had stripped the structure of its identity and transformed it into useless ash and unstable framework. The building that Kana had been in was the clinic back in Shimagakure after one of the raids, Aya, Kazuma, and himself helped in knocking down walls and rebuilding it back to its former glory. The Kun' Kumo used his mind to place himself in one of the bland patients rooms, which he himself had been in more than a few times, with the calm beige wallpaper blistering from the immense heat and a ravaging fire quickly concealing his identity within countless flames that intended to sear every reachable surface that could become alight.
Terror sunk deep within his belly as the unmerciful flames held their ground, creating a chance of dismal hope that it wouldn't advance any closer. His thought process stopped as he hummed for a moment, pulling him back to the bench by his partners side. "Hrm." Fire struck fear into an opponents heart, and it could also be used as a barrier to deter the victim from their main objective. But, could it be used in a more practical way? "Well, I hope I've got it figured out by then." He then said modestly with a small rub on the back of his head and a slightly wide and goofy grin. Kana could see the struggle in Aya's eyes until she finally completed a stage of her exercise. "That must be pretty intense, huh?" He said with a curious look on his face. He himself thought that handling fire would be easier than water since he created the flames with his own chakra or his specified organs. His organs were probably gave him the ease of manipulation because he didn't use just any raw element that was out there, he created what he needed for his techniques and harnessed it to create the desired effects.

He pressed the pale fingers together to create the first sign he had chosen for his Jutsu, the Tiger seal. The shinobi let his chakra circulate through it like traffic on a bridge, the powerful energy surging through one end and out the other. Along his skin he felt a slight tingle as the tiny dark hairs slowly stood on end from the ripples of energy that flowed amongst his existence like a racetrack. The purpose of this seal in the combination was to help with the fire aspect of the technique, hopefully giving him a better edge in counterfeiting the element. Giving a small grin he quickly morphed his fingers into a new seal, the Ram. The Ram was the mainly for the large amount of chakra that he would need to exert for his initial imitation, it was also chosen because of its ease to use with Genjutsu. "I need one more. . ." Kana said as he looked to the sky as if the answer would just fall out of the blue. "What about. . . the Bird?" He said questioning himself. Quickly his fingers un-tightened and in a blur of motion he constricted them into the Bird hand seal. The Shinobi thought for a moment what the Bird was associated with. He came up with the season of Autumn, the white tiger, west, and the circulatory system. "Yes, the bird." Kana said with a approving nod. The young inventor used his own techniques with his improved circulatory system, which allowed him to transfer plasma from the plasma sack to anywhere throughout his body along with ample amounts of oxygen carried by blood platelets then taken from the blood and fused with the plasma to create his fire. The Kun' Kumo figured that oxygen was vital to most techniques because it allowed the brain to think much more clearly with it, which quick knowledge of tactics was almost a necessity whilst using a Genjutsu on opponents. "Tiger, Ram, and the Bird." He said whilst forming them in succession, just enough chakra to test them out flowing through his fingertips. Looking to Aya he then said "Sheesh, this is a lot more work than I thought!" His tone was playful because in reality he wasn't straining himself physically at all, and the invention of his technique seemed to run smoothly through his mind.

