Basil flicked an ear towards Patch, then turned to see him. He was surprised to see a young kit, since not many were around lately. He seemed polite enough, at least, Basil thought. He shot an uncertain glance towards Akkei, but it seemed Ungol was giving him her attention now. Standing, he padded closer to the kit, leaning down so that their eyes were level. The kit looked as if he had been made of more than one being and Basil wondered who his parents were. "Hello." he replied, smiling and wagging his tail. The kit was still cute, with large and innocent eyes. He looked like an angeli, with his double pairs of wings. "My name's Basil. What's yours?"

Ungol Lifted her head Quickly, too quickly because she accidently popped her head into his jaw. "sorry love, a bit clumsy." she licked his nose and looked at Patches.
" well arn't you just the cutest Kit. My name is Ungol, The other Akuma is Akkei and the sexy beast next to me is Zarrin..." she nodded Z's direction...
"Now be nice Z" she gave him another lick on the nose and layed her head back on his feet

"Hi, everyone! Nice to meet all of you," Patch said, nodding towards Ungol and the others. His tail was wagging faster now, and it didn't seem possible for his grin to get any wider. "And thanks," he said, referring to when Ug had called him cute.

Basil chuckled at the young kit, lightly nosing him so that he wouldn't stand like that. It might hurt his legs if it went on for a long time. He was surprised at what Ungol said. She and Zarrin had only been gone for like, what, ten minutes? And already they were on friendly terms. He'd been with his brother for almost a year and they weren't close. Maybe it was because Ungol was a female, since Sprinkles didn't seem to have too much of a problem with Zarrin, either.... He shook his head lightly to clear the thoughts and watched the kit so that his mind wouldn't wander again.

Patch's ear flickered toward Basil at the sound of his chuckle. He looked over at him, tilting his head to one side out of curiousity just before he was nudged. He sat down then and looked around, taking in all of his surroundings. This was certainly fun. But why was Basil shaking his head? Patch had no idea, since he'd only just arrived. Maybe it was related to something that happened before he had gotten here? That must be it. After all, what other explanation was there? The young kit didn't bother pondering over this too much; there were too many new smells and sights to discover here.
[I changed my mind about what color to use for his roleplay. sweatdrop ]

Ug Smiled at Basil, " What is the matter?" she watched him shake his head as he looked at her and Zarrin... "was something wrong" she pondered...

Crescent looked at the cute little kit head cocked to one side. He opened his wings and glided from Akkei's head to Patches shoulder. Clinging to his soft fur with his little bat feet. "What a very interesting coat pattern you have Patch. It seems to be very different from the others I have seen." Crescent smiled as he ran one small bat hand through Patches fur.
Phe smiled at the newest addition to their little congregation. "Hello little Patch. I am Pheony and that curious little creature on your shoulder is Crescent. Do not fear him he means no harm he is just overly curious sometimes and has a bad habit of invading other peoples personal space." Phe spoke with the smallest amount of amusement in her voice. She had arranged herself so that she was beside Akkei and in front of Patch.

Astrid gently slid down Ungol's ear and onto the ground. Crawling ontop of the nearest pumpkin to prevent being stepped on, he stopped when he saw the stitched up looking kit prancing toward the group. He scampered ontop of Zarrin's head, slightly afraid of him. Yes, most kits were hyper and friendly, but this kit seemed overly hyper and friendly. He waited for Z to respond before making any moves, without trying to be noticably fearful.
Zarrin glanced at the shivering spider curled up on top of his head. He hadn't ever seen Astrid like that. "You ok Az?" Z cautiously looked over the new kit. He seemed innocent enough. He reminded him of himself at that age. "It's nice to meet you Patch. There's only one rule that you musn't cross here, and thats makin moves on my girlfriend." Z winked at Ug and nuzzled closer to her. "so what brings you here anyway little one?" He suddently felt Astrid relax, if only slightly. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed Basil looking from him to Ug, and back to him. "What is it Basil?"he asked curiously.

