When Tsubasa turned back to look at Phimi he saw that she was looking right at him. That made him blush again and he quickly turned back to look at the cabin. Making sure he had a good grip on his dessert he began walking towards the front door. "Thanks..... Blue had to fix it up before we all moved in. She and some anthros found it out here." He explained.

Phimi stood slowly, taking her time as she followed to take in the environment. It was far different than the mansion. "That's interesting." Then one word sunk in. "Anthros?" She scurried to catch up, somewhat hiding behind him from the house. "How many of those are here?"

Tsubasa nodded. "Yeah... there's six that stay here.... but they're all nice. Kurogane lives here too." He said looking at her and grinning, "He's always on his best manners, I guess you could say, because Princess Tomoyo is here." He reached the porch and began climbing the steps. He pawed open the screen door and had to motion Phimi to open the main door.

Slightly daunted by hearing that six anthros lived there, the knowledge that they were nice didn't provide much comfort. She thought about Korugane's nicknames, then about Tsubasa's laugh, and she started to smile again. She was even willing to step forward and push the door open, though she only went in enough to get out of Tsubasa's way, hunkering down in case someone else was in that room.

Someone else was indeed in the room. Scruffy immediately perked up when he spotted a young female walk in with Tsubasa right behind her. "Tsubasa!" He yelped as he rushed over. He tripped on a new rug and rolled a couple of times before stopping near them. "Hi!.... ow.... That kinda hurt." He whined.
Tsubasa walked into the room and was about to welcome Phimi into the cabin when he heard Scruffy. "Hey Scruffy! Watch...... out." He said not in time for Scruffy to heed the warning. He winced as he watched Scruffy trip and roll. "Still a klutz. Scruffy this is my friend Phimi. Phimi this is Scruffy. He's one of the oldest moonlits living here."
Looking up from the couch where she was sitting Aphrodite turned her head to the voices. "Are you alright Scruffy? That sounded like quite the tumble." She asked as she stood and slowly made her way over to him. She crouched near Scruffy to make sure he was alright. "And Tsubasa.... you dare forget about me in your introductions.... Shame, shame." She teased turning to look at Phimi with blind eyes, "I'm Aphrodite dear. Please make yourself at home."

Hearing a yell and the thump of feet rushing up made Phimi panic and she hid behind the door she had just opened, peeking around it warily when Tsubasa introduced Scruffy. She cracked a smile before scurrying behind Tsubasa as the anthro walked up. This time, instead of being scared, something told her Aphrodite was no danger to her. She tilted her head, letting out a breathy "Hi."

Aphrodite used her ability and saw Phimi was scared. "What ever are you doing Tusbasa?! Letting a little thing like her be afraid!" She scolded, "You don't have anything to fear from us Phimi. A blind anthro and a klutz pose no threat..... well the klutz poses a slight one when he's running at you."
"And the blind one poses one when she's just walking. She could run you over without even knowing you were in front of her." Scruffy shot back grinning, "It's nice to meet you Phimi. Sorry if I scared you. I'm always tripping over something."
Tsubasa looked from Aphrodite to Phimi. "You're scared Phimi?" He asked wilting. His ears and tail both went down as he lowered himself to the ground. He looked at her with big pleading eyes that let her know he didn't mean for her to get scared.

Phimi's eyes flashed around at everyone. Suddenly she had gotten Tsubasa in trouble and it wasn't his fault. It was her own feelings.
"He didn't mean to do it." She said softly, sinking down slightly herself in fear that Aphrodite might scold her for talking back. She wasn't used to defending herself, much less a friend of hers. After giving Tsubasa a gentle pawing, she glanced at Scruffy and gave him a small smile. "You- just startled me is all..."

Aphrodite shook her head. "No one means to let someone else get scared but Tsubasa is always trying to be like Madoc... and Madoc would definitely scold him for not holding up to his ideals." She said reaching out a hand. She was going to pet Phimi on the head but completely missed Phimi and patted air.
Scruffy grinned at Phimi. "That's good! Being startled isn't as bad as being scared." He said rolling his eyes at Aphrodite, "You so missed her.... by like a foot or so."
Tsubasa looked at Phimi and then to the others. He quickly raised himself up. "Yes..... I'm supposed to be a man.... and a man protects those he cares about." He said sighing, "Guess I still have a ways to go before I'm a good man."

Phimi flicked her ears at Aphrodite's wayward hand. Carefully watching the anthro, she padded over, giving the hand another look pefore placing her head under it. She managed to stay for about three seconds of having her head patted before hurrying back to Tsubasa's side.
For a second time she stared, giving Tsubasa her half dreamy thought puzzled smile. Was he saying he cared about her? Then she blushed and turned to Scruffy. "Tsubasa said... we could have dessert here."

Aphrodite smiled when she felt Phimi under her hand. She rubbed the female's head before withdrawing her hand. "Well if you're here for dessert you need to go to the kitchen." She said standing. She then headed back to where she had been sitting before Tsubasa and Phimi came in.
Scruffy looked at Phimi and nodded. "We have lots of dessert stuff here!" He said pointing down the hall, "Kitchen is that way. Tsubasa can show you." He then trotted into the room that was right by Phimi.
Tsubasa looked at Phimi and her strange smile. He smiled back and nodded. "Yep... better go get that dessert now." He said walking towards the area Scruffy had pointed to for Phimi, "This way."

Phimi gave a small nod. "Okay. Thank you." She said softly to Aphrodite and Scruffy, following closely after Tsubasa to the next unknown room. Yes, they said it was a kitchen, but what if someone not so nice was in there?

Tsubasa led Phimi into the kitchen, he'd give her the tour after they ate their desserts. "This is the kitchen!" He said spotting a familiar anthro, "And look! It's Kurogane. He must be done with his errands." He grinned and moved towards the small table that was shoved up against a wall. He hopped up and set his bag down. "Let's see what we've got for you to eat." He said hopping down and going to the fridge.
Kurogane looked up from putting stuff in the pantry. "Hmph. Yes I'm done and I'm doing another thing for Blue for the rest of the week!" He said turning back to the pantry.
Fromage was curled up on the center island, where the stove was. He raised his head to look at who was coming in. It was Tsubasa and a pretty female he didn't know. "Tsubasa ! Qui est la jolie dame avec vous ? " He asked.

Phimi flipped her ears back, not quite afraid but also not quite comfortable. She gave Korugane a soft 'hi' before getting distracted by the little squirrel. It looked like cheese! It was talking in gibberish though. "What'd it say?" She asked, looking at Tsubasa.

Tsubasa looked up at Fromage and sighed. "I have no clue what he's saying.... only that it's French." He said pawing open the fridge, "Let's see..... There's pie, apple from the smell of it, um.... I think that's all in here. In the freezer is ice cream.... up on the counter should be some cake."
Fromage shook his head at the moonlits. About the only one who could tell what he was saying was Blue. She was learning French. "Pourquoi le c'est personne parle ici ma langue de français?" He said shaking his head, "How do I say it........ I asked...... mm.... who that pretty lady with you is Tsubasa?"
