Shanara looked over at her group and sighed, Ryhas and Parvana and of corse Douglas hwere the only ones that had came with her tonight. The quite young woman held Parvana during thier short walk over to Rayne's home. Shanara had her arm hooked around Douglases's, to give him help as they walked, making sure not to rush him. Lightly knocking on the door. Shanara had packed a bag for Douglas this time so he could sleep here again, but after dinner Shanara would take the other to back to her house and finish the last of the packing.

The wonderful smells of the meal being cooked within wlecomed them as SHanara rasied her hand knocking on the door waiting for someone to come and answer. She smiled over at Douglas, who kinda smiled back. She was glade he was sort of warming up to them.

There came the sound of barking, almost like a dog would make but sounded when one listened closer more the sound a child would make when making the impression of a dog. Then two children seemed to be jumping up so that they could be seen through the window and in turn see who was outside. Then the barking began again, "Ah! Hey, hey! That's good you two." Came Rayne's voices and she shooed the two boys away from the door and opened it up, "Ahh. Hello Shanara, Ryhas, Vana, Douglas. Come on in dinner is just about ready."

She opened the wider so that they could come inside and better see the two boys who had run half way of the stairs and gazed down at them with brilliant colored eyes, their tails wagging. The scents coming from the kitchen were stronger too, and more of a draw especially to the one who so loved sea food.

Shanara tilted her head watching the two new boys go running away. "I think I've been working to hard, I think I need an introduction to them some time."

Douglas breathed in the scents of the delicoues food, his stomach growling loudly. "That smells great. What's for dinner?" Rubbing his stomach as he stepped into the house.

Parvana grinned squirming down from Ryas's arms giving Auntie Rayne a hug before tearing off threw the hosue. "Yukie!"

Ryas smiled and bowed her head towards the fairy foxen, "Hello Miss Rayne." She mummred politely. She immedatly headed off towareds the kitchen to help.

"To those little monsters?" She asked watching the two boys as they peek down the stairs at them, "They are the sons of a friend of mine, I'm babysitting them for a while cause he was called away to... er... work." She said with a shrug, not a job that she really found herself inclined to liking but as he was good at it and he only ever anymore took jobs that needed to be done...

She watched as Shanara's brood seemed to flutter off in all directions and gave a bit of a giggle, "I'm glad that everyone feels so at home here." She said happily.

Shanara giggled, watching them all run off in differnt diractions, Douglas waddling over to the couch sitting down with a sigh. "Since we are moving in together, isn't that a good thing?" Her eyes following the Seahorse. He had been complaing about his back hurting the last couple of days and had been in a plan rotton mood.

"Enos has dinner undercontrole?" She mummred softly.

"Then he will fit right in with Jing. That man has been in the worst of moods as of late too. He's apparently none of pleased with having everything going on without getting so much as a say in it. I feel a bit bad about it to tell you the truth but he's made for it by taking it out on Lucien. Poor kid's gotten more training the last week or so then he has since he had asked in the first place." She said, giggling.

She watched the seahorse as he moved about then titled her head to the side, he sure did look unhappy and quite twitchy. She wondered what that could be all about, "Could it be the baby moving around and weighing down on him you think?" She asked. She herself knew little of pregnancy, though asking Shanara who no doubt knew less wouldn't help, the question was already out though.

The puppies that were hanging out on the top of the stairs were watching Douglas with wide, curious eyes until they were shooed off by Sasarai who had abandon hanging out upstairs until he heard Douglas's voice, "Hey there." He greeted his sea horse friend.

Douglass grunted his reply. He was huge, and his feet hurt, and where swollon, his back ached, and he felt jittery. A wereid kind of jittery, unable to really settle into anything.Holding his stomach protectivly, glaring at the floor.

Shanara shrugged, moving away from Douglas and Sasari to give the two friends some privacey. If there was something truley wrong, maybe he would let Rayne's son know about it. "The whole pergancey thing was discouraged for me, to the point where I'm friken cluless about this kind of thing. I thought you knew some healing?"

"You look like you need to sit." Sasarai said looking Douglas over, watching the way that he moved and seemed to be in pain. Pain in someone that tried to hide it was something that he could easily spot after the way his twin used to act. He walked over to him and reached out to lay a hand on his shoulder, "If you like you can sit down, put your feet up." He told the seahorse, his voice soothing and gentle. He didn't want to anger him or make it worse.