Aya heaved a heavy sigh as Kana spoke to her. "Yea..." she said, agreeing with him as she stared off blankly towards the well. She hadn't done this much intense thinking in awhile and it was starting to wear her down. The last time she trained was for the summoning technique with Tomoko and she hadn't even finished that training yet. The girl really wanted to finish that training so she could see Yoko, Monkmon and the other monkeys she had yet to meet in her scroll. They had been quite a task to get and Aya wasn't going to let her, Seshiro's and Sukotto's hard work go to waste by just letting her scroll sit around. She needed to finish this training that Jonu had set out for her in order to return to her previous training. "Alright," Aya said, bringing her spirits back up as she sat up straight and put her hands back into the seal of the dragon. She would have to learn to better focus her skills in moving her chakra around without the aid of an element. Many other shinobi could do it, and so shall she.
"Hmmm," Aya hummed to gain her concentration back as she sat so peacefully on the deck. As she did, she pushed her chakra out of her body and once again across the field. All she needed to do was make the water move, stir it up a bit so she could tell how much was there. The dragon seal made her chakra swim across the fields like a fish in water. As it got close to the well, Aya sent it down towards the water. Her adrenaline levels kicked up for a breif moment as she felt it go down. She thought that maybe she would have it there! Maybe her chakra would be able to stick to that water! Not even knowing it, Aya's body leaned forward as she kept her eyes close. Her chakra went rushing down the well and finally hit the water. Aya had it. Her chakra was in the well within the pool of water. Now all she had to do was swish he water around with her chakra that lay within the hibernation water. She would need complete concentration...

Aya tried to block out all sounds around her. She tried to turn off any type of sensation she had. The temperature of the air around her would have to become a void. The feel of the deck beneath her would have to be nothing but space. Aya continued to eliminate the things around her until there would only be herself and the water within the well. As her chakra molded around it, she could feel just how much water there really was. The well was rather deep, which surprised Aya since this was such a small farm there would be no need for so much water. Then again, the farmers did have animals to feed, so Aya's first judgment was wrong. The water was cool and over all rather clean. It was the type of water that would feel good on a nice hot day after a long days work. Even though it wasn't a hot day, the feel of the water with her chakra was still a refreshing feeling.
Without even realizing that she was doing it, the water began to swish back and forth slowly within the well as Aya sized it up. She could probably make up to 25 water clones with all the water in the well! Opening her blue eyes slowly, she realized she was moving the water and smiled. "Uncle Jonu~" she said cutely tilting her head towards her instructor and deeming him with his new nickname. As a kid, Aya would always pronounce one syllable twice and shorten the name; like Chichi for Ichi and Shinichi or even adding on a 'y' to Seshiro and calling him Seshy. With Jonu, she did different. Ichi had been like a father to her and Jonu was like her father's brother. They trained her very simliar and Jonu was very real with Kana and Aya, not treating them like the students they used to be, but giving them actual tasks and challenging their skills. "I can swish the water," Aya said, still smiling happy that she was able to hone her skills in the way Jonu had taught her. Getting up from her seat, she bowed towards Jonu. "Thank you for teaching me this useful skill!" she said very gratefully towards the man. It was on the the most useful skills Aya had learned... and perhaps could tie into a technique she had brainstormed awhile ago... It was almost as if Jonu had given her the first training towards acquiring that technique.

"Huuu~" Aya sighed happily as she sat down next to Kana and rested her head on his shoulder. "That was tough training," she breathed with a sigh of relief. "I haven't trained in awhile! I forgot how nerve racking it could be," Aya admitted as she sat straight up and stretched her arms out in front of her. "Reminds me I still haven't finished learning the summoning technique," Aya said as she stood up. "I feel pretty bad about that. I went through a lot of trouble to get the scroll and I haven't been able to use it. Heha," Aya laughed as she brought the truth out about her lazy side! The Tenmoki girl had almost always been working hard at training since the day she enrolled in the academy. Ever since she came back from the Orochi war though, she had been slacking heavily and falling behind on her own studies. "I can't even remember where I left off," Aya said tilting her head up to the sky as she tried to recall the last part of the summoning technique she was having troubles with.

