Ketsuban had followed and somehow, managed to get ahold of a can of new coke.[ACK! It is not of this universe!]Ketsuban then proceeded to Ice Beam the can.
"I have an Aerodactyl, I can get to Orre in about a half an hour flying at Mach 1."Blue said."I'm not in danger thus my breaking of the communication equipment."Blue said."That and Shelly could pull me to shore if needed, shes managed to help me get through the Whirl islands. She even knows Dive so if needed I can go..."Blue looked over the ship side."I'm going to."Blue said."Go! Shelly!"Blue called the Shellos out into the water.Blue then jumped into the water off of the boat."I'll be back in a bit! Shelly! Dive!"Blue yelled, he held onto the back of Shelly and got pulled under.

Robert was in his room. He wanted to spend some time with his Nidoqueen in some privacy. "Come on out Julia." Robert said, releasing his Nidoqueen from her pokeball. Robert smiled as he took out a silk cloth and a bottle of warming oil. It was a normal routine he did with his pokemon, only this time Julia was first for a nice massage. He wanted all of his pokemon to be in tip top shape, both looking and feeling thier best. "I just hope they let you compete agian Julia. Now that this whole delta thing has gone worldwide, maybe the contestcomittee will put some ne wrules in place to allow delta types in the second round battles." Robert spoke before he smiled. "It doesn't matter though. You're still our powerhouse star and you'll always be my friend." He spoke as he massaged and polished her with nutrient rich warming oils, meant to relax the muscles and keep a pokemon's exterior healthy and shiny.

((How was everyone's Christmas? Mine was EXTREMELY uneventful.))
((Also, its time for some thinly veiled foreshadowing.))
"Sir, the boat has appeared to have stopped."A man in a mining outfit said to another in a suit.
"I see, while this is unforeseen, it is also welcomed. Do not slow down though, continue cleaning up and we're out of here!"The man commanded.He ran his hands through his slicked down navy blue hair."Soon, the next step will be complete and..."The sound of a large shipping container hitting the ground makes the mans next words inaudible."...'s plan will be complete"The man chuckled.

Looking as her 'Bodyguard' got pulled under the water, Kalina just gave a very small smile, releasing another one of her Pokemon, a Togekiss. Jumping onto her back, she whispered "Joybringer, take me to the water. I haven't had the chance to swim in a long time." FaunaSpike quickly jumped on as well, knowing that at the first sign of trouble, she'd have to pull her out. As the Togekiss flew down, Kalina got ready to dive into the water (thankfully, her outfit could also be used for swimming). Once the Pokemon was close enough, Kalina dove in as well, gently floating on the waves.

((I've got a crazy mini plot that will make Blue the weakest trainer in the group. It'll start when we get to the island and its night time.))
((It'll be crazy. Also, everyone think of subplots for your characters too.))
Blue was really deep down, surrounded by a bubble, so he could breathe. The way dive worked was the Pokemon using Dive would cycle the oxygen through itself and the bubble so the trainer can breathe."Shelly, over there."Blue pointed to the left where there was a shiny spot in the sand.
Meanwhile back on the Island.
"Sir, we're done with the cleanup, we are ready to depart."The man with the mining outfit said.
"Excellent."The suited man chuckled.
"What about the guards near the port?"The miner asked.
"All but the one with the prototype are ordered to leave."The suited man replied.
"Yes sir!"The miner replied.

((Okay, this is going to be rather interesting. Now how can I make a subplot around Kalina...I've got it!))
"You know, the water feels so wonderful today" Kalina laughed, splashing Joybringer as she flew along the water's surface. "It feels nice, gentle and..." Suddenly she let out a yelp of pain and called out Selena onto the ship's surface. Thankfully, the Dark type Gardevoir still had a trace of psychic energy, so she used Psychic to lift Kalina back onto the ship. "I don't get it...What's wrong with me?"
Selena whispered, placing a hand on Kalina's forehead, only to suddenly withdraw it. she asked.
"Yes, but I don't know why that should have anything to do with..Oh no, you don't think..." Kalina gasped.
Selena explained.

