Lumanny Okay, so I do want to get back to scrupulosity, but for once I will also allow the Chess and other stuff at the same time because it makes me feel like I belong. 3nodding So, anyways, is my considering wearing a kippah full time more likely scrupulosity? The end will define it, but I'm afrain of going there. Side stuff: ------------ Regarding my gear of asphyxiation: My friend loved the Mezuzzah pendant I used to wear and so I got hiom one for a Simcha. Yesterday, he wore his and noticed I didn't. "Why don't you wear yours anymore?" "It's complicated." "Did you lose it?" ninja "No." "So you know exactly where it is?" "Yup." "Then, why?" "Because the last time I wore it I was in an insane state of mind and was convinced I had to take it off or else I would die." "................" My level of crazy is little better than that. It's not the I'm in fear of putting myself in mortal danger crazy It's the I'm going to put myself in mortal danger and then spit in the face of death crazy. Don't need it

I'm usually afraid I'll die, but sometimes I'm just afraid I'll go back to the hellish panic attack world of thinking I'm going to die. Follow?
"The only thing to fear is fear itself." I get that, but I am afraid of fear. What then? That hellish world is ... hell.
BTW, today we were working on science posters at school and the rubber cement smell was horrible; I totally freaked out and had to go to the Guidance couselor. Then had to go back into the rubber cement zone again and apent the rest of the day in an awful state with my nervous ticks all messed up. I was clicking and babbling to myself and my keychain and wandering in circles, and ... gonk It was awful. My friends actually ended up having to make my poster for me.

I actually had this really cool idea to write comics about exxagerated vesions of my days at school, but I didn't finish today's because my character totally would have died.

One time a kid I don't knnow heard me clicking and joined in, thinking I was doing some kinda rhythym. He asked how I could do it so much better than he could.