His technique was beginning to take shape, he had most of the main requirements for the Genjutsu. The young man had the required hand seals for the required task, he had an idea of what he would manifest with his power, and he knew what the technique would be used for. What the shinobi didn't know was how high his flames needed to be, but understood that flames too high could expend chakra at quite a quick rate. "I wonder. . ." Kana said with a small whisper, his hands retreating to behind his head to cushion it. Too small of flames and the opponent wouldn't even think twice about just hopping over them like a short barbed wire fence. "How high do people usually jump?" He asked curiously, wondering what a good point to start off at would be. Usually people didn't jump higher than ten feet without aid, and at that height most people wouldn't be able to see much of anything but heat blurred glimpses. "Ten feet sounds reasonable, right?" He asked his partner, she had most valuable input that the inventor could use. Satisfied with his decision he let his hands down at his sides to watch Aya thank Jonu for his devotion in training her. She quickly sat down with a light thud, her small frame brushing against his side, gently placing her light haired head against his shoulder. She did this occasionally when the two were sitting side-by-side, but not as often in public. A warm sensation came over his body, and he opened his mouth to speak softly to the girl. "I'm sure you'll figure it out." He wrapped his arm around her shoulder and softly tugged against her, giving her a few jolts in a hug like motion.

As his arm tightened around the female companion he thought for a moment, what kind of effect the towering flames would have on a opponent. Would they be trying to escape by running through the flames, or try straight jumping over like a giant frog. Pondering on this thought for a moment he loosened his grip around Aya and brought his hand back to his side. "Well..." He started to say then added. "If you were surrounded by ten foot high flames and with no visible exit would you hesitate." He figured that the answer would most likely be yes, but in reality the job description of the cute little girl strictly forbade even the thought of hesitation. This was because they lived and died in these situations every day, and soon it would become second nature not to think twice about what to do. The young warriors would operate like a well oiled machine, a robot with predetermined actions based on the situation. Even with unknown situations the soldiers adapted and evolved with their opponents attacks and defenses. Kana would be using these skills and instances just down the road from where they were, the Orochi swamp. It seemed to loom over them from even so far away. Was it going to be the final resting place for Ichi, or would the trio successfully retrieve him. He thought long and hard about how the dirty snake people or Rice country soldiers would have their grubby little hands all over the petrified leader.

"Hmm~" Aya hummed warmly as she received encouragement from Kana. The girl just wanted to maul him with hugs and snuggles, but she kept her attitude in check since they were still in training. Their current sensei had weighed them in a professional sense, and Aya wasn't about to ruin the respect they had gained. As Aya stared up at the sky once again, she clapped her hands together as her memory came back to her. "Ahaaaa~!" she sang cutely as she remembered where she had left off. It was the very last step to learning the technique. She had to exert a lot of chakra in order to call out a summon. She was having troubles pushing out enough along with the technical symbols that went along with her blood oath. Remembering just how many times she had to cut her finger to get as far as she did before, Aya's face had quite the look of discomfort on it.
"Ten feet?" Aya asked, thinking back on just how high she could jump. They were elite shinobi after all and Aya was not among the most agile, but she had a decent amount of agility. "I'm pretty sure someone like Seshiro could've jumped over that," Aya said to Kana, bringing up the Orochi who had just lost his life in battle against his own clan. The girl had been so caught up on losing Ichi that she hadn't even taken the time to reflect on the others they had lost in the battle... One person she wasn't sad to lose had definitely been Naru. The girl tried to shrug off the feelings and would have more time to reflect after they were finished at the Orochi ruins... There could always be the chance that Seshiro, Naru or even Sachiriku had been caught in a collapse of buildings and then later found! Aya tried to push such optimistic thoughts out of her head though... Instead she would return to the training she had been working on so long ago. "Haaa," she sighed with a bit of a whine as she stood tall. She flipped back her poncho, so that her shuriken were free and visible. She needed something to cut her finger on and those sharp blades would prove rather handy. Swiping her thumb across the metal surface, a small slice cut Aya's skin and then she went to perform the seals for the technique. "Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram- Kuchiyose no jutsu," Aya said, speaking the seals as she did them and then slapping her hand against the ground, hoping the ancient symbols would spider out from underneath her hand to create the seals to summon the small monkey Monkmon.

