Blaine shrugged, I'd rather just stay to myself, but this is getting kinda interesting... he thought, "Headquarters? Alright." he said, walking slightly behind Osiris.

Emma shook her head to get out of her dark mood and began to follow the leader. "Oh wait!" she exclaimed as she ran to her wakeboard that was still on the ground. She returned to the group with a smile, gripping onto her wakeboard as if it were her own baby.

Anatoly looked at the paper and grumbled something indistinct about not needing Mystickers for that and the last time he did that he lost his job and he needs groceries as he stared at the ground. He looked up and saw Anna's embarrassment. He immediately regretted what he had said.
"Well, uh, I don't like talking about this.... but, well, I was a high school teacher. I got my teaching qualification stripped when I hospitalized a punk with a knife who tried to stab me... because he, ah, was my student and it was in class. I haven't said much about morality and justice and s**t since that happened. I can understand where you guys are coming from - I assume you gave a similar response to them, from his response." He gestured at Osiris. "Plus, they way you guys felt about his question seemed similar, but, hell, doing what I thought was right and doing what was necessary to my own survival, even, has just ended up with me jobless in a room so small it hardly qualifies as a home instead of a tomb." He looked at the ground again, but fell in behind Osiris regardless of what he said.

Blaine listened to his story with interest, "Well, if you ask me, I don't think you had a choice, it was life or death. You did what you had to and that's the right thing in my opinion." he said, "I doubt my opinion counts for much though..." he mumbled at the end.
His oddly colored eyes were gleaming in the moonlight.

Emma quietly listened to the tall man's tale, not yet knowing his name to address him by anything other than "the tall man." Unusual for her, she decided not to comment, not sure of what to say. Surprisingly, Emma wasn't really good at cheering people up or finding something that was needed to say after someone told a sad story.

After her small bit of silence, Emma cheered up and added a slight hop to her step. "So, we should get to know each others names then if we're going to be training together, and um, we should know about our interests..." Emma started, wanting to know a little bit more about these strangers that she was following. I hope Rob and Jake don't get pissed at me for ditching them this morning, Emma all of a sudden thought, remembering that she was supposed to be going on a wakeboarding trip with them before they went to the aquarium to find a job.

Anatoly sighed and stood to his full height. "Sure. I'll go first. I'm Anatoly Yang, Eurasian two-and-a-half-ith generation ex-physics teacher. I - I'm not making you nervous, am I? Like, I don't know, you just seemed for a moment... Never mind, forget it. Anyway. I think you all listened in on how I lost my job and you can see why I'm just a tad bitter about these sorts of things and I'm rather cynical and could be, yes, considered jaded, I suppose, if you consider taking a substantial blow to any optimism you once had that doing the right thing leads to receiving your just reward, and that doing things considered bad by any real standard of morality leads to karmic punishment, yes, I could be considered jaded in that scenario, especially since I was looking for a place a little bigger than the rat-hole I live in and that is the only reason I can pay my current rent and buy food, which is what I would normally be doing now, by the way." He took a deep breath as he ended his enormous sentence and his face twisted into a grin. "I'm sorry, am I boring you?"
((Have I mentioned that playing Anatoly here is amazing fun?))

Emma widened her eyes, not really getting a thing that he had just said. Too fast! she thought as she began to get dizzy. When he finally finished and took a breath of air, Emma's eyesight got clear again. She laughed nervously and replied, "U-uh of course not! I guess I'll go then? My name is Emma Raine Watson and I'm a marine biologist. I like wakeboarding, surfing, swimming, diving, snorkeling, watching fish, exploring sunken ships, and all of that jazz." Emma gave Anatoly a grin and remembered, "OH and since you mentioned your racial heritage, I'm Italian, German, and Colombian."
((lol, no, but did i mention that playing emma is easy because it's basically me? haha))

Anatoly couldn't help but laugh at her reply. "Imagine that; someone who likes all things water related is a marine biologist. At least you found something that suits you." He gave a genuine smile at that. "And really, the race thing was just thrown in to explain the name 'Anatoly Yang.' It just seemed fitting." He shrugged.

Blaine listened as everyone gave their names and explained a bit about themselves. He offered no name or description, Blaine just remained silent and absent-mindly listened to the others. His head was bowed to the ground, he was focusing on the cracks in the pavement and avoiding stepping on each and every one that crossed his path. It was something he did subconsciously, he usually never realizes when he does it.

Osiris smirked as they talked about themselves. He, like Blaine, offered no explanation. They already knew his name, and by now it was obvious what he did.
He turned a corner and continued walking. He was headed straight for an abandoned bowling alley.

Anna listened quietly to her new companion's stories, absorbing the information as she listened. She walked close behind Osiris with her notebook clutched tight to her chest, a blank look on her face as she recceeded into her own thoughts. After a little bit she realized they had changed direction and blinked back into reality, looking curiously at the abandones bowling alley. Anna peeled her notebook from her body and flipped the page, scribbling something onto it before jogging in front of Osiris, walking backwards as she held up the notebook for him to read; Home? her head was tilted to the side as she watched him, obviously wondering if this was going to be where they stayed from now on.
