I try not to see movies that have more than three in a sequel...
Unless it has a book series that was like that. Then I will watch it.
But I don't for specific reasons which are complicated to state.

Well SAW 1 was awesome, 2nd is nice but its better to look at the 4 following films as a series as they all link and they are kinda cool. If not first and second are pretty solid. Though me thinks saw 5 isn't the end yet ^-^

Silent hill is like resident evil. Just looks more awesome but gameplay has much to be desired. If you don't like SAW you won't like silent hill sweatdrop