Aya's eyes widened for a breif moment as she view the beginning of the symbols come out from her hand. Just as she got anxious to see the technique complete, they ran back to her hand like a cockroach in the light. "Uuuugh!" Aya whined, throwing her head back in defeat. All the frustration with learning this technique was coming back to her now. She let out a heavy breath and turned back to Kana in order to take her mind off the struggles she was about to face. "Maybe if you got the flames to dome over kind of?" Aya said, tilting her head to Kana, wondering if he could pull that off with fire to keep someone from jumping out. She wasn't too sure, but it was a suggestion she would throw out for him. "Or you could just push more chakra out to make the flames grow in height if someone tried jumping over it?" Aya said, begging to list off many things Kana could do, but then she hushed up since she could feel a ramble of questions and suggestions itching her tongue. That was a habit she used to have with asking Shinichi and Ichi when she was learning about ninjutsu or copeira.
The moment she caught herself, she turned back to her own training. She would have to keep her mind occupied of she didn't want to start spewing out ideas that had no base or sense to what Kana was trying to do. Instead she took a deep breath and stared at the ground she was just about to pound with her open palm. It was a blank stare which gave the impression that she was thinking deeply and coaching herself to do well. Once her mental coaching session was over, Aya put her hands together to perform the seals needed once again. "Kuchiyose no jutsu," Aya said as she slapped her open palm against the spot on the floor she had just been staring at so intently.

He thought for a moment about what Aya had said, remembering the snake eyes of the man. "Hrm. I guess." He said slowly for a moment trying to think of a way that he could attempt to stop the naturally skilled people. "Doming the fire is a good idea!"" Kana see happily to his partner, nudging her for a moment before she got up and tried her jutsu. He personally had never seen the little critters so he was a bit excited to see an animal being summoned. Monkeys were cool anyways, he would love to see just a normal monkey but these monkeys were shinobi monkeys! "Are your monkeys cute!" He said with a smile, anticipating an adorable little fuzzy creature to be summoned at any moment. Kana imagined that the creatures Aya summoned would be cute because she was cute! He tried to stand but understood it was too early for such movement because he became a bit dizzy like all of his blood drained right down to his feet. "Whoa. . ." He said as his arms spread out to catch his balance. He decided that the best plan of action for the escape trial was to dome the flames over the shinobi so that he or she would be trapped inside, hopefully not trying to jump through the imaginary flames.

Kana put all of the peices of the puzzle together for a moment, seeing if anything else was needed to make this work. He hand signs, a strategy for his assault, a technique and most important he thought he knew its capabilities. The young man hopefully knew its capabilities because he was the createor and usually they did enough research and thinking to where they could have an idea of its powers. "Hpmh. That's it, I got it!" Kana said with a happy smile across his face. The shinobi would never have sat down and created his own technique unless his Sensei had told him too, so he figured that like Aya he would pay respect to the man. "Thank you, Jonu." He said just before straining his arms to lift himself from the chair. Wobbling slowly over to where his Sensei was he bent over, showing his respect in a bow. The bow showed that the person trusted another and would take their eyes off of the target for a moment, allowing the person to have the opportunity to strike and kill the trusting one. "I think I have figured out an awesome Genjutsu!" He added once he stood fully upright. "Its where you get trapped in a circle of fire, and it appears that there is no escape." Taking a step back the shinobi brought his arms to his chest and formed the three hand seals that he had decided would play an important part in the Jutsu. "The Tiger, Ram, and Bird seals are what I use to create the illusion of a ring of fire around my opponent!" He said happily. "To scare them into next week!" He said quickly after with a devilish grin. Hopefully the young Genins teacher would be proud, but most likely he would just push him too learn the technique. "Haaaa~" Aya sighed as yet against the symbols snaked back to her hands as she attempted another fail. She stuck her thumb in her mouth where she was bleeding since the blood wasn't flowing as hard as it had been to start. Aya didn't like to cut herself very deep, but make just noticeable slivers that she knew would heal up rather quickly. She was glad that Kana liked her suggestion and smiled when she nudged her. She also smiled at the thought of her monkeys. "Two of them are adorable!" the girl chirped with excitement as she thought back to her two favorite ones. "Monkmon is the youngest, and she looks like a normal monkey. She's really shy and doesn't speak, but Yoko is so much fun! She's a strange rambling monkey. I want to know what types of skills they have~" Aya sang as she thought of the possibilities, but really couldn't think of any, cause her mind just wasn't in the creative mood.
Aya's mood switched in the heart beat as Kana stood up. He wasn't stable and swayed forward a bit. Quicker than the blink of an eye, Aya was right next to him ready to catch! "Be careful," she said with a very insisting tone. Aya was starting to even sound like her mother with the more medical practice and caring she experienced! Aya hovered slowly behind him like a watchful dog as Kana made his way over to Jonu to bow and thank him. That also gave Aya a chance to listen to what Kana had come up with. The girl smiled brightly as he told their sensei the technique he had come up with. "I knew it was a genjutsu~" Aya sang in a high pitch voice rather quietly as she waltzed away from the two.