Patch watched with curiosity as Crescent glided over and landed on his shoulder. "Thanks. I guess it has something to do with the fact that I was born on Halloween. Who knows." He was about to shrug, but quickly thought better of it.
"Nice to meet you, Pheony and Crescent. Oh, it's ok. He's not bothering me."
His ear swivelled toward the sound of Zarrin's voice, and his head quickly turned in that direction, as well. "Nice to meet you, too. You won't have to worry about that," Patch laughed. "Actually, I was just following a scent that I noticed."
At Basil's name, he looked in that direction to see the expression on Basil's face.

 Demmy walked along not really paying attention. He was pretty sure that he had passed a brown rather angry female kitsune a little while ago but he could not really be that positive. Sighing he continued on his way, the smell of others reached his nose. Tempted though he was to go around them he stayed on his course because he was pretty sure he could smell someone he knew. Giving himself a shake he pulled himself out of his daydreams. Walking into a pumpkin patch he slowed, how interesting he loved the color of pumpkins they were so very vibrant. A small smile played at the corners of his mouth. Walking up he took a seat next to Zarrin yawning and twisting his ears around. "Hello Z, how have you been? Its been quite some time." He said in a lazy voice he scanned the group. His eyes fell on Basil first, a very nice color orange though not as bright as he would have liked and then they fell on the other Orange Akuma. He was an amazingly bright color orange Demmy was tempted to walk over touch him.

Ug laughed at Zarrins little speach " I dont' think patches is that way hun" she licked his snout, then walked over to patches, " do you know how dirty you are?" Ungol trapped Patches with one paw and preceded to Clean him... only stopping breifly to look at the new Kitsuni that walked into the clearing. He was very pretty and for some reason made Ungol quite sad. " HI, I'm Ungol, this is Patches" she flipped him over with her nose as she said this " the one over there is Zarrin, Basil, Phe, Akkei... oh theres a bunch of us here..."

Basil blushed, flattening his ears and giving a weak smile. It seemed most had noticed his slight movement. "Oh, it's nothing." he said, trying to keep his voice casual. He looked around for something to distract them with and was grateful when a white Kitsune came, wrapped in barbed wire. It seemed this strange male knew Zarrin but he shrugged it off. He hadn't seen Zarrin for a while and he could have met many Kitsunes along the way. "Who's your friend?" he asked, hoping for a topic shift. "I'm Basil." he said, smiling and waving his tail a bit when Ungol called his name. He shot Patch a helpless look, knowing what it was like to be randomly grabbed and forcefully cleaned. He was glad those times were past... hopefully....

"How dirty I am?" What was she talking about? The young kit was caught by surprise when Ungol trapped him, but this surprise was nothing compared to the shock he felt when she started cleaning him. He struggled half-heartedly at first, but Patch quickly gave up. After all, this wasn't that bad. A little emberassing, but bearable. It wasn't as emberassing as being dirty, so it was worth it.
"Hello there," he said to the newest one to join them in the pumpkin patch. Maybe this would cause her to let him go? Then she introduced everyone, still cleaning him. Apparently not... Oh, well...

Zarrin quickly looked to his right, shocked. "Demmy?!" His reply was louder than had been intended. "i'm actually doing a lot better than the last time we met. i havent seen you in ages! What have you been upto?" His voice became increasingly squeaky and faster as he talked. As if things werent going well already, this was even better. "Ug, this is my old friend Redemption, i met him before i even met Astrid." He gave Demmy a friendly lick and started introducing him to everyone. "Everyone!! this is Redemption. Demmy, this is everyone!" He began pointing everybody out one by one "This one's Ungol, she's mine, you cant have her. Then there's Sprinkles, and Pheony, and Basil, Akkei, Crescent, Toxic, Thistle, Patch, and Astrid! I expect you to memorize everyone's name and backstory by the end of tonight. I'll be giving you a quiz" he said with a snicker. Astrid glanced at yet Another kit he was meeting today. He had actually heard all about Z and Demmy's backstory a while ago when he first met him. Their time on the ship, their time at the beach, their numerous times chasing anything and everything, the list goes on and on. It reminded him of an old married couple. He lightly chuckled at the thought. Apparently they both helped eachother through some harsh times. 'This should be interesting' he thought. "So, you're the emo hippie! Nice to meet you Demmy. I've heard a lot about you" He recalled Zarrin calling him that the first time he talked about Demmy. Quote:  [tesv]
