Only problem with that, Omni, is that the person in charge either has lost sight of the thread, or hasn't been able to get online lately. Or maybe they stopped caring...?

Considering there have been only three entries, my thoughts are that there is not much interest in seeing the Talk Show come back/evolve/exist.

Wait, only three...? I could have sworn there were more than that.

Better fear me, better run away
It seems interesting, and I would like it to come to pass. Hell, I'd even enter if I had anything to enter with, but sadly I have no video camera or microphone.
'Cause this battle's just begun.

A mic is all you need. ^.^
Hermie and I have a little something planned, if we can actually both be home and not running torrents at the same time.

Deadline has been extended one more time, this is the last call for entries. You have until June 30th. Also please not the new email address for submissions, as I am a dumbass and locked myself out of my gmail. sweatdrop

I would think that backups were made off site. Since you would need a splicing program to put them all together, having them on hand would be easier, right?

Yeah I've got copies on my laptop. They periodically appear in my Songbird library. Nothing like grooving to some music and then suddenly hearing Omni's voice coming out of my speakers... xd

Yes, let the dulcet tones of the Omnileech sooth you as you bask in the digitized sound of the voice. I don't quite know where I was going with that sentence...

Honestly, I think it's a lot better to just get a bunch of people together who are on at the same time and make them talk to each other. That's how we did it before, right? It worked out fine and it was funny. I hate to say it Kals, but I think this idea is a little too structured for the ATG's taste. Sure, I've been gone for who-the-hell-cares-how-long, but from past experience, people loved the spontaneity of how we did it before. As much as I would love to put in an entry, I really don't have the motivation. Besides, I find it more enjoyable to just be random retards over the internet and talk about something, or nothing.
But that's my opinion.

While I completely agree with you, Skrat, I also think that having occasional recurring pre-recorded segments to insert (much like many late night talk shows) could be amusing, and also there needs to be something to get this project back off the ground again. I was hoping that by presenting things this way, people would be immune to the whole "wah I'm in a different time zone and my schedule doesn't match anyone else's" thing, and thus would be more likely to participate.