Aya waltzed back to the spot she had been standing at on the deck to finish her few month old training. The girl took a deep breath and rethought her steps, yet again. To be honest, Aya was getting sick of rethinking everything that had to go into this technique! The seals; Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram. The blood; cutting her finger on a sharp surface. The control; forming out the blood oath into fuin symbols. And the finally step with chakra; igniting the symbols with energy to activate them. The girl new the steps now without even really having to think about them. The last step was just the hardest. She didn't have a long time before the blood symbols were void and the chakra wouldn't activate them. So overall, Aya was slow in activating her technique. "Hmm," she hummed to herself trying to think about what else she could do to help quicken up her process. However, nothing came to mind. Aya was doing everything that she could and was performing the steps just as she should. There was no real way to quicken up the process except to continue to practice it. The only real solution was just good old fashioned training until she got it right.
Reflecting and accepting what needed to be done, was just the thing that Aya needed. There was no more thinking about it since she had the process done and committed to a fast acting memory. Now, Aya just blankely would perform what needed to be done and she did. The swipe of the blood, the performance of the technique and the powerful "Kuchiyose no jutsu," spoken by the little girl sent a poof of smoke off the deck where she had just set her palm.
Little Monkmon appeared on the porch floor. She looked up frightened to see anyone else other than Aya. And with that poof of smoke that she came, with the poof of smoke she left rather quickly. "Aaaah~" Aya sighed in aggrivation as the monkey disappeared on her. The girl fell back into the bench, exhausted. She wanted Monkmon to come back, but Aya just didn't have the chakra to summon the little monkey again. "I'm finished," Aya breathed as she closed her eyes to relax momentarily.

After the pair finished their respective training exercises, Jonu couldn't help but beam, having been filled with pride. They had, unlike any other young shinobi that he had seen, understood the importance of constantly helping each other train. While this took a little more effort than training individually, the eventual results definitely made up for and exceeded any burdens created. "A fine job done by the both of you to be sure! You each understand that teamwork can help in almost every situation, even when trainin'." Aya had taken her training a step further by developing a jutsu that Jonu had only heard rumors about. She even managed to make a tiny monkey appear for a few moments, which definitely impressed the man. He figured that every Shimagakure shinobi could use either an animal partner or this "summoning partner" so that they could still utilize teamwork while on solo missions. "I'm sure you know that you'll 'ave to take your time in learning that new jutsu you thought of, Kana. I will certainly be willin' to assist you if need be, but I'm afraid that we best cease our trainin' for the day and get some shuteye before headin' for the ruins." Jonu wondered what sort of potential the rest of the genin in Shimagakure had access to. While they definitely needed a lot of work to sharpen their skills and abilities, Aya and Kana were both quite driven in what they did and understood important values at a young age. "And as for you, lassie, very well job with both of your trainin' sessions! I may sound like a parrot that always repeats itself by now, but I be very proud of ya' both."
