You have to signup for a google account and create a mapset. It's pretty easy to do actually. (I am not talking g-mail, but just a regular google account)
But when it comes to keeping the names in order, you have to drag and drop them after you have saved the locations.
I have our mapset set as hidden, so no one will find our mapset, unless they click the links I have posted here.
