However I feel kinda awkward going after her, cause I can't seem to make the "final connection" you know? I can't go in for the kill and just do something with her (as in a date, not like screwing her). Ahh I don't know, I guess I'm just weird like that, but I'm gonna make an effort this time around. Man, I know exactly what you mean. I was in that situation a week ago and I liked this girl for ages... I am talking ages. But anyway, the other day I found out that she is with a guy now, and I was going to ask her soon too. So my advice to you is not to hang about, just go in for the kill so this is like the new man thread? no female opinion welcome? With all this talk about "going in for the kill" I think a female opinion is needed here more than ever. Yeah, a woman's advice is definately needed always 3nodding

I'm sorry I made an unintentionally funny statement. When I said "go in for the kill" I meant, I don't know how to actually transition into asking her out. Then transition into the actual dating phase. But I'm glad someone got humor out of that, that probably shows my problem. My phrasing kinda sucks.

If you want to start a dialoug with a girl, figure out what they are into, and start a conversation about it. pretend to like it even if its something like america's top model if you have to... (though I would hope you guys would be smarter than going after someone like that, lol)

We never got Sonic here. I've played the games though when I was younger.

We never got Sonic here. I've played the games though when I was younger.i think lo-lo was implying bad taste, not stupidity. either way, you need not worry, because you're not stupid, and imo you have good taste. the sonic games were awesome. i miss them. i should go out and buy an old sega and one of the games, just so's i can relive my youth.