Rayne nodded, "He would have the best chance of it." She murmured then looked at Shanara, "If he doesnt getting better soon we can take him in to see the doctor." It would be the best bet to make sure both Daddy and Baby were ok.

Douglas sighed and nodded, letting Sasari lead him over to a comfortable chair. Sighing as he sat down, shifting from one side to the other and back again. He just couldn't get comfortable anymore. Frowening as he kept shifting in the chair. "I am so tired of being pregnate..." He muttreted softly.

Shanara nodded in agrement, "I'll keep a close eye on him."

"You have all the reason in the world to feel that way." Sasarai assured him then smiled, "You just rest here. I can get your dinner for you, easier then you having to move again to the dining room and much easier then you having to deal with the whole group during dinner." He knew how much of a mob was here today so maybe it would be easier on Douglas to stay here, eat in another room? "I can eat with you if you want company."

Rayne glanced over at the two of them as they talked then nodded, "I will see if I can catch Sasarai and ask him to help keep an eye on Douglas as well." She said, she didn't want for the boy to be stuck playing spy against his friend but if it were for the seahorse boy's own good then he would agree. Or so she hoped.

Douglas looked like he was about to snap something at Sasari then paused and looked away his jaw working. After a couple minutes he nodded, his shaggy blonde hair swhishing in his eyes. "Yeah, that would be nice. Everything just seems to be ertaitng me and all these little kids are getting to me..."

Shanara nodded, "Maybe just ask him to come get us if Douglas starts acting any stranger. That way he wouldn't feel like he was betraying Douglas."

Sasarai watched Douglas closely then nodded before he hurried out of the room to see how dinner was coming along. Douglas seemed quite twitchy so the idea of bringing him food could be a peace offering and he could see about the older kids keeping the younger ones in check while he was at it. In check and away from Douglas so that he could have peace.

Rayne nodded, "Might be a better idea." She said watching as Sasarai headed out of the room to the kitchen. Now was a good a time as any to go talk to him too.

Douglas sighed, he knew he was being horrable, but he couldn't seem to stop himself. He just plain felt twitcy and there seemed to be no way to get out of the funky mood. Quickly whiping away frustrated tears.... had to be becuse of the baby.... he never cried in forever. Or at least not since his girlfriend left him alone to deal with all of this.

Shanara sighed, frustrated that there was nothing she could do. She had tried and she had watched him long enough to know there was nothing she could do at the moment but make sure things didn't get worse. She started to walk away and stoped at a knock at the door. Opening the door she froze seeing Yuber standing there. "Dinner's in the dinning room...." The blonde nodded as he passed her, nodding towards Douglas as he passed heading into the dinning room.

Rayne walked over to Douglas, "I have an idea." She told him, kneeling down next to the chair he sat in, "I am gonna bring everyone out for a movie after dinner, it will give you a break from everyone and you can go upstairs and rest." She told him, patting his hand gently, "You look so exhausted." She doubted that everyone would want to go but at least the little ones would be out from under foot and not running around to drive him nuts. He looked like the best thing for him would be food, rest, maybe a shower?

Sasarai gave a squeak as he almost ran into Yuber when he was retreiving the food, he looked up at him, gave him a look as if Yuber was one of the scariest things he had ever seen and fled passed him, scary! crying

He paused at the doorway hearing his mother talking to Douglas about them leaving him here, going to see a movie, "Is that a good idea? Leaving him alone?"

"He won't be alone. I'm sure not everyone will want to go. We are just trying to bring out the ones that will bother his rest."

Sasarai nodded, deciding he was being alittle selfish wanting to stay with Douglas when the sea horse clearly needed space and rest.

Shanara nodded, licking the idea, going into the dinning room with the others to get them eating and tell them the good news. Ryane and Douglas could hear the cheer in the other room and the excited talk. Yuber rolled his eyes and wonderd into another room away from everyone.

Douglas blushed, but winced at the excited chatter and nodded. "Yeah.... that would probley be a good idea. I don't know why I'm being like this... I whish I could stop, but I can't seem to get a controle on my temper."