Blue managed to pick up the item."It's a TM case!"Blue exclaimed. He opened it up and noted that there were 39 TM's in it."Awesome."Blue said, pocketing the item.
((That TM case will be a plot point later.))
Blue noted the boat beginning to move."Well s**t."Blue cursed,"Shelly, top floor, and step on it!"Blue yelled. The Shellos began its ascent towards the boat. Blue broke the surface of the water and flew out of the water, but not over the boat, the boat was a little bit ahead. Thinking quickly Blue ordered an Ice Beam from Shelly, he slid down the ice slide and onto the ships deck."Cold! That was Cold!"Blue shouted. He got off of the ice slide not a moment too soon as it collapsed behind him soon after. "Great work Shelly."Blue praised the Water type Pokemon.

Noticing the ice, Kalina let out a frightened gasp, accidentally releasing a burst of flame from her mouth. {Oh no, if he sees me like this...} she whispered to Selena, terrified. {Selena, please do something!}
Selena sighed, sending her over.
Being forced over, Kalina told Blue "Umm, I need to tell you something..." With that, flames began to pop up over her hands, and she stared at him in a terrified manner. She didn't know what he was going to make of this, but he could see it now.

Blue's expression faded into a serious one .Blue looked at the girl a moment, then glanced over to watch the other people.He held his arm straight out and then gave three snaps, one right after the other. Shelly nodded and jumped into the air. Black clouds gathered, a drop of rain hit the deck of the boat, then a torrential downpour started. at that point blue had already started walking over to her, he grabbed her wrist and began to pull her towards a secluded area.
"This is Shelly's Rain Dance."Blakki noted."...Whats going on?"Blakki asked himself. He closed his eyes, he could see from Blue's perspective.

"Th..thank you" Kalina whispered to Blue, trying desperately to control her flames. "I guess I have to be honest with you now. I...I'm not human." Taking a deep breath, she told him "You were right to call me princess...because I am one. I'm a princess from another planet, so some people would refer to me as an alien. Our DNA is in the form of a quadruple helix, half of the DNA belonging to a Pokemon. Mine's in the form of a Gardevoir, and the crystals, which come from my planet, caused my Gardevoir genetics to become that of a Delta Species Fire type, hence the out of control fire."

"I figured it was something along those lines."Blue said."Blakki noted a difference in your scent. He's good about that."Blue paused."And he knows now too. Don't tell anyone else."Blue said aloud seemingly to no one. Blue heard a mental 'You got it!'
"There Problem 1 has been solved."Blue said."Now what to do about your fire...If these powers are Pokemon based, then talking to a fire type Pokemon would solve this issue...But I don't own any fire type Pokemon. Do you?"Blue asked.

"So...you're alright...with me being...who I am?" Kalina asked, feeling slightly relieved. When she heard his suggestion about talking to a fire type, she shook her head and told him "No, I don't have any fire Pokemon. The closest thing I have is a Solrock that can use Fire Spin, but I don't think that will help much."

"It's fine."Blue said."Darn, this complicates things quite a bit."Blue said."Maybe Professor Elm has a Cyndaquil right now!"Blue exclaimed, he pulled out a PokeGear, and began to Call the Professor.
"Hi Professor Elm! Its Blue! Quick question, do you have a Cyndaquil in your lab right now?"Blue asked. Sounds of speaking on the other line were heard."Darn, two days ago huh? That sucks. I'll have to find something then."Blue said. More chatter was heard."Why do I need it? I'm doing an experiment. but don't worry, I'll find something. Bye."Blue hung up."Darn. I missed him by two days. Oh well, we'll just have to make do"Blue said.
Meanwhile in the Captains quarters...
"This whole trip has been one disaster after another! First that freak electrical storm hits the boat! Then the fuel consumption shoots way up, and now we're in a freak rainstorm! What else could go wrong?!"The captain shouted.
"Sir! Theres a glitch in the speed control systems! The boat is speeding up and we're almost at Holon Port!"One of the engineers shouted.
"YOU INVOKED MURPHY'S LAW!"Another engineer shouted
